Stuck axle hub removal assembly
A hub removal assembly for disengaging a hub stuck to an axle. The hub removal assembly includes a rectangular bar having a central sinkhole. An elongated lead screw having a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the lead screw is transversely screwed into the central sinkhole. The distal end of the elongated lead screw is configured as a head that can be turned by a pneumatic tool.
Ball joint press
A ball joint press includes a first frame including a first member and a first adaptor, and a second frame including a second member and a second adaptor. A link is pivotally coupled to the first member and to the second the second member. An actuating screw is rotatably coupled to the first member and to the second member. Rotation of the actuating screw in a first rotational direction causes the first member and second member to undergo a first pivoting action relative to the link to move the first adaptor toward the second adaptor. Rotation of the actuating screw in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction causes the first member and second member to undergo a second pivoting action relative to the link, opposite to the first pivot action, to move the first adaptor away from the second adaptor.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURED ASSEMBLY-FREE TOOL FOR VEHICLE GEARBOX MAINTENANCE
A nipple-shaped assembly-free tool for maintenance of a gearbox in a vehicle is described. The tool comprises a tubular body extending in an axial direction and having a first portion and a second portion; and a cap nut surrounding the first portion of the tubular body. The cap nut is rotatable and axially translatable in relation to the tubular body. The tubular body comprises a hose fitting structure at the second portion of the tubular body. The cap nut and the tubular body are retained as one unit such that they are non-detachable from each other.
Pliers
A pliers, configured to assemble an end cap to a vehicle cable, an end cap set including a plurality of end caps connected with one another, the pliers including: a main body and a connecting mechanism. The main body includes a first handling portion, a second handling portion and a receiving portion. The first handling portion is pivotally connected with the second handling portion. The first handling portion is movable relative to the second handling portion between a first position and a second position, and the receiving portion has a receiving space configured to receive the end cap set. The connecting mechanism is connected with the first handling portion and includes a cutting portion, a pressing portion and a feeding member. The cutting portion and the pressing portion correspond to the receiving space, and the feeding member is configured to move the end cap set.
Serpentine belt tensioner compressor tool
A spring compressor tool is provided. A tool for compressing an inline spring-loaded serpentine belt tensioner used in motive power systems, comprising a frame affixed with a fastening pin, the fastening pin optionally inserted into a hollow axle of the inline spring-loaded serpentine belt tensioner. A threaded stud affixed to an end of the frame, the threaded stud optionally coupled to a yoke providing lateral movement of the yoke along the threaded stud. A threaded fastener optionally coupled to the threaded stud and the yoke restricting movement of the yoke, the yoke optionally coupled to an end of the inline spring-loaded serpentine belt tensioner opposite the fastening pin. A lip attached to the yoke, the lip grasping the end of the inline spring-loaded serpentine belt tensioner, movement of the yoke along the threaded stud controls extension and contraction of the inline spring-loaded serpentine belt tensioner.
Apparatus for assisted buckle release
An apparatus for assisted buckle release employing a generally C-shaped, V-shaped, or U-shaped assistive device adapted to depress a buckle's release button, such as a button typical of a child car seat restraint harness, and thereby assist in unlocking the buckle.
Joint press adapter
A slip-on adapter that is adapted to be coupled to existing adapters that have already been developed. The slip-on adapter couples to existing adapters by positive retention on either the outside diameter or inside diameter of the existing adapter. For example, the slip-on adapter can include an O-ring that grips the outside diameter of the existing adapter that it is slipped onto. The slip-on adapter can also be used as a “flip adapter” with different geometries at both ends for use with two different size ball joints. This allows for less expensive adapters for new size ball joints by connecting to existing adapters, rather than requiring full machining of a new adapter.
Wheel puller
The wheel puller with adjustable separation angle and separation distance may comprise a center assembly, a left pull arm, and a right pull arm. The wheel puller may be operable to pull a wheel off of a hub of a vehicle by coupling a left wheel hook and a right wheel hook to holes on the wheel and pressing a hub rest located on the center assembly against the hub of the wheel. When a threaded shaft of the center assembly is turned the left wheel hook and the right wheel hook may pull the wheel away from the vehicle. A separation angle between the left pull arm and the right pull arm and a separation distance between the left wheel hook and the right wheel hook may be changed such that the wheel puller may accommodate various sizes and configurations of wheels.
Cold knife holder capable of pushing and pulling operation
A cold knife holder capable of pushing and pulling operations, includes a main body forming a chamber and a slot, a handle, a detent member, a first spring and a first steel ball. One side of the main body forms a perforation which communicates with the chamber. The handle includes a sleeve, a connecting rod and a grip rod. Both ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected to the sleeve and the grip rod, and the sleeve is pivotally sleeved on the main body, so that the handle is rotated relative to the main body, and the first or second caulking is connected to the perforation, and the detent member is arranged in the chamber. The first steel ball is pivotally embedded in the perforation, so that the detent member drives the first steel ball to be embedded in the first or second caulking, thereby positioning the handle.
RETAINER INSTALLATION TOOL
A retainer installation tool can facilitate installation of a retainer onto a vehicle body structure. In some arrangements, the retainer can be for a vehicle sonar sensor, and the vehicle body structure can be a bumper. The retainer installation tool can help to ensure proper placement of retainer, sufficient adhesion time, and/or placement of an adhesive. The retainer installation tool can include a plunger that extends partially within a housing. The plunger can have a longitudinal axis. The plunger can be movable along its longitudinal axis within the housing. The retainer installation tool can be configured to retainably engage a retainer. The retainer installation tool can be configured to selectively disengage the retainer when the plunger is depressed downwardly along the longitudinal axis. In such case, the retainer is free to be separated from the retainer installation tool.
