Vise
A vise includes a base plate that receives a fixed jaw and a pusher jaw. The fixed jaw receiving portion of the base plate includes particular stations for receiving the fixed jaw, the particular stations defined by at least a latitudinal slot at each particular station, each latitudinal slot configured for receiving a latitudinal tab extending from the bottom of the fixed jaw. A longitudinal slot traversing a length of the fixed jaw receiving portion of the base plate may receive a longitudinal tab extending from the bottom of the fixed jaw. Double-threaded lock bolts secure the fixed jaw to the base plate once the tabs are engaged with the slots of the base plate. The pusher jaw portion of the base plate includes a worm shaft, a threaded portion of the worm shaft engaging a worm shaft mating portion milled from the bottom of the pusher jaw. The pusher jaw portion of the base plate also includes a slide bar cavity arrangement into which slide bars at the bottom of the pusher jaw slide previous to engagement of the worm shaft with the worm shaft mating portion of the pusher jaw.

APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR THREADING, GROOVING, AND BEVELING A WORKPIECE
An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for retaining a workpiece. In certain implementations, the apparatus may include a first jaw configured to engage a workpiece from a first side of the workpiece. In addition, the apparatus may include a second jaw configured to engage the workpiece from a second side of the workpiece, the second side opposite the first side. The apparatus may include a jaw positioner configured to move at least one of the first jaw and the second jaw laterally to engage and retain the workpiece in a stationary position, the jaw positioner having a lateral adjustment apparatus configured to counteract ovality at an end of the workpiece.

Workpiece securing device
This disclosure is directed to a method for forming and using one or more workpiece securing devices to reduce the deflections and vibrations of the workpiece during machining, as well as the time and labor associated with machining multiple workpieces. The method includes depositing material onto a surface of a movable jaw of a vise to form a first jaw protrusion and depositing material onto a surface of a stationary jaw of the vise to form a second jaw protrusion. A workpiece can be secured between the first and second jaw protrusions and then can be machined.
VISE WITH A CLAMPING FORCE DIGITAL DISPLAY MECHANISM
A vise with a clamping force digital display mechanism includes a screw support seat equipped with sensor and digital display design. Through the action of the operator continuously turning the vise handle, the movable jaw will generate a reaction force on the screw when clamping the workpiece, and the reaction force will be transmitted to the screw support seat through the screw. Then the sensor senses the deformation or displacement of the screw support seat and generates a signal and feeds it back to the digital display design, so that the digital display device displays the value of the clamping force at the time of the vise after processing and calculation.

Clamp locking mechanism
A clamp release mechanism is provided. The clamp includes a body, a shaft slideably coupled to the body, a fixed jaw, and a moveable jaw coupled to the shaft. A locking component actuates between a locked position and an unlocked position. When in the locked position, the locking component biases the shaft to remain stationary with respect to the body. The clamp includes a securing component pivotally coupled to the locking component, and a biasing element that biases the securing components towards the shaft.
