The lug nut engagement assembly (130) includes retractable fingers (132). The lug nut engagement assembly (130) is removeably affixed to the barrel (140). The plunger (160) is disposed within a portion of the lug nut engagement assembly (130), the barrel (140) and the cam guide (170). The plunger (160) has a tip for engagement with the retractable fingers (132). The cam guide (170) is disposed and moveable within a bottom portion of the barrel (140). The cam guide (170) has longitudinal rails (172) for engagement with the internal cam track (145) of the barrel (140).
PAWL AND SWITCH OF A RATCHET WRENCH
A ratchet wrench includes a handle, a gear, a pawl and a switch. The handle includes a box formed at an end. The gear, the pawl and the switch are inserted in the box. The pawl includes teeth, two blocks and a fin. The teeth of the pawl are for engagement with teeth of the gear. The blocks are formed at two ends of the pawl. The fin extends opposite to the teeth of the pawl. The switch includes a lever, a crank and a groove. The lever extends from an upper portion in a radial direction so that the lever is operable to rotate the entire switch. The crank extends from a lower portion in another radial direction so that the crank is abutted against one of the blocks to move the pawl to one of two positions. The groove receives the fin.
RATCHET WRENCH
A ratchet wrench includes a box, a gear, a pawl, a rotor and a switch. The box includes a gear chamber, a switch chamber and a pawl chamber through which the gear chamber is in communication with the switch chamber. The pawl chamber includes a ceiling, a wall and a chamfer extending between the ceiling and the wall. The gear is inserted in the gear chamber. The pawl is inserted in the pawl chamber and engaged with the gear. The pawl includes an upper face for contact with the ceiling, a rear face or contact with the wall and a chamfer in contact with the chamfer of the pawl chamber. The rotor is inserted in the switch chamber, and includes a connective portion. The switch is inserted in the switch chamber, and includes a connective portion connected to the connective portion of the rotor.
Torque enhancing adapter for a hand tool
A hand tool system comprises a first driver, a second driver, and a driver adapter. The first driver and the second driver each comprises a driver handle having an external configuration and a driver component secured to the driver handle. The driver adapter is selectively fittable over the driver handles of the first and second drivers. The driver adapter comprises an elongate body, a first socket formed in a first end of the elongate body, a second socket formed in a second end of the elongate body, and a plurality of through holes formed through and distributed longitudinally along a length of the elongate body. Each socket has an internal configuration sized and shaped to receive a driver handle of either the first or second driver and to transfer torque to the driver upon rotation of the driver adapter.
REMOVABLE TORQUE WRENCH
Provided is a gear box removable electrically driven torque wrench. The gear box removable electrically driven torque wrench includes: a body casing 10 including a body part 12 in which an electric motor and a motor driver are mounted in an internal accommodation space and a handle part 14 extending downward of the body part; a gear box 20 dynamically coupled to a motor rotation shaft 13 of the electric motor in front of the body part 12, and adding and reducing an output according to driving of the electric motor and transmitting the added and reduced output to a tightening member; and an adapter socket including a coupling adapter installed on a gear box coupled surface 11 in front of the body part 12 and a coupling socket fixedly installed on a body coupled surface 21 at the rear of the gear box 20 and detachably coupled to the coupling adapter.
Reversible ratchet wrench
A reversible ratchet wrench includes a moveable pawl connected to a handle via a linkage such that the pawl cannot become disengaged from the hand during operation of the wrench. The handle is pivotally attached to housing forming a portion of a head of the wrench, where pivoting of the handle between a first position and a second position switches a position of a pawl between a first position and a second position to thereby change an operating direction of the wrench. A distance of movement of a proximal end of the handle, opposite a head of the wrench, during switching is confined to a limited range by elongating the wrench head and extending a distance between a connection point of the handle to the pawl and the pivotal connection of the handle to the housing.
Wrench head
A wrench head comprises a working axis, a first jaw, a second jaw, and a third jaw. The first jaw comprises first-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, second first-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, third first-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, and first-jaw planar contact surface. The second jaw is coupled with and is pivotable relative to the first jaw and comprises second-jaw arcuate convex contact surfaces. The third jaw is coupled with and is pivotable relative to the second jaw and comprises a third-jaw arcuate convex contact surface and a third-jaw planar contact surface.
Combined battery jumper cable and wrench
The combined battery jumper cable with wrench is configured for use with a vehicle. The combined battery jumper cable with wrench forms an electric termination that attaches a cable to a terminal post of the vehicle battery. The combined battery jumper cable with wrench forms a ratchet that is used to attach an electrical terminal of the vehicle to the terminal post of the vehicle battery. The combined battery jumper cable with wrench includes a working head, a transfer mount, and a motive structure. The transfer mount attaches the motive structure to the working head. The working head is the working element of the tool. The motive structure transfer externally provided energy to the working head through the transfer mount. The motive structure removably attaches to the transfer mount.
Bendable torque wrench
A bendable torque wrench includes: a shank; a tubular body whose front end is angularly displaceable with respect to the shank about an axis defined by a first pivotal connection end of the shank; an abutting block located on one side of the tubular body, a the front end of the abutting block has a convexly curved abutting surface; and a detent member whose front end is pivotally connected to a second pivotal connection end of the shank and whose rear end forms a convexly curved contact surface in elastic contact with the curved abutting surface of the abutting block. The torque wrench bends, or collapses, rapidly when the torque applied to the torque wrench reaches a preset torque value.
