HIGH TORQUE IMPACT TOOL
An impact tool includes a housing including a motor housing portion and a front housing coupled to the motor housing portion, a motor supported within the motor housing portion, a battery pack supported by the housing for providing power to the motor, and a drive assembly supported within the housing and configured to convert continuous torque from the motor to consecutive rotational impacts upon a workpiece capable of developing at least 1,700 ft-lbs of fastening torque. The drive assembly includes a camshaft driven by the motor for rotation about an axis, an anvil extending from the front housing, and a hammer configured to reciprocate along a travel portion of the camshaft between a rearmost position and a forwardmost position to deliver rotational impacts to the anvil in response to rotation of the camshaft.

Screwdriver head and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a screwdriver head, the screwdriver head including a head portion for being inserted into a slot of a screw head and a basal body for supporting the head portion; the manufacturing method including: providing the screwdriver head made of a first metal material; preparing alloying coating; coating the alloying coating on the surface of the head portion of the screwdriver head; conducting laser surface alloying treatment on the surface of the head portion coated with the alloying coating to form an alloyed layer; and conducting low temperature tempering treatment on the screwdriver head after the laser surface alloying treatment. The present invention further discloses a screwdriver head, the surface of the position at which the head portion of the screwdriver head contacts with the slot of the screw head is provided with an alloyed layer formed through the laser surface alloying treatment. The screwdriver head manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention has high rigidity and high abrasive resistance in the head portion and high tenacity in other portions, thereby prolonging the service life.

High torque impact tool
An impact tool includes a housing extending along a longitudinal axis. The housing includes a motor housing portion, a first handle extending from the motor housing portion, and a front housing coupled to the motor housing portion opposite the first handle. The impact tool also includes a motor supported within the motor housing portion, an anvil extending from the front housing, an impact mechanism supported within the front housing, and an auxiliary handle assembly. The auxiliary handle assembly includes a mount coupled to the housing, an auxiliary handle coupled to the mount and spaced from the first handle, and an adjustment mechanism. Loosening the adjustment mechanism permits rotation of the auxiliary handle assembly about the longitudinal axis relative to the housing, and tightening the adjustment mechanism secures the auxiliary handle assembly in a selected rotational position.

Wrench assemblies
A wrench assembly includes first and second wrench members, and a switch, having an engagement member and a proximal extremity, mounted to the first wrench member. The switch moves between engaging and disengaging positions of the engagement member. The proximal extremity is undepressed in the engagement member engaging position, and is depressed in the engagement member disengaging position. The switch moves from the engagement member engaging position to the engagement member disengaging position, when the second wrench member is partially installed into the first wrench member. The switch moves from the engagement member disengaging position to the engagement member engaging position releasably engaging the engagement member to the complemental engagement member disabling the second wrench member from being withdrawn from the first wrench member, when the engagement member registers with the complemental engagement member when the second wrench member is installed into the first wrench member.
