POWER TOOL FOR REVERSING AND HOLDING WITH SINGLE HAND
The invention relates to a power tool that can be held with one hand for reversing, comprising: a casing having a grip part and a manipulation port; a driving device having a control member; the control member is capable of controlling an actuation direction of the driving device; a power source disposed below the driving device and capable of driving the driving device; a reversing assembly disposed at a periphery of the power source and having a reversing member; the reversing member controls the control member to generate changes of displacement, a driving direction of the driving device is changed by action of turning the reversing assembly that is away from the driving device, and there is an appropriate manipulating distance between the grip part and the manipulation port, so that a user is capable of manipulating by holding and reversing the power tool with one hand at a same position.
INTERNAL DUAL PAWL MECHANISM FOR INDEXABLE MOTORIZED RATCHET TOOLS
A pawl mechanism for an indexable tool and adapted to selectively transmit rotational motion of a yoke of the tool to a drive lug of the tool in one of first and second rotational directions. The pawl mechanism including a pawl carrier, first and second pawls pivotably coupled to the pawl carrier, and a selector switch rotatably coupled to the pawl carrier and adapted to selectively position the first and second pawls to transmit rotational motion of the yoke to the drive lug in one of the first and second rotational directions.
RATCHET WITH TOGGLE TRIGGER
A reversing mechanism for a motorized hand-held ratcheting tool. A toggle trigger is coupled to a reversing mechanism of the tool, and a rotational drive direction of the tool is controlled via the trigger instead of a separate knob or dial. For example, when the trigger is rotated or pivoted in a forward direction (depression of a bottom or back of the trigger), the reversing mechanism is rotated into a right hand threaded fastener's tightening direction, and when the trigger is rotated or pivoted in a reverse direction (depression of a top or front of the trigger), the reversing mechanism is rotated into a right hand threaded fastener's loosening direction. The motor's rotational direction is not changed by the toggle trigger, but the trigger does control the rotational drive direction of the tool and activates the motor and variable speed circuitry.
GEARING AND CRANKSHAFT ASSEMBLY FOR POWER TOOLS
A gearing and crankshaft assembly for a powered hand tool including an integrated gear carrier and crankshaft including first and second opposing ends, where the first end includes an offset pin, gears rotatably coupled to the integrated gear carrier and crankshaft by gear pins, bearings adapted to receive the integrated gear carrier and crank shaft to allow the integrated gear carrier and crank shaft to rotate relative to the driver portion, and a gear cover coupled to the driver portion and adapted to restrict axial movement of the gears.
AUTO ADJUSTABLE SPANNER HAND TOOL SYSTEM, ADJUSTABLE DRIVETRAIN TOOL APPARATUS WITH AUTO ADJUSTABLE SPANNER FEATURE, AND METHODS OF USE
An auto adjustable spanner hand tool system, adjustable drivetrain tool apparatus with auto adjustable spanner feature, and methods of use are presented. The disclosure provides an interchangeable head system for a spin spanner which automatically engages and disengages a target. The interchangeable head system also activates to spin. The system includes a spring loaded ratchet mechanism which allows the pin to rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise to engage and disengage smoothly. Furthermore, the ratchet assembly is designed to accommodate standard nut dimensions at particular locking points, when needed.
Power machine tool
A power machine tool (1) of the present disclosure includes a housing (10) and a control board (20), a power device (30), a bearing set (40), a transmission mechanism (50) and a torque axle (60) disposed in the housing (10). The power device (30) is disposed in the housing (10) via the bearing set (40) and transmits a torque via the transmission mechanism (50). The torque axle (60) is connected to a rear side of the power device (30) and rotates with the power device (30). In addition, a torque sensor (2) is arranged on the rear side of the power device (30) to detect the torque of the power machine tool.
FLEXIBLE HEAD JOINTS FOR CORDLESS RATCHET TOOLS
A flexible head joint for a tool, such as a motorized ratcheting-type tool. The flexible joint also allows an output mechanism of the tool, such as a ratchet head, to be disposed at an angle with respect to a housing to the tool, which houses a motor. For example, the first shaft is pivotably coupled to a first connector, which may have a tongue shaped portion. The second shaft is pivotably coupled to a second connector, which may have a slotted portion adapted to receive the tongue portion. This provides two pivot points that have parallel axes.
EXTERNAL PAWL RATCHET MECHANISM
A ratchet mechanism for a power tool having a link member including an opening, a ratchet gear having a toothed portion and adapted to be selectively driven in either of first and second drive directions, first and second pawls pivotably coupled to the link member and adapted to selectively engage with the toothed portion for selecting one of the first and second drive directions, and a crank shaft including first and second opposing ends, wherein the first end includes an offset pin received in the opening of the link member and the second end is adapted to be operably coupled to a motor.
Ratchet tools
Illustrative embodiments of ratchet tools are disclosed. In one embodiment, a ratchet tool may comprise a handle extending along a handle axis and housing a motor, a head coupled to the handle at a first end of the handle, the head supporting an output shaft configured to be driven by the motor to rotate about an output axis, the output axis being substantially perpendicular to the handle axis, a ratchet mechanism coupled between the handle and the output shaft, the ratchet mechanism configured to restrict rotation of the output shaft in a first direction and to allow rotation of the output shaft in a second direction opposite the first direction, and a direction control configured to switch the first direction associated with the ratchet mechanism between a clockwise and a counterclockwise direction, the direction control being coupled to the handle and spaced apart from the head along the handle axis.
Ratchet Wrench with Drive Pins
A ratchet wrench assembly (10) is provided that includes a head (12), a ratchet gear (130), a yolk (100), one or more drive pins (122,120), a body (80), and a ratchet pawl (140). The body (80) may include one or more drive edges (84) and a fastener drive member (20). A first drive edge (84) may be engaged with a first drive pin (122) such that reciprocation of the yolk (100) causes rotation of the body (80) and the fastener drive member (20) about the axis of rotation via engagement of the first drive pin (122) between the inner surface of the yolk ring (102) and the first drive edge (84). The ratchet pawl (140) may include a first ratchet tooth (144) configured ratchet against gear teeth (132) of the ratchet gear (130) to permit movement of the body (80) relative to the head (12) in a first rotational direction and engage the gear teeth (132) to prevent movement of the body (80) relative to the head (12) in second, opposite rotational direction.
