The impact tool includes an electric motor supported in the motor housing portion, a battery pack supported by the housing for providing power to the motor, and a drive assembly for converting a continuous torque input from the motor to consecutive rotational impacts upon a workpiece capable of developing at least 1,700 ft-lbs of fastening torque.

Fastener alignment systems, fastener alignment kits, and associated methods are disclosed herein. The fastener alignment systems include a fastener orienting structure, a fastener alignment tool, and a transfer structure. The fastener orienting structure is configured to orient a plurality of fasteners in a predetermined fastening location pattern. The fastener alignment tool is configured to operatively engage with the fastener orienting structure at a predetermined relative orientation, to receive a corresponding fastener in each of a plurality of fastener alignment receptacles, and to retain the corresponding fastener. The transfer structure is configured to selectively transfer the plurality of fasteners from the fastener orienting structure to the fastener alignment tool. The fastener alignment kits include the fastener alignment tool and the plurality of fasteners. The methods include methods of utilizing the fastener alignment system.

The drill bit includes a central gear and two planetary gears, which gears rotate a screw-driving tool. The drill bit is held by the chuck of a drill and, when its central gear is rotated, rotates the planetary gears that drive the two screws. A harness may used to attach the housing of the drill bit to the drill to prevent rotation of the housing when the central and planetary gears are rotating. The drill may be rotatable from horizontal to vertical, telescoping and permit the bit to be rotated 90 degrees.

A device for driving a fastener has a shaft and a driving portion formed on an end of the shaft. The driving portion is provided with one of a slot and a channel for securely holding a force applying member formed from a resilient material. When a tip of the driving member is positioned within a tip receiving portion tip portion of the fastener, a surface of the force applying member which faces towards the head of the fastener will frictionally engage with the head portion of the fastener to prevent the driving portion from slipping from the fastener.

A device for driving a fastener has a shaft and a driving portion formed on an end of the shaft. The driving portion is provided with one of a slot and a channel for securely holding a force applying member formed from a resilient material. When a tip of the driving member is positioned within a tip receiving portion tip portion of the fastener, a surface of the force applying member which faces towards the head of the fastener will frictionally engage with the head portion of the fastener to prevent the driving portion from slipping from the fastener.

With the waterproof heat-insulation films, the screw band has waterproof and heat-insulation effects. Screws or screw assemblies are easy to be applied with coating and baking processes automatically with the screw band.
