Tool Change Upgrade Device
The present invention relates to a novel driver attachment device. The device is designed to enable users to interchange the attachments to accommodate different sizes of screws. Specifically, the driver attachment device comprises an adapter component that is received by a drill featuring a Phillip's head screwdriver working end. The working end receives the adapter component, which is compatible with zip bit (or hex head) screws. The adapter component is two-sided and can be flipped to receive different size zip bit screws. The adapter component can further be removed to allow the Phillip's head working end to be used with Phillip's head screws. Thus, the device allows a user to address multiple different size and style screws that are common with HVAC works.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a bit holding portion which detachably holds a driver bit and is configured to rotate in a circumferential direction of the driver bit and move in an axial direction of the driver bit; a first motor configured to rotate the bit holding portion; a second motor configured to move the bit holding portion along the axial direction; and a control unit configured to control a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction by the number of rotations of the second motor. The control unit is configured to control a moving speed of a screw moved by rotation of the first motor or a rotation speed of the first motor.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a bit holding portion which detachably holds a driver bit and is configured to rotate in a circumferential direction of the driver bit and move in an axial direction of the driver bit; a motor configured to move the bit holding portion along the axial direction; and a control unit configured to control a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction by the number of rotations of the motor. The control unit is configured to execute an initialization operation of setting a standby position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction, and control a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction from the standby position by the number of rotations of the motor.
POWER TOOL
A driver drill includes a motor housing that holds an electric motor, an axis of rotation of a rotor of the electric motor extending in a front-rear direction of the driver drill, a grip housing having an upper end connected to a lower part of the motor housing and an enlarged-part housing connected to a lower end of the grip housing and spaced from the motor housing in an up-down direction of the driver drill that is perpendicular to the front-rear direction. A torque setting of the driver drill is changeable, and the driver drill is changeable between a setting unlocked state in which the torque setting is changeable and a setting locked state in which the torque setting is not changeable.
Dual positionable fastener installation tool adaptor
A dual positionable adaptor for a fastener driver assembly employs a tandem guide assembly mounted to a guide head which has an entry reference surface defining an opening for a fastener to provide a proper location and entry angle for the fastener. A pair of wings each defines a pair of reference engagement edges which engage either an upper horizontal member or a lower horizontal member. The wings, together with the entry reference surface, define a proper entry location and angle for connecting a vertical stud to either an upper plate or a lower plate. The selected adaptor position is achieved by securing the adaptor in one of two angular positions relative to the tube axis of the fastener driver assembly. The wings are also affixed with squirrel claws to lock the adaptor in place for installing the fastener. The adaptor also includes flush indicators to indicate that the proper flush position of the reference surface against the vertical member is achieved. The wings are independently pivotal to accommodate situations wherein the tandem wing configuration cannot be employed. The fastener is retained within the adaptor fastener channel via a magnet assembly.
Position indicator tools and methods
Position indicator tools systems and methods for use with an elongated adapter are disclosed. Tools are configurable to engage the distal end of the elongated adapter include a first member wherein the first member has a distal end and two projection elements positioned in a plane and a channel between the projection elements further wherein at least one of the first members has a notch at a distal end on a channel-facing side, a positioning member formed integrally with the first member wherein the positioning member has a linear marker on a first side, an angled marker on a second side, and a rocker positioned between the angled marker and the channel.
Power tool
A power tool, such as a hammer driver-drill (1), includes: a motor (8); a motor housing (7A) that holds the motor (8); a grip housing (7B) connected to the motor housing (7A); a battery mount housing or enlarged-part housing (7C) connected to the grip housing (7B); and a dial (24) that is provided in the enlarged-part housing (7C) such that it is rotatable about a dial shaft (29). A threshold for stopping the motor (8) is settable by rotating the dial (24).
Power tool
Rotation of a spindle relative to a first cam is reduced. A power tool includes a spindle to receive a tip tool and rotatable about a rotation axis, and a vibration mechanism that vibrates the spindle in an axial direction. The spindle has an outer surface including, in a cross section orthogonal to the rotation axis, a first portion at a first distance from the rotation axis, and a second portion at a second distance from the rotation axis. The vibration mechanism includes a first cam surrounding the spindle, and a second cam located behind and in contact with the first cam.
Machine for making screwdriver bit sockets
A machine for making screwdriver bit sockets includes a feeing unit and a rotary unit located beside the feeding unit. The rotary unit includes a feeding area, a put-in area, a pressing area and a ready area. The rotary unit includes a disk rotatably connected to a base. Multiple holding units are connected to the disk and moved to one of the feeding area, the put-in area, the pressing area and the ready area when the disk rotates. A feeding arm is located beside the pick-up area and the feeding area to move the sockets from the pick-up area to the holding units. A pressing unit located above the pressing area to press a screwdriver to a socket. A pick-up arm picks up the sockets from the holding units. A control unit electrically controls the rotary unit, the feeding arm, the pressing unit and the pick-up arm.
Hammer Drill Driving Bit Device
A hammer drill driving bit device for installing an anchor fastener includes a shaft. A first end of the shaft has a first recess extending axially thereinto. The first recess is arcuate and thus is complementary to a head of an anchor fastener, which can be inserted into the first recess. A second end of the shaft is engageable a chuck of a hammer drill so that the shaft is operationally engaged to the hammer drill. The shaft can engage the head of the anchor fastener, such that, with the anchor fastener positioned through a first hole in a first substrate, the hammer drill is positioned to drive the anchor fastener into a second hole in a second substrate. The anchor fastener expands to engage a wall of the second hole to couple the first substrate to the second substrate.
