The present application relates to a disposable foldable eating utensil comprising: a body; a handle extending from the distal end of the body; and a bendable part formed between the body and the handle to be thinner than the other parts so as to allow the handle to be folded and unfolded, wherein the body comprises a protrusion protruding downward from the bottom surface of the distal end thereof, the protrusion comprises an engaging ledge protruding outward from the periphery thereof, and the handle comprises an extension piece extending at a predetermined thickness from the tip end thereof and having a through-hole passing through the upper surface and the bottom surface thereof.

A telescoping eating utensil capable of being stored in a collapsed configuration or extended to be used as an eating utensil. The utensil has a handle that can be extended or collapsed using an interlocking mechanism that can interlock the utensil in either the collapsed mode or in the extended mode. The interlocking system includes a locking button on a utensil tool part that engages with either an opening or a recess in the handle when the utensil tool part and the handle are slidably connected.

The present invention relates to the field of tableware technology, and more particularly to a portable tableware suite having foldable and combinable tableware. The tableware suite includes a box body; a fixing plate located within the box body for limiting and avoiding the tableware from moving in the box body; the tableware, which is at least one member selected from the group consisting of a knife, a fork and a spoon, fixed on the fixing plate; and at least one limit part located on the fixing plate for engaging with the tableware. The fork and the spoon are foldable when in use and are flat while the fixing plate is fixed. The tableware such as flat knife, fork and spoon is fixed on the fixing plate, and then is stored in the box body; the fixing plate is easy to be put in or taken out of the box body. In the process of carrying, because the tableware is fixed by the limit part, the tableware will not contact each other, thereby avoiding the noise caused by mutual collision. Compared with the existing tableware suite, the tableware of the table suite provided by the present invention is fixed on the fixing plate, is compact in structure, occupies less space, so that the box body is small in size and the tableware is convenient to carry.

Reusable chopsticks that are foldable into a compact configuration for storage and easily transportable in a storage case. The chopsticks each comprise a rigid external structure and at least one flexible internal member that is foldable to a compact configuration for storage. In a folded configuration, the reusable chopsticks have a significantly reduced length of approximately one-half to one-fourth of their extended length when in use. The external structure of the chopstick is preferably formed of multiple rigid segments connected by the flexible internal member(s) in the extended configuration during use as chopsticks. A storage case is provided to store the chopsticks in the folded configuration in a compact form.

A device is transformable between a toy, such as a vehicle, and an eating utensil, such as a spoon or fork. The device has a movable handle part and a movable head part, both mounted on a toy body for movement between a toy position in which the handle and the head parts both are juxtaposed with the toy body when the device is transformed to the toy, and a utensil position in which the handle and the head parts both extend away from the toy body in opposite directions along a longitudinal axis when the device is transformed to the eating utensil.

A food handling device includes a holder having an interior chamber extending along a longitudinal axis, and an extension housing detachably mounted on the holder and having an interior compartment for receiving and for holding the foodstuff. A pusher is mounted in the chamber for axial movement. An actuator axially moves the pusher through the chamber and through the compartment into contact with the foodstuff, and incrementally feeds a continuously variable quantity of the foodstuff along the longitudinal axis through the opening directly into a user's mouth to enable the foodstuff to be eaten bite-by-bite in a sanitary manner without using eating accessories, such as plates and/or utensils, and without the user's hands directly touching and contaminating the foodstuff, thereby preventing the spread of disease.

Flexible element for forming a piece of disposable cutlery, especially a spoon, including an elongated body made from thin, bendable material including a handle and acting portions, each with a free end. A first bending line on the body extends longitudinally from the handle portion free end towards the acting portion, so the body may be bent longitudinally and in the bent position, the working position, the handle portion is V-shaped or U-shaped. The body has an elongated opening including at one side a lip, pointing from the handle portion free end towards the acting portion. A fifth bending line extends transverse to the first bending line, visually dividing the body into the handling and acting portions. The fifth bending line is positioned so when the body is folded along such, a part of the acting portion free end can be inserted into the opening, behind the lip.

The present invention relates to a simple holder which includes an elastic first sheet structure. The first sheet structure has a first side and a second side which are opposite to each other, a hole located between the first side and the second side, a first cutting slit formed by cutting from the edge of the first side inwards, and a second cutting slit formed by cutting from the edge of the second side inwards. The center of the hole is located between the first cutting slit and the second cutting slit. The first sheet structure can be bent to make the first cutting slit slotting into the second cutting slit for locking. The simple holder provided by the present invention is formed by sheets and is thus convenient to be manufactured, transported and stored.
