Vise with diagonally oriented tensioning screw and locking racks
A vise with a sliding head which slides on an elongate body. A diagonal clamping screw passes through a hole in the sliding head and is threaded into a pin inserted in an internal sliding block. The internal sliding block has a toothed pattern which is able to interlock with a toothed pattern fixed to the body underneath the vise slides. The diagonal clamping screw provides force to lock the tooth patterns together and pull the head forward when tightened. A spring provides force to disengage the internal sliding block teeth and fixed teeth on the body when the diagonal clamping screw is loosened.

VISE
The present invention relates to a novel vise that operates in both a threaded and unthreaded mode. The vise includes a fixed block, a movable head, a rod, a ratchet mechanism, a threaded mechanism and a toggle mechanism. In the threaded mode, the movable head may only be moved by rotating the rod. In the unthreaded mode, the movable head may only be moved by applying force to the movable head in the desired direction of movement.
VISE

Vise table
The present invention relates to an integrated vise and work table. The disclosed vise table allows an operator to clamp an object in place so that the same can worked on in a hands-free method. The vise table includes a table block, a vise head block, a threaded guide, a rotator, and an activation mechanism that allows the operator to selectively vise in a threaded mode or in an unthreaded mode. In the threaded mode, the vise head block may only be moved by rotating a threaded guide. In the unthreaded mode, the vise head block may only be moved by applying force to the vise head block in the desired direction of movement.
Vise table
The present invention relates to an integrated vise and work table. The disclosed vise table allows an operator to clamp an object in place so that the same can worked on in a hands-free method. Modular side-by-side vise structure
A modular side-by-side vise structure including a base, a fixture block group located on the base, and a side clamping piece group; the side clamping piece has an upper part and a lower part, and a bolt is screwed in the upper part to prop the lower part, so that the stopper and movable fixture block cling to the base tightly; or the side grooves on both sides of the stopper and movable fixture block are provided with bolt holes, and the inner wall of side clamping piece is provided with a punch hole, the bolt is screwed in the bolt hole through the punch hole, so that the stopper and movable fixture block cling to the base tightly. Therefore, it is unnecessary to hold up the side clamping piece with a hand while tightening or loosening the bolt, favorable for the technician to implement quick assembly or disassembly.
Modular side-by-side vise structure
A modular side-by-side vise structure including a base, a fixture block group located on the base, and a side clamping piece group; the side clamping piece has an upper part and a lower part, and a bolt is screwed in the upper part to prop the lower part, so that the stopper and movable fixture block cling to the base tightly; or the side grooves on both sides of the stopper and movable fixture block are provided with bolt holes, and the inner wall of side clamping piece is provided with a punch hole, the bolt is screwed in the bolt hole through the punch hole, so that the stopper and movable fixture block cling to the base tightly. A vise jaw is provided, including: a first jaw, including a slide groove and at least one locking portion, each locking portion including a receiving room, a threaded hole and a through hole, the receiving room, the threaded hole and the through hole respectively communicated with each other; a second jaw, having a slide protrusion slidably disposed within the slide groove, the slide protrusion having a lateral face facing the through hole; at least one fastening assembly, each fastening assembly including a screw member, an abutting member and at least one elastic member, the screw member screwed into the threaded hole, the abutting member adjustably disposed within the receiving room, the abutting member including a large diameter section and a small diameter section which are arranged along a first direction, the small diameter section disposed through the through hole and extending into the slide groove.
VISE JAW
A vise jaw is provided, including: a first jaw, including a slide groove and at least one locking portion, each locking portion including a receiving room, a threaded hole and a through hole, the receiving room, the threaded hole and the through hole respectively communicated with each other; a second jaw, having a slide protrusion slidably disposed within the slide groove, the slide protrusion having a lateral face facing the through hole; at least one fastening assembly, each fastening assembly including a screw member, an abutting member and at least one elastic member, the screw member screwed into the threaded hole, the abutting member adjustably disposed within the receiving room, the abutting member including a large diameter section and a small diameter section which are arranged along a first direction, the small diameter section disposed through the through hole and extending into the slide groove.
