Food substance heating and dispensing system
A dispensing system for heating and dispensing a food substance in a liquid state includes a portable dispensing unit including housing including a reservoir for holding a food substance, a heater operable to heat the substance to an operating temperature for producing a liquid, and a pump for dispensing the liquid via a dispensing tube and spray nozzle. A manually activated actuator operates to initiate the dispensing cycle. Control circuitry associated with the dispensing unit monitors the liquid temperature and controls operation of pump and unit. The dispensing unit may be powered by a rechargeable battery. A charging base provides a dock for recharging the battery of the dispensing unit. The pump may include an auto-reverse feature to draw the liquid back into reservoir when not dispensing the liquid for preventing clogs in the dispensing system.
Cake Protection and Simulated Decoration Apparatus
A cake protection and simulated decoration apparatus includes a base member having opposed bottom and top surfaces parallel having planar configurations, respectively, and being separated by a peripheral edge. The apparatus includes a body member having at least one side wall defining an interior area and is movable between a deployed configuration coupled to the top surface of the base member and a removed configuration displaced from the top surface, the body member defining an open top and an open bottom. A lid includes a planar top wall having a lip extending perpendicularly away from a peripheral edge of the top wall, the lip defining a diameter complementary to a diameter defined by an upper edge of the body member for releasably receiving the upper edge in a friction fit engagement. The lid is constructed of a metal material for operably receiving and adhering the magnetic decorations thereto.

MODULAR PASTRY STORAGE CAROUSEL
A modular pastry packaging carousel is disclosed, which provides the ability to individually store wedge-shaped pastry slices in a respective wedge-shaped pastry module. In a version of the application, the modular pasty packaging carousel generally comprises a bottom plate, a top plate, a spacer positioned between the bottom plate and the top plate providing a radial gab therebetween; and a plurality of wedge-shaped pastry modules, each comprising a sector-shaped removable base. The sector-shaped removable base includes a means for engaging the pastry module with the base tray radial connection channels. In certain versions, a radial pastry slicer assembly, which has a plurality of radially positioned slicers, is provided.
Dish covering assembly
A dish covering assembly for protecting contents of a dish includes a shell. The shell has a top that is closed and a bottom that is open. The bottom is configured to insert a dish, such as a chafing pan, into the shell to couple the shell to the dish to cover the dish. A penetration is positioned through the top of the shell. A lid is hingedly coupled to the top of the shell and is selectively couplable to the shell to close the penetration. The lid and the shell are substantially transparent. The lid is positioned to pivot to an open configuration to allow access to the contents of the dish through the penetration. The lid also is positioned pivot to a closed configuration so that the shell and the lid are configured to protect the contents of the dish, such as from insects, germs, and temperature changes.

SERVING DISH COVER
A cover for serving dish includes a main body with a handle depression. A handle is mounted within the depression for oscillation between a storage position and a operative position. A detent pin on the handle interacts with detent holes in the handle depression to hold the handle in the storage and operative positions against unintended movement.
Disposable cake protector
A free-standing disposable cake protector with a plurality of extendable foldable legs, a transparent top panel and a flexible transparent side wall. The top panel includes sockets capable of accepting birthday candles. The extension legs can be extended or retracted to accommodate the height of the cake being protected. The foldable legs with the fixedly attached side panel provide means to transport and store the cake protector in compact flat configuration. The cake protector provides protection from candle wax and from exposure to saliva expelled by a person blowing candles out when the cake protector is in unfolded configuration.
