Wrench head
A wrench head comprises a working axis, a first jaw, a second jaw, and a third jaw. The first jaw comprises first-jaw arcuate convex contact surfaces. The second jaw is coupled with and pivotable relative to the first jaw and comprises a second-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, a second second-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, and a second-jaw planar contact surface. The third jaw is coupled with and pivotable relative to the second jaw and comprises a third-jaw arcuate convex contact surface and a third-jaw planar contact surface.
Opening structure of tool grip
An opening structure of a tool grip includes a left grip and a right grip that are intersected and pivoted. An elastic connecting strap is provided between the left and right grips. The left grip has at least two left studs. The right grip has at least two right studs. The connecting strap has a length greater than a distance between the left and right grips. One end of the connecting strap has at least two left recessed portions for engagement of the left studs. Another end of the connecting strap has at least two right recessed portions for engagement of the right studs. By selecting the position where the left recessed portions are engaged with the left studs and the position where the right recessed portions are engaged with the right studs, a force that the connecting strap pushes against the left and right grips to open is adjustable.
QUICK CHANGE INDEXABLE RATCHET HEAD
A tool having a housing assembly, a driver assembly coupled to housing assembly and adapted to drive a work piece. The driver assembly includes a head portion indexably and releasably coupled to a base portion. The head portion can be one of a number of interchangeable head portions. One of the head portion and the base portion includes tabs extending outwardly in a radial direction. The other of the head portion and the base portion includes corresponding grooves adapted to respectively receive the tabs to indexably couple the head portion to the base portion.
Fixation Structure of Sleeve Tool
A fixation structure of a sleeve tool is provided and includes a universal joint and a universal socket. The universal joint has a surface and a universal joint hole thereunder. The universal joint hole holds therein a spring and a ball. The universal joint has a radial length including a distance by which the ball protrudes from the surface. The universal socket has a connection hole for receiving and engaging with the universal joint and has an inner side. A recess is disposed under the inner side of the universal socket. The connection hole has a hole diameter. The ratio of the radial length to the hole diameter is greater than 0.902 to prevent the ball from retracting completely into the recess even when a user pulls the universal joint 20 by hand, thereby preventing the universal joint from escaping from the connection hole of the universal socket.
Screw driver and head therefor
A screw head adapter, including a surrounding shaped envelope, being hex, square, etc., being adaptable to a standard key, ring, box wrench, including at its center, a bit, a flat-blade screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, hex, Allen wrench, having an adjustable or constant height, for connecting thereof to a standard key, box wrench, dedicated key, etc., adapted thereto and supported by a dedicated protrusion, being fastened to the box wrench by a mechanical, magnetic, etc. attaching means, for allowing, due to its short height, to easily open or close screw heads in narrow hidden regions, and to those having difficult or non-available access by other tools.
Fixed adjustable wrench
A fixed adjustable wrench. The fixed adjustable wrench includes a handle having a fixed jaw and an adjustable jaw forming a gap therebetween. The adjustable jaw is slidable along a shoulder and is adapted to cooperate with the fixed jaw to secure an object within the gap. An engagement member having a first set of teeth is configured to selectively interlock with a second set of teeth of the adjustable jaw. A second end of the engagement member is operably connected to a lever that is selectively moveable between an engagement position and a disengagement position. In the engagement position, the engagement member is coupled to the adjustable jaw via an interlocking of the first set of teeth and the second set of teeth. In the disengagement position, the engagement member is disengaged from the adjustable jaw allowing selective positioning of the adjustable jaw.
High Torque Tool Assembly And System For Loosening A Torque Resistant Threaded Fastener
A tool and system for loosening or removing a torque resistant threaded fastener assembly. The system can be used with a bench receiver or vehicle mounted receiver and can be used to loosen “frozen” threaded fastener assemblies. The orientation of the components enables a user to place sufficient torque on a “frozen” threaded fastener. In this way the system enables the user to remove or disassemble a corroded combination (e.g.) a corroded or rusted nut and bolt.
PORTABLE VALVE OPERATING MACHINE FOR USE IN EXERCISING VALVES HAVING A TORQUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A valve operating machine includes a base, a housing thereon and a motor within the housing, an output socket rotatably coupled to the housing and extending through the base, a ring lock rotatably coupled to the output socket, a locking assembly which locks the ring lock to the output socket and can be released to allow removal of the ring lock from the output socket, a plate rotatably coupled to the ring lock, and a mating assembly configured to couple the plate to the base in at least two positions, while preventing rotation of the plate relative to the base. A key that is used to exercise a valve can be connected to the output socket.
Multi-functional utility service tool
A utility tool for operating a utility meter set includes an elongate body member having opposed first and second ends. A regulator cap member is coupled to a first end of the body member and defines an aperture configured to grip a regulator cap of the meter set. The regulator cap member may include first and second portions in communication with one another and configured to loosen multiple regulator cap models, respectively. A service valve member is coupled to the second end of the body member and has an offset wrench head for operating a service valve of the meter set. A pressure adjustment member is coupled to the body member intermediate the opposed ends for adjusting the regulator pressure once the regulator cap is removed. The body member defines one or more bypass apertures having a configuration complementary to that of a bypass plug associated with the meter set.
