The socket end is configured to be connected with a fastener. The connection end is configured to be connected with the insertion portion. The connection end includes at least one first through hole. At least one positioning member is movably restricted within the at least one first through hole. The control sleeve is movably assembled to the connection end. The control sleeve includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has at least one receiving hole which is selectively correspondable to the at least one first through hole. The first portion is inserted into the second portion. The at least one receiving hole is disposed inside the second portion.
SHEAR WRENCH TOOL
A shear wrench tool including a motor; a transmission operatively connected to the motor; a first socket arranged to engage a tip of a bolt to be sheared; a second socket arranged to engage a nut threaded on the bolt; wherein the first socket and second sockets are operatively connected to the transmission and rotate in opposite directions relative to each other when the motor provides torque to the transmission in use; an ejector mechanism comprising an ejector pin coaxial with the first and second sockets and moveable between a retracted position for enabling the tip of a bolt to be sheared to be received in the first socket and an extended position for urging a sheared tip from within in the first socket.
Tool kit with quick-connect coupling for paintless dent removal
A paintless dent repair kit includes a housing with a handle extending therefrom and a toothed wheel rotatably retained in the housing. The toothed wheel has a plurality of teeth extending outwards therefrom and is configured to receive, replace, and removably retain a connector, which is attached on the other end to a quick-connect coupling. The quick-connect coupling is, in turn, configured to releasably retain a socket of a commercially-available set of dent removal tips, for example, a KIPP socket or an ULTRA socket. The housing features a first button connected to a teethed lever slidably positioned to be either engaged or disengaged with the plurality of teeth of the toothed wheel depending on the position of the first button. Unless the first button is depressed, the dent removal tool is configured to securely and fixedly retain the dent removal tip to facilitate direct transmission of force and torque from the handle to the coupling and then to the dent removal tip during dent removal operations.
QUICK-RELEASE TORQUE DEVICE
A quick-release torque device is provided, including: a main body, including a receiving hole, a connecting hole for assembling of a driven member, and a through hole in communication with the receiving hole and the connecting hole, the receiving hole and the connecting hole being respectively opened on opposing sides of the main body; an annular magnetic member, fixedly received in the through hole; a push rod, movably inserted within the through hole and the annular magnetic member.
Fastener extractor and dislodging tool apparatus
A fastener extractor and dislodging tool apparatus includes a torque-tool body, a threaded opening, a plurality of engagement features, and a release bolt. The plurality of engagement features that grips the lateral surface of the stripped fastener is radially positioned around a rotation axis of the torque-tool body. The plurality of engagement features being perimetrically connected around a base of the torque-tool body thus delineating a socket body that removes the stripped fastener. The threaded opening traverses through the base so that the release bolt can be threadedly engaged with the threaded opening, opposite of the plurality of engagement features. When the stripped fastener is jammed within the plurality of engagement features, the release bolt can be threadedly moved into the space between the plurality of engagement features thus dislodging the stripped fastener from the torque-tool body.
Tooling assembly and method for installation of a frangible fastener
A tooling assembly for fastener installation has a socket body reversibly rotatable by a driving mechanism. A bore in the socket body has a first end portion and a central portion incorporating threads. A second end portion of the bore receives and engages a severable section of a frangible fastener. A pin is received in the bore and constrained from rotation by the driving mechanism. The pin has an ejection shaft with mating threads selectively receivable in the threads of the central portion of the bore. The socket body is freely rotatable with the mating threads positioned in the first end portion of the bore. Rotation of the socket body in torques the frangible fastener on a stud fracturing the severable section. Reverse rotation of the socket body engages the mating threads in the threads translating the pin. The ejection shaft ejects the severable section from the second end portion.
QUICK RELEASE DEVICE OF RATCHET WRENCH
A quick release device of a ratchet wrench includes a rotary ring rotatably mounted to a positioning member on the head of the wrench. When the rotary ring is rotated, a movable plate is driven to a positioning position or a releasing position. When the movable plate is located at the engaging position, a contact portion of the movable plate is engaged with one of multiple recessed portions of the rotary ring, and an engaging portion of the movable plate is engaged with a groove of a socket that is connected to the ratchet wheel of the wrench. When the movable plate is located at the releasing position, the contact portion contacts with one of the protrusions of the rotary ring, and the engaging portion is disengaged from the groove of the socket so that the socket can be quickly removed from the wrench.
Ratchet Wrench and External Ratchet Bushing Anti-Detachment Quick-Release Structure
A ratchet wrench and an external ratchet bushing anti-detachment and quick-release structure have an anti-detachment and quick-release assembly, a ratchet wrench and an external component. The anti-detachment and quick-release assembly can be pushed up and down by displacement and is magnetic, a ratchet wheel is arranged in the actuating end of the ratchet wrench, and the anti-detachment and quick-release assembly is fixed on one side of the ratchet wheel. When the external component is placed in the ratchet, it can be fixed by the magnetic adsorption of the anti-detachment and quick-release assembly. When disassembling, the external component is pushed against the external component to disengage from the ratchet. When the ratchet wrench is subjected to external force, the components will not be disengaged and damaged, and the overall structural assembly stability is good, so as to gain structural stability and allow safety use.
TOOLS FOR ATTACHING NUTS TO ELECTRICAL CABLES IN ELECTRICAL BOXES AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
