A tool for securing a clamp having a band and a clip is provided. The tool includes a base member and a first handle coupled to the base member. A cinching handle is rotationally coupled to the base member adjacent the first handle. A crimping handle is rotationally coupled to the base member adjacent the first handle opposite the cinching handle. A holding means is provided for holding the clip. A tensioning means is provided for moving a tab end portion of the band through the clip, the tensioning means being operably coupled to the cinching handle. A crimping means is provided for locking the clip to the band, the crimping means being operably coupled to the crimping handle. A severing means is provided for severing the tab end portion from the band, the severing means being operably coupled to the crimping handle.

Ergonomic plier
The present invention relates to an ergonomic plier tool. More specifically, the invention relates to a piston actuated ergonomic plier tool having a 360-degree rotative and exchangeable head. The tool includes a body, lever, head cylinder, piston and jaw assembly. The disclosed tool allows an operator to work in tight spaces with her hand in one plane, while cutting/manipulating an object in an infinite number of planes different from that of her hand.

Locking pliers with handle locking mechanism
A pair of pliers includes an upper structure, a lower structure including a lower handle, an over center linkage, and a lock member. The lock member is movable between a locking configuration and a release configuration. When the lock member is in the locking configuration, it prevents pivoting movement of the lower handle from a closed configuration and retains jaws of the pliers in a closed position. When the lock member is in the release configuration, it enables the lower handle to be moved away from the closed configuration and allows the jaws to move to an open position. Movement of the lock member from the locking configuration to the release configuration requires sequential movement of the lock member in a first direction and then in a second direction. The second direction is different than the first direction.
Pressing jaws for crimping pliers
Pressing jaws for opposite arrangement in crimping pliers, the pressing jaws having ribs, which extend in a rib longitudinal direction and move into each other during pressing. A guide surface extending transversely to the rib longitudinal direction outside of a working region of the ribs is formed, which guide surface interacts with a guide protrusion extending from the opposite pressing jaw. In another version, the pressing jaws have ribs, which are designed to mesh with each other and which have a rib longitudinal direction. Crimping pliers comprise two plier jaws, which are provided with oppositely arranged pressing jaws having ribs, which extend in a rib longitudinal direction and which, during pressing, move into each other and delimit a pressing jaw opening.

TOOL WITH LINEAR DRIVE MECHANISM, DUAL SPEED GEARBOX AND ELASTOMERIC CONTROL SYSTEM
A hand tool with a mechanical linear drive mechanism coupled to a linear activated working implement. The drive mechanism includes a roller screw that includes a torque tube connected to a roller screw's nut body. The roller screw includes a fixed outer race, a rotating set of grooved rollers axially aligned inside the outer race, a cylindrical nut body located inside the set of grooved roller, a plurality of inner rollers axially aligned and inside the nut body, a threaded shaft axially aligned and inside the inner rollers, and a torque tube axially aligned inside the inner rollers. The torque tube is connected at one end to a multiple speed gear box which includes a primary motor coupled to a earner gear with three planet gears. Disposed around the planet gears is a ring gear. Coupled to the ring gear is a secondary motor which when activated causes the ring gear to rotate in the opposite direction of the planet gears. At least one sensor measures the rotation of an elastomeric ring and control activation of the secondary motor to change the operational speed of the tool.
FIXED ANGLE CLAMPING PLIERS
Right angle clamping pliers include a four-bar linkage clamping mechanism coupled to opposing pairs of clamping arms. Any of a variety of detachable clamping members can be attached to each clamping arm. Some clamping members orient the parts being joined. For example, right angle clamping members orient edges and curved C-shaped clamping members orient tubes, pipes and other cylindrical parts. Different types of clamping members can be used in a single configuration to accommodate a wide variety of parts to be joined.
Tool for manipulating split rings
A hand tool adapted to manipulate and open split rings is provided. The hand tool has two elements both having handles operatively associated so that the distal end jaw portions of the elements are movable between a closed and an open position. An opening jaw has a penetrating probe for opening convolution of a split ring, while the opposing supporting jaw provides a supporting surface acting as an anvil providing opposing force to the other linear elements probe. The split ring is generally disposed around the spaced apart opposing jaws, permitting the probe to penetrate the convolutions over a deeper range because there is no limitation created by the opposing jaw.
