Bag holding devices are presented including: a base having an inclined housing portion and a raised planar portion; a spring-loaded clamping element disposed along the raised planar portion and pivotally coupled with the planar portion; and a retractable reel disposed within the inclined housing portion. In some embodiments, devices further include: a mating groove disposed along an outer edge of the inclined housing portion; and a bowl having a mating portion that mates with the mating groove. A food and label apparatus is provided including a food assembly apparatus and a labeling apparatus coupled to the food assembly apparatus. A measured food storage apparatus comprising a base portion having at least two defined sections for receiving specified contents, at least one of said sections being configured to removably receive a decanting device. The decanting device has a base and at least one outer side wall, defining a receptacle for receiving specified contents. In use, when said decanting device is releasably attached to said base portion of the measured food storage apparatus, the at least one side wall thereof defines a compartment on said base portion.

A modular storage system includes a number of receptacles and lids with different sizes and features that are interchangeably coupleable to each other in a stacking arrangement. A first lid has slits to provide access to a receptacle and a second lid has a suction cup and is structured to be interchangeably coupleable to the receptacle and the first lid. A user can remove the second lid from the top of the first lid and secure the second lid to the bottom of the receptacle with the suction cup secured to an external surface. A third lid includes an opening covered by a deflectable membrane. The membrane prevents liquid from spilling from the opening if the receptacle is knocked over. A straw can be inserted through the membrane and opening to provide further functionality.

A taco holder having a storage compartment that can be used, for example, to store an item, such as a small toy. The taco holder may be comprised, in whole or in part, of a transparent or semi-transparent material, such that the item within the storage compartment may be viewed from outside of the taco holder. A tray is removably held within the first window, and defines at least one slot to hold an electronic device. A self-centering cup holder is removably held within the second window. The self-centering cup holder is gimbaled to a frame so that a cup or beverage container held within the cup holder remains stably supported upright notwithstanding movement or canted orientation of the tub and/or the spacer guide frame. Optionally, a snack cup is held within the second window, spaced apart from the self-centering cup holder by a spacer guide. The spacer guide has flaps that splay open to cover a greater portion of the second window as desired. Optionally, the tub is removably seated in a supporting shell. Optionally, a cover for the tub forms a tray table surface, with portions of the tray slidably extendable away from one another to enlarge the tray table surface when the cover is separated from the tub.

The present invention relates generally to the field of finger guarding devices. More specifically, the present invention relates to a food serving finger guard device and dispenser primarily comprised of a body, a finger protection member and a thumb protection member. One embodiment of the invention is also comprised of a dispenser. The finger protection member and thumb protection member cover the fingers and thumb of a user such that a user can grip a plate without risking their fingers or thumb touching the plate or food on the plate. The device also shields the user's thumb and fingers from being burned by a hot bottom surface of a plate. A dispenser may also be used to store and dispense a plurality of devices from the dispenser in a stacked fashion.
