Quick clamp pipe vise and method
A pipe clamp has a base with a fixed jaw and a beam extending from the base. A movable jaw member is slidably mounted on the beam. The movable jaw member includes a movable jaw disposed opposite the fixed jaw. A pivotable handle is mounted to the movable jaw member and a clamping mechanism is connected to the pivotable handle and operated by the pivotable handle to move the movable jaw relative to the fixed jaw. A latch secures the pivotable handle in any of a plurality of positions. A tripod stand may be provided for supporting the pipe clamp, the tripod having a multi-compartment storage spreader.
Mounting system with self aligning cam system
A mounting system having a dual plunger arrangement wherein the side of each plunger has a pull down cam to provide a desired pull down action in relation to at least two studs, the cams moving relative to one another and axially aligning relative to one another relative to the two axially spaced pull down studs to allow the plungers to provide a maximum hold down force for the two pull down studs, balance the hold down forces thereby maximizing performance and reducing unlocking forces.
Modular pressure application system
A pressure applying system using a fixed vise and an adjustable vise. The fixed base utilizes strain gages to measure an amplitude of forces applied to the fixed base through a working member from the adjustable base. The adjustable base utilizes a bi directional worm screw to apply a linear force to the working member relative to the fixed base.
MODULAR VISE
A vise having a modular construction that allows for ease of manufacture, assembly, and changeover or replacement of wear items, such as gripping surfaces of jaws of the vise. The modular construction also provides for reduced weight of the vise compared to conventional cast type vises. The vise also incorporates quick adjustment features allowing for the vise to be easily rotated, a position and size of an opening of the jaws to be rapidly adjusted, and a clamping force applied with ease.
Two-in-One Angle Clamp
Present invention teaches a two-in-one angle clamp where individual angle clamps can be moved and locked to a desired angle on a base plate to work with work pieces set at an desired angle to each other, with supporting magnet rest pieces to provide horizontal support at a height that's either matching the thickness of the base plate or the combined thickness of the base plate and the clamping head.

Method of converting a ball vise into a positioning vise
The invention relates to converting a ball and socket style vise into a positioning vise. Jewelers and hand engravers and metal working artists utilize traditional ball vises for holding and spinning an object that is being worked on. The present invention provides a way to retrofit these traditional ball vises with a linear positioning top portion assembly.

Bicycle Stand and a Method of Assembling a Bicycle
A bicycle stand for supporting a bicycle or bicycle frame during assembly or repair, and a method of assembling a bicycle are provided. In one embodiment, the bicycle stand comprises a base for contact with a ground surface, and a post extending substantially vertical from the base and being supported by the base. The post includes a cylindrical receiving portion located at an upper end thereof for engaging a seat tube of a bicycle frame while the bicycle is in an upside-down or inverted position. The cylindrical receiving portion has a diameter of greater than 0.5 inches and less than 0.75 inches. A seat adapted for supporting the bicycle frame is located below the cylindrical receiving portion. The seat is positioned between 30 inches and 60 inches above the ground surface. The bicycle can be freely rotated about a central axis of the post while being supported by the bicycle stand in the upside-down or inverted position.
Pipe clamp rotation kit
A pipe clamp rotation kit preferably includes an adjustment end bracket, a pipe end bracket, an adjustment end collar, a pipe end collar and a tightening member. The adjustment end bracket includes a L-shaped bracket and a support pin. The support pin is sized to be received by an inner diameter of a support pipe of a pipe clamp. The pipe end bracket includes a pipe mounting plate and a pipe support plate. A pipe hole is formed through the pipe support plate to receive the support pipe of the pipe clamp. The adjustment end collar includes a collar base and a pair of ears. The support pipe is inserted through a bore in the collar base. A space between the pair of ears is sized to receive a lead screw of the pipe clamp. A threaded stud of the tightening member is threaded into the adjustment end collar.
