MAGNETIC CLAMPING DEVICE, AND MAGNETIC FORCE GENERATING MECHANISM FOR MAGNETIC CLAMPING DEVICE
A magnetic clamping device is provided with a magnetic force generating mechanism at which a housing cover body comprising soft magnetic material is arranged centrally at a hollow housing portion, a nonmagnetic metal frame body comprising a nonmagnetic body is made to engage with the outside circumference thereof, a plurality of arcuate nonreversible permanent magnets are arranged in annular fashion within an annular magnet housing space at the back of this nonmagnetic metal frame body, a reversible permanent magnet and a magnetic polarity switching coil disposed peripherally with respect thereto are provided at the back of the housing cover body, and a base cover body that blocks a back opening of the hollow housing portion is provided, the magnetic clamping device being characterized in that the metal frame body is joined in integral fashion to the housing cover body and the baseplate.
Magnetic clamping tool
Present invention disclosed and claimed a magnetic clamping tool where a clamping arm with a clamping finger serves to clamp on a working object in normal, sideways, or even up-side-down orientations, where the movements of the clamping finger is controlled by a first wing screw and the movement of the clamping arm is controlled by a third wing screw. The clamping arm is releasably attached to a bracket which is further releasably attached to a V-pad by a locking nut. An anti-tipping screw provides a counter-balancing force to the biasing force of a helical spring on the bracket, and is most useful when the longitudinal direction of the bracket is at a 90-degree angle with the longitudinal direction of the clamping arm.
HAND HELD MAGNETIC HOLDER
A magnetic holder for painting and displaying toy vehicles. An upright T-shaped member fits in a receiving cup affixed to a horizontal plate. The top of the T-shaped member has at least one outwardly facing magnet that latches a corresponding magnet in a toy vehicle.
MAGNETIC WAND FOR WINDOW BLINDS
A magnetic wand is used for adjusting window blinds. The blinds include slats and a slat angle adjustment mechanism. The wand includes an upper housing portion and a handle portion. The upper housing portion has a connecting mechanism disposed on one end and a docking area on a second end. The connecting mechanism is adapted to connect the upper housing portion to the window blinds. A first magnetically attractive element is disposed within the docking area. The handle portion has an end shaped to fit within the docking area. The end includes a second magnetically attractive element. The second magnetically attractive element is adapted to releasably couple with the first magnetically attractive element through magnetic coupling, forming a magnetic joint. That magnetic joint is configured to prevent the handle portion from longitudinally rotating independently relative to the upper housing portion.
MAGNET ALTERNATING POLE ARRAY MAGNETIZED BY ONE SIDE MAGNETIZATION TO BOOST MAGNETIC ATTRACTION FORCE
A flexible magnetic component can include a magnetizable powder including a rare earth element. The flexible magnetic component can also include a polymer binder. The flexible magnetic component can define a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. A first magnetic field adjacent to the first surface can have a field strength at least 3 times greater than a field strength of a second magnetic field adjacent to the second surface, and the flexible magnetic component can elongate greater than 20% before a permanent deformation occurs.
TOOL COUPLER, TOOL CHANGER, TOOL MOUNTER, AND TOOL CHANGE SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME
A tool system including a housing fastened to a tool, the housing being formed of a non-magnetic material, a magnet module embedded in the housing, a pair of mounting grooves in the housing and located below the magnet module, a changer body provided on a manipulator, the changer body being formed a non-magnetic material, a metal bar mounted on the changer body, a pair of terminals provided at both ends of the metal bar, the pair of terminals being formed of magnetic material, the pair of terminals facing the magnet module, a fixing bar outside the housing, the fixing bar being formed of a magnetic material, and a pair of mounting pins extending vertically from both ends of the fixing bar, the pair of mounting pins being formed of magnetic materials, and the pair of mounting pins are inserted into the pair of mounting grooves is provided.
Magnetic coupling device with at least one of a sensor arrangement and a degauss capability
Magnetic coupling devices are disclosed having magnetic field sensors. The magnetic coupling device may include degaussing coils wrapped about pole extension shoes of the magnetic coupling device.
MAGNETIC LIFTING DEVICE HAVING POLE SHOES WITH SPACED APART PROJECTIONS
A magnetic device for magnetically coupling to a ferromagnetic body, comprises a housing having a central bore. A plurality of pole sectors arranged within an envelope of the central bore and forming a workpiece contact interface of the magnetic device, each of the plurality of pole sectors comprising a plurality of spaced-apart pole portions arranged at respective distances, wherein a recess of a plurality of recesses separates each pole portion of the plurality of pole portions, wherein a first sector forms a first pole of the magnetic device and a second sector forms a second pole of the magnetic device. A first permanent magnet. A second permanent being moveable relative to the first permanent magnet. And, an actuator operatively coupled to the at least one second permanent magnet to move the at least one second permanent magnet relative to the at least one first permanent magnet.
FABRIC RETAINING DEVICE WITH SWITCHABLE MAGNET
A device for use with an embroidery machine holds fabric to be embroidered between upper and lower hoops that are secured to one another by at least one switchable magnet. The switchable magnet is provided on one or more of the upper loop or lower hoop. Multiple switchable magnets may be spaced around a perimeter of the upper loop or lower hoop. One of the hoops may include interchangeable arms for attaching the device to various embroidery machines.
