On-board hand tool accessory
A hand tool for servicing a power tool or other host tool is adapted to be readily mountable to and dismountable from the host tool via magnetic coupling. The hand tool includes a handle body, and a nut driver supported on the handle body. The handle body may define a bifurcated support, and the tool may include a pivot pin extending through the bifurcated support and the nut driver to support the nut driver on the tool. The nut driver defines at least one socket region dimensioned to receive a nut, and further is magnetized for magnetic coupling with a nut positioned within the socket region. In one embodiment, the nut driver houses a discrete magnet for this purpose. A second magnet may be supported on the handle body toward its central portion.
Tool for the adjustment of a prosthetic anatomical device
An adjustment tool enables manipulation of a prosthetic anatomical device such as an annuloplasty ring. The tool includes a compression member which is operative for retarding rotation of the adjustment shaft to preclude inadvertent rotation thereof during use of the tool by the surgeon. A locking device is associated with the adjustment tool to enable the releasable attachment of the tool to the anatomical device during its adjustment by manipulation of the tool. The locking device is oriented into operative and inoperative positions by the engagement and disengagement of locking elements. A scale may be provided on the adjustment tool to assist a surgeon in determining the size or amount of adjustment to the size of the anatomical device during its adjustment.

HAND TOOL
A hand tool includes a housing defining a receiving space, a shaft rotatably extending through the receiving space and having opposite end portions that are exposed from the housing, a ring-shaped flywheel disposed rotatably in the receiving space and surrounding the shaft, and a speed-increasing gear mechanism. The gear mechanism includes a start gear coupled co-rotatably to the shaft and disposed in the receiving space, at least one transmission gear rotatably disposed in the receiving space and meshing with the start gear, and a final gear coupled co-rotatably to the flywheel, disposed in the receiving space and meshing with the transmission gear. A rotational speed of the final gear is greater than that of the start gear.

Dual-setting directional tool
A dual-setting rotating system selectively provides unidirectional rotation to a drive shaft. Along with the drive shaft, the system includes a primary ratchet gear fixedly disposed on the drive shaft and configured to motivate the drive shaft in principal rotation. A secondary ratchet gear is coaxial with the primary ratchet gear and rotatably attached about at least a portion of the drive shaft. A pinion gear is axially-aligned with the drive shaft and operably engaged with the secondary ratchet gear and a shaft gear to motivate the drive shaft during retrograde rotation. The shaft gear is rigidly attached to and coaxial with the drive shaft. A clutch plate spans the primary and secondary ratchet gear while a main body encloses at least a portion of the clutch plate.

TORQUE LIMITING LOCKING CAP
A torque limiting driver system, including: a torque limiting driver including: a handle with a locking cap engagement protrusion; a shaft with a cam portion including a cam mating feature; and a locking cap including: a mating recess including a plurality of scallops along the outer edge of the mating recess and wherein the plurality of scallops are configured to interface with the first mating feature; a through-hole with through-hole mating feature configured to interface with the cam mating feature, wherein the locking cap is configured to engage the torque limiting driver to lock the rotation of the shaft with respect to the handle.
Hand tools
A hand tool includes a body having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, a first reversible tool removably coupled to the first end, and a second reversible tool removably coupled to the second end. A first pick extends from the first reversible tool, and a second pick extends from the first reversible tool opposite the first pick. A first screwdriver bit extends from the second reversible tool, and a second screwdriver bit extends from the second reversible tool opposite the first screwdriver bit. The hand tool also includes a cap removably coupled to the body at the first end or the second end. The body is configured to resist rolling.
