Method for manufacturing a sponge with inner soap capsule
A method of manufacturing a sponge with inner capsule that contains soap. The method includes: Providing a scouring pad coating sleeve, a first and second strip of inner sponge, and a nylon sleeve which is divided into a serial of capsules. Providing a tray that ended with a hollow pipe and placing on it the first strip, then the nylon sleeve and then the second strip. Dressing up the scouring sleeve on the hollow pipe. Pushing the strips together with the nylon sleeve inside the hollow pipe until their front goes out through the hollow pipe, holding them together and pulling them outside of the hollow pipe until they are positioned inside the scouring sleeve. Welding and cutting the scouring sleeve to pieces according the size of the capsules.
Media-bearing polisher and restorer
A media-bearing polisher and restorer removes surface and subsurface contaminants from one or more vehicle surfaces. In one or more embodiments, the media-bearing polisher and restorer comprises a body having a hemispherical shape. The body comprises a resilient or rigid material and one or more flutes for receiving one or more user fingers. One or more mediums, which absorbs and extracts contaminants from the surface, are attached to a bottom of the hemispherical body. A variety of media may be used with the media-bearing polisher and restorer.

Variable Radius Sanding Block
A variable radius sanding block for sanding curved surfaces. The variable radius sanding block includes a base member and a plurality of variably sized radius patches. The base member is sized and proportioned to allow radius patches of varying size to be inserted, such that each of the radius patches will change the curvature of the sanding block upon insertion. The base member also having a folded flexible internal structure and a pair of flexible arms that facilitate insertion of radius patches of varying size. The radius patch includes a pair of grooves that receive the flexible arms of the base member and secure the base member to the radius patch.
TOOLS AND METHODS FOR CLEANING GROOVES OF A TURBINE ROTOR DISC
The present application provides a tool for cleaning a groove of a turbine rotor disk. The tool may include a pair of guides spaced apart from one another in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the tool, and a number of cleaning sheets positioned between the guides in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tool. At least a portion of each guide may have a cross-sectional profile corresponding to a cross-sectional profile of the groove, and at least a portion of each cleaning sheet may have a cross-sectional profile corresponding to the cross-sectional profile of the groove. The present application further provides a method for cleaning a groove of a turbine rotor disk, and a tool system for cleaning a groove of a turbine rotor disk.
DRYWALL SANDING BLOCK AND METHOD OF USING
A sanding block adapted for abrading a surface, particularly drywall joints, comprising: (a) a body having an array of elongated raised portions having raised end surfaces and recessed portions, the raised end surfaces collectively defining an abrasive working surface and the recessed portions defining channels between adjacent raised portions; (b) a make coat on the end surfaces; and (c) abrasive particles at least partially embedded in the make coat. Also methods of using such sanding blocks.

SANDING SCREEN DEVICE
A sanding device, for, e.g., cosmetic and finishing applications, is provided. The sanding device includes a wire mesh having a plurality of apexes, the apexes having an abrasive affixed thereto. The wire mesh forms a substantially planar surface with a bent perimeter section. The sanding device further includes a rim made from a plastic material, the plastic material capping the bent perimeter section of the wire mesh and further extending from the bent perimeter section. The wire mesh and the rim defining a shallow bowl shape. The sanding devices also includes a carrier shell or grip received and captured with the bowl shape.
Scrubbing device with a protective handle
A scrubbing device with a protective handle is disclosed by this invention. The protective handle protects the fingernails, knuckles and digits of a user during use. The protective handle is flexible and malleable. The user grips the protective handle and rolls it over their fingernails, digits, upper knuckles and lower knuckles and tucks their thumb either behind or in front of the handle. The protective handle then protects the user's fingernails, knuckles and digits during use. The scrubbing device with a protective handle may have a protective pad or a protective coating. The scrubbing device with a protective handle may have an attached scouring accessory. Or, the scrubbing device with a protective handle may have a protective pad or a protective coating and an attached scouring accessory.
