CLAMP WITH NESTED REVERSIBLE INTERLOCKING ASSEMBLIES
The present invention relates to a device and a method associated with the device. With respect to the device, it is a work holding and clamping device, which increases the usable span to almost twice its stored length. This device has an inner and outer assembly. The inner and outer assemblies are nested or telescopic. Each assembly is made of a square or rectangular tube that has a jaw affixed to one end. The inner assembly contains a locking mechanism to allow for length adjustment. When arranged so that the jaws are on the same side of the respective assemblies, the clamp is capable of a span that is almost equal to the length of the inner assembly. When arranged so that the jaws are on opposite sides of the respective assemblies, the clamp is capable of a span that is almost equal to the sum of the length of the inner assembly and outer assembly.

Adjustable torque clamping fixture
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an adjustable torque clamping fixture, including a clamping body driven by a threaded rod to move and used for clamping an object. The threaded rods implements an axial movement thereof by means of screw thread transmission. An adjustable torque handle is configured at the rear end of the threaded rod. The maximum clamping force is adjusted by the adjustable torque handle. When the maximum clamping force is attained, continued application of a torque on the threaded rod by the handle results in slippage, so that no larger clamping force can be applied, thus implementing precision clamping, and preventing the clamped object from being damaged by an excessive torque. The adjustable torque clamping fixture overcomes the shortcoming of a manual clamping fixture known to inventors of which the magnitude of the clamping force is difficult to determine during use.

The clamping force visualization clamp includes a clamping force visualization device, the clamping force visualization device includes a first clamping body (01) for clamping an object, the first clamping body (01) is telescopically assembled on a base (14), an elastic element (110) is provided between the first clamping body (01) and the base (14), a clamping force scale (11) and a reading indicator (15) are respectively provided on the first clamping body (01) and the base (14), when the first clamping body (01) clamps the object, the elastic element (110) measures a clamping force, and the reading indicator (15) points to the clamping force scale (11) for reading, so that the magnitude of the clamping force can be intuitively seen and read during clamping, thereby achieving accurate clamping. A clamp including the clamping force visualization device is also involved.

AIR CHUCK
A chuck unit includes a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber disposed on both sides of a piston for driving fingers. A valve unit includes a first output air flow path connected to one of the first and second pressure chambers, a second output air flow path connected to the other thereof, a first solenoid valve connected to the first output air flow path, and a second solenoid valve connected to the second output air flow path. The first solenoid valve connects the first output air flow path to an air supply source when energized and opens the first output air flow path to atmosphere when de-energized, and the second solenoid valve opens the second output air flow path to atmosphere when energized and connects the second output air flow path to the air supply source when de-energized.
SELF-ADJUSTING CLAMP
Provided is a clamp that can be attached to a tripod or other piece of equipment and which can hold rails for firearms, sights, scopes, parts, and the like, therein. The clamp is self-adjusting due to a compressible cam lever that enables an amount of give or play when clamping onto a rail or other object. The clamp also includes a scroll gear assembly that enables the compressible cam lever to drive opposing jaw plates toward and away from each other thereby clamping and releasing rails and other objects.
SELF-ADJUSTING CLAMP
Provided is a clamp that can be attached to a tripod or other piece of equipment and which can hold rails for firearms, sights, scopes, parts, and the like, therein. The clamp is self-adjusting due to a compressible cam lever that enables an amount of give or play when clamping onto a rail or other object. The clamp also includes a scroll gear assembly that enables the compressible cam lever to drive opposing jaw plates toward and away from each other thereby clamping and releasing rails and other objects.
SLIDING CLAMP
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a sliding clamp including a first arm with a first jaw attached to the first arm, and a second arm with a second jaw attached thereto. The first jaw includes at least one first clamping ball freely rotatable relative to the first arm, and the second jaw includes at least one second clamping ball freely rotatable relative to the second arm. The second arm is configured to move relative to the first arm to adjust a jaw opening between the at least one second clamping ball of the second jaw and the at least one first clamping ball of the first jaw. The sliding clamp is configured to constrain a workpiece to a clamping plane while permitting translation of the workpiece within the clamping plane.
SLIDING CLAMP
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a sliding clamp including a first arm with a first jaw attached to the first arm, and a second arm with a second jaw attached thereto. The first jaw includes at least one first clamping ball freely rotatable relative to the first arm, and the second jaw includes at least one second clamping ball freely rotatable relative to the second arm. The second arm is configured to move relative to the first arm to adjust a jaw opening between the at least one second clamping ball of the second jaw and the at least one first clamping ball of the first jaw. The sliding clamp is configured to constrain a workpiece to a clamping plane while permitting translation of the workpiece within the clamping plane.
