The first screwdriver bit includes a square socket joint extending from a front end thereof, and the first screwdriver bit includes a hexagonal hole defined on a front end of the square socket joint. A bit holder is connected on a front end of the grip and is configured to receive the shank in a center of the bit holder, and the bit holder includes multiple apertures defined around the center thereof and configured to accommodate multiple second screwdriver bits.
ACCESSORY TOOL
An accessory tool includes an adapter end having a maximum outer dimension, and a shank coupled to the adapter end. The shank includes a tool engagement portion including a cross section having a maximum outer width, a first reduced portion disposed between the tool engagement portion and the adapter end and having a first minimum outer dimension and a first length, and a second reduced portion formed in the tool engagement portion between the first reduced portion and an end of the shank. The second reduced portion is engaged by the tool to secure the shank to the tool, and has a second minimum outer dimension and a second length. The maximum outer dimension is greater than the maximum outer width. The maximum outer width is greater than the first minimum outer dimension and greater the second minimum outer dimension. The first length is greater than the second length.
Driving tool
A driving tool includes a coupling component defining a compartment and a driving component received by the compartment. The compartment includes a first receiving section and a second receiving section. The driving component includes a first driving body portion, a second driving body portion, and a connecting portion. The connecting portion is inserted through the first receiving section and is fixedly disposed in the second receiving section. The connecting portion and the second receiving section are forced into a tight interference fit with each other. The second driving body portion includes a length inserted and disposed in the first receiving section. The first and second driving body portions are made to have a first hardness, and the connecting portion is made to have a second hardness respectively. The second hardness is less than the first hardness.
SCREWDRIVER HEAD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a screwdriver head, the screwdriver head including a head portion for being inserted into a slot of a screw head and a basal body for supporting the head portion; the manufacturing method including: providing the screwdriver head made of a first metal material; preparing alloying coating; coating the alloying coating on the surface of the head portion of the screwdriver head; conducting laser surface alloying treatment on the surface of the head portion coated with the alloying coating to form an alloyed layer; and conducting low temperature tempering treatment on the screwdriver head after the laser surface alloying treatment. The present invention further discloses a screwdriver head, the surface of the position at which the head portion of the screwdriver head contacts with the slot of the screw head is provided with an alloyed layer formed through the laser surface alloying treatment. The screwdriver head manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention has high rigidity and high abrasive resistance in the head portion and high tenacity in other portions, thereby prolonging the service life.
Accessory tool
An accessory tool includes an effector end and a shank coupled to the effector end. The shank includes a tool engagement portion that is configured to be received within a tool and a reduced diameter portion disposed between the tool engagement portion and the effector end. The shank defines a first length, and the reduced diameter portion defines a second length that is 10% to 45% of the first length.
Fastener head adapter
A fastener head adapter includes a drive portion that can be engaged by a suitable driver, and a mating portion that is configured to mate with a fastener head. The fastener head adapter is attached to a fastener head. The fastener head adapter preferably provides a different type of drive portion than exists on the fastener head. Once the fastener head adapter is attached to the fastener head, the screw may then be turned by using the driver to engage the drive portion of the fastener head adapter and to turn the fastener head adapter, which in turn, turns the screw.
Surgical instrument with planetary gear system
A surgical instrument for applying a rotational force to a structural element during a surgical procedure. The instrument may be designed for increasing an input force to produce an enlarged output force adequate for fracturing an excess section of the elongated element from a remainder of the structural element. The instrument may include an input mechanism that receives an external rotational input force, a planetary gear system that multiples the input force, and an output mechanism that attaches to and delivers the multiplied rotational output force to the excess section of the structural element. The output mechanism may also be configured to capture the separated excess section. The instrument may include a housing and a handle for grasping and manipulating during the surgical procedure.
Item for tightening to the correct torque, and electrical protection device comprising at least one terminal connected by means of such an item
An item for tightening including a first part including a first end part forming an end piece to engage with the head of a screw, and a second end part to engage with an actuating member, such that activation of the actuating member causes turning of the screw and the tightening, this first part being able to break into two portions upon reaching the recommended tightening torque, respectively a first portion including the first end part and a second portion including the second end part. A second part is mounted tightly about the first part, a holding device is provided in part on the first part and in part on the second part and being able to retain the second portion of the first part inside the second part of the item in order to prevent this second portion leaving this second part of the item after rupture of the first part.
Tool devices for securing connector elements
A driver tool apparatus is provided for the secure gripping, driving insertion, and release of a broad range of connector and/or fixation elements such as screws or bolts. These driver devices can be utilized for a broad range of applications in many fields. The driver tool, in some embodiments, may include a driver shaft; one or more driver elements protruding from the driver shaft and having a base region proximate the driver shaft and a distal region away from the driver shaft, wherein each driver element includes one or more pins suitable for inserting into a socket having one or more inside walls; and one or more securing features on each driver element.
