The present disclosure is directed to reusable food covers. Such reusable food covers may be flexible so that they can create a seal with partially consumed foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to preserve these foods and extend the time of being suitable and desirable for consumption. Each cover may include a base and a flexible wall formed as a single unitary structure.

A cake transporting device for use in transporting cakes of various sizes. The cake transporting device includes an enclosure having a base, foldable side panels, and a removable lid, defining an interior volume in which a cake can be positioned for transportation. Once a cake is positioned on the base, pins are inserted into apertures disposed on the base so as to surround or encircle the cake, thereby preventing the cake from shifting during transportation. The side panels on the base are movable between an open configuration wherein the panels lie in the same plane as the base, and a closed configuration wherein the panels are folded so as to form a three dimensional shape. Each panel includes a strap having a mating fastener thereon, wherein the mating fasteners on opposing panels are engaged so as to secure the enclosure in the closed configuration.

A butter holder for dispensing butter onto food having a base piece which includes at least one wall having inner and outer wall surfaces. The base piece has a floor positioned at a base of the wall, and the inner wall surface and the floor define a cavity for retaining a portion of a stick of butter. The base piece has an open end opposite the floor to permit a portion of the stick of butter to protrude out of the base piece. The inner wall surface has at least one protrusion which extends partially into the cavity. The protrusion extends upwardly on the inner wall surface from the floor toward the open end. The protrusion extends partially into a stick of butter placed within the cavity to help retain the stick of butter within the base piece. The base piece is formed from a flexible food-grade silicone material.

A butter holder for dispensing butter onto food having a base piece which includes at least one wall having inner and outer wall surfaces. The base piece has a floor positioned at a base of the wall, and the inner wall surface and the floor define a cavity for retaining a portion of a stick of butter. A butter dish having a rotatable lid that opens to an obtuse angle to give wide access to butter stored on a base covered by the lid. The butter dish includes a slot in a side panel of the lid for securing a spreader. Magnets may be mounted to the lid and to the spreader to enhance attachment of the spreader to the lid.

The edible item has a top surface with an outer edge. The apparatus provides a plurality of vertical supports, each having a first portion and a second portion. The second portion of each vertical support is inserted the top surface of the edible item adjacent to the outer edge. The first portion of each vertical support at least partially extends beyond the outer edge of the edible item, and the flexible covering can be supported by the plurality of vertical supports.

An apparatus for covering and protecting an edible item that allows a flexible covering to cover and protect the edible item without damaging or altering a feature on the edible item. The edible item has a top surface with an outer edge. The apparatus provides a plurality of vertical supports, each having a first portion and a second portion. The second portion of each vertical support is inserted the top surface of the edible item adjacent to the outer edge. The first portion of each vertical support at least partially extends beyond the outer edge of the edible item, and the flexible covering can be supported by the plurality of vertical supports.

A cover suitable for covering a food/beverage support. The food/beverage support can be a container, baking sheet or plate. The cover includes a device support to interchangeably carry a user removably attachable power operated air mover unit or a closure. The cover operable to cover the food/beverage support without the air mover unit fan unit when the food/beverage is being heated or stored. The closure can be connected to the device support. The cover also operable to interchange the closure with the air mover unit and connect the air mover unit to the device support. The cover over the food/beverage and with the air mover unit coupled to the device support operable to blow air over food/beverage on the food/beverage support with the air mover unit.
