GRINDING DEVICE FOR SPICE-DISPENSING CONTAINERS
20200260913 · 2020-08-20 · ·

A grinding device for containers dispensing food products, which includes means for selectively adjusting the distance between blades and teeth and thereby selecting at will the desired grain size for grinding. The device has a static piece that is coupled to the neck of the container and is connected to a rotary piece such that the fixed piece includes a series of teeth which, together with blades projecting from the bottom face of the rotary piece, constitute the grinding mechanism of the device. The device includes, on the outside of the fixed piece, two or more channels that guide the rotation and axial retention of the rotary piece, while the rotary piece contains projections for fitting into the channels of the fixed piece.

A condiment dispenser which is activated by an electrical vibrator is described. The dispenser has a container with a storage space filled with condiment. The bottom wall of the container is riddled with a multiplicity of spreading apertures. At the idle state the vibrator is deactivated and the apertures are blocked by a banded frame. The blocking frame isolates the condiment and prevents atmospheric moisture accumulation. At the active state the activated vibrator vibrates the condiment while the banded frame is moved such that the apertures are uncovered and facilitate condiment spreading. A multiple condiments dispenser is also presented. The multiple condiments dispenser has several separate containers and a vibrator which can vibrate all the condiments. The user selects which particular condiment to dispense by pressing the button which uncovers the apertures of the selected container while activating the vibrator.

Rotational Dispenser I

A rotational seasoning dispenser with a dispensing mechanism that applies a rotating disk which has equally separated cavities. When each cavity is in the container the stored seasoning drops into and loads the cavity. Next, the disk transfers and dispenses the seasoning outside by turning the loaded cavities from the container to a dispensing aperture. The disk has smooth, parallel and planar upper and lower planes which slide closely fitting container's planar planes above and below it. This configuration hermetically isolates the container from the environment by providing simultaneous airtight covering of each cavity while it approaches and overlaps the dispensing aperture. This isolation prevents atmospheric moisture absorption which results in lumping of seasoning. The rotating cavities also can loosen lumped seasoning into particulates. An electrically motorized version of the dispenser is also included. The dispenser is configured to dispense substantially equal amounts of seasoning for each manual activation.

Systems and methods for preventing cross contamination including a grasping handle for use with a container. In example embodiments, the grasping handle can be integrally formed or removably mounted with the container or a cap that is removably connectable with the container. In one example embodiment, a dispensing cap having a grasping handle extending therefrom can be provided for attachment to a desired container. A packaged sanitary wipe can be provided for cleaning the grasping handle and a foil package thereof can cover at least a portion of the grasping handle to provide a sanitary barrier therebetween. Methods of preventing cross contamination when using condiments contained within containers are also disclosed.

A condiment dispenser with a dispensing mechanism that automatically loosens condiment coagulation in the condiment container. The user can accurately control the amount of condiment sprinkled on the food because the dispenser dispenses substantially constant amount of condiment for each manual activation. In order to isolate the stored condiment and prevent it from accumulating atmospheric moisture, only the dispensed amounts of condiment are exposed by applying a novel dispensing method of loading measured condiment portions inside the storage, transferring them, unloading and spreading them outside. The dispensing mechanism seldom clogs since it employs wide cavities for measurement, transferring, unloading and spreading. The condiment dispenser has a simple structure which is inexpensive to manufacture. It can be held and operated using just one hand and it dispenses the condiment directly downwards without needing to downturn the dispenser. The dispenser also has an electrically motorized version.

A multiple condiment container assembly includes a container and dividers positioned to define chambers within the container. Each of the chambers can contain a respective condiment. A lid is removably coupled to the container and has a plurality of openings. Each opening is aligned with a respective chamber when the lid is coupled to the container. Each of a plurality of first panels is hingedly coupled to the lid and aligned with a respective one of the openings in the lid and each of the first panels has an aperture extending therethrough. The aperture in each of the first panels is in fluid communication with the respective opening in the lid to dispense the condiment contained in the chamber into which the respective opening extends. A plurality of second panels is each hingedly coupled to a respective one of the first panels closing the aperture in the respective first panel.
