Birthday candle holding assembly
A birthday candle holding assembly includes a panel that has a plurality of first wells to insertably receive a birthday candle. Each of the first wells has a circular shape thereby facilitating the first wells to receive cylindrical birthday candles. The panel has a plurality of second wells to receive letter or number birthday candles. A plurality of legs is each pivotally disposed on the panel. Each of the legs is positionable in a deployed position having the legs extending downwardly from the panel thereby facilitating the panel to support the birthday candles over a birthday cake. Each of the legs is positionable in a folded position to facilitate the panel to be positioned in a dishwasher for cleaning the panel.
STRAW DISPENSER WITH IMPROVED STERILIZATION DEVICE
A straw dispenser having a UV light source for sterilizing individual straws. The straws are metered through a passage. The UV light source is mounted over the passage to sterilize individual straws before delivery to the user. The dispenser may be equipped with an LCD display and communications module.
Drinking cup providing any angle drinking
The present invention relates to a straw (1), a straw assembly (2) and a cup assembly (3). The straw (1) comprises first holes (13) in an upper half and second holes (14) in a lower half both arranged at the lateral surface of the straw (1). A sleeve element (20) can be arranged coaxially to and around the straw (1) to form a straw assembly (2). The sleeve element (20) is configured to close the first holes (13) in a first position and the second holes (14) in a second position. The straw assembly (2) can be arranged in a cup assembly (3). As the sleeve element (20) is also configured to float in a liquid the sleeve element (20) is moved through the force of buoyancy either to the first or the second position depending on the inclination of the cup assembly (3) with respect to the force of gravity. This provides a solution for any angle drinking.
Bowl ramp
A device attached to a service dish whereby the user of the device facilitates dip from the serving dish, applying the edge of a dipping food such as chips or crackers to a ramp portion of the device positioned on the inside of the serving dish wherein the dip may be manipulated into a secure position on the dipping food without the user touching the dip with their bare hand.

COOKIE HOLDER
The cookie holder is a single molded plastic device that has an elongated cup shape at the top and a shaft shaped base that extending down from the cup. The walls of the cup shape have open sides on the elongated ends and a small flap in what is the front of the cup and a larger flap in the back of the cup, that provides an open top of the cup shape, in which a single cookie can be partially inserted, for holding a cookie in an upright position. The design and shape of the cookie holder allows the front surface of the cookie to be viewed in an upright position. The cookie holder can be used by itself or with multiple cookie holders to make a display or arrangement for sale or marketing purposes.

LIQUID DISPENSING APPARATUS
A liquid dispensing apparatus includes: a plurality of liquid source containers; a plurality of liquid flow paths, each flow path having a first end and a second end, each respective first end disposed in one-to-one fluid flow relationship with a respective one of the plurality of containers; a plurality of non-drip dispensing valves, each valve disposed in one-to-one fluid flow relationship with the second end of a respective one of the plurality of flow paths; at least one liquid flow conveyance device configured and disposed to transport liquid from each one of the containers to an associated one of the valves via an associated one of the flow paths; and a controller comprising a processing circuit responsive to executable instructions which when executed by the processing circuit facilitates dispensing of one or more of the liquids from an associated container to an associated valve.

Pop-up Tray
The present invention disclosed a serving or display tray that comes in a minimally stored size when in its collapsed state, which allows huge amount of such tray to be transported and stored, at a relatively low cost. When it is ready for use, it can easily unfold into its pop-up state where the two top distal portions of the top layer are overlappingly connected to the underside of the corresponding fold-up walls of the bottom layer, providing good side support to the fold-up walls when food items, or other decorative subjects, are placed in the tray.
