Chain master link tool
A chain master link tool includes a first lever and a second lever pivotally and releasably coupled together. Each of the first and second levers include a first working portions and a second working portion. The first and second levers are pivotal to an extended position in which the first working portions face oppositely and are disposed apart and cooperatively delimit a connection space therebetween for connection of a master link with a roller chain assembly and the second working portions face oppositely and are disposed apart and cooperatively delimit a removal space therebetween for removal of the master link from the roller chain assembly respectively.
Hand Tool for Assembling and Disassembling Roller Chain
A hand tool for assembling and disassembling a work piece. The hand tool can be configured for assembling and disassembling a work piece having a plurality of linkable units. The hand tool can include a first work station where at least one assembling operation can be performed and a second work station where at least one disassembling operation can be performed.
DRIVE ARRANGEMENT FOR A BICYCLE AND TOOL
A drive arrangement for a bicycle may include a plurality of sprockets arranged at a rear wheel of the bicycle. The sprockets may be particularly arranged to have a spacing that facilitates the configuration of an increasing number of sprockets in the plurality of sprockets. A singular front sprocket or chainring may be used to drive the rear plurality of sprockets. A particularly configured tool may be used to configure the drive arrangement.
Pliers
A pliers, configured to assemble an end cap to a vehicle cable, an end cap set including a plurality of end caps connected with one another, the pliers including: a main body and a connecting mechanism. The main body includes a first handling portion, a second handling portion and a receiving portion. The first handling portion is pivotally connected with the second handling portion. The first handling portion is movable relative to the second handling portion between a first position and a second position, and the receiving portion has a receiving space configured to receive the end cap set. The connecting mechanism is connected with the first handling portion and includes a cutting portion, a pressing portion and a feeding member. The cutting portion and the pressing portion correspond to the receiving space, and the feeding member is configured to move the end cap set.
SPOKED BICYCLE WHEEL AND SPOKE ATTACHMENT ELEMENT FOR SUCH A WHEEL
A spoke tension adjustment tool has a longitudinally elongated body with a central longitudinal cavity configured to house an end portion of a spoke. The housing has a longitudinal slit that allows the end portion of the spoke to enter the longitudinal cavity. The longitudinally elongated body has a grip portion and a shaped end portion configured to couple with a stem of a spoke attachment element. The shaped end portion is smaller than the grip portion and smaller than the diameter of a rim spoke attachment hole in which the stem is inserted.
Rear wheel sprocket arrangement
A plurality of sprockets which are coaxial with respect to a sprocket rotation axis, are arranged with axial spacing from each other and have different numbers of teeth which are constructed for positive-locking engagement with a bicycle chain. The pinion arrangement has a gear range quotient which is formed by division of the number of teeth of the sprocket having the largest diameter by the number of teeth of the sprocket having the smallest diameter, and has a packing density quotient which is formed by division of the number of sprockets in the sprocket arrangement by the axial spacing measured in millimeters of the axially outermost pinions from each other. The pinion arrangement may have a gear range packing coefficient, formed from the product of the gear range quotient and the packing density quotient, which is greater than 1.25.
Spoked bicycle wheel and spoke attachment element for such a wheel
A spoked bicycle wheel having a rim at least partially comprised of a composite material. The rim has at least one spoke attachment chamber with a plurality of spoke attachment holes. The wheel has a plurality of spokes coupled with the rim and a spoke attachment element partially inserted in a respective spoke attachment hole. The wheel includes a holding element that prevents the movement of said spoke attachment element along a radially outer direction. The spoke attachment element has a holding surface configured for abutment against the holding element.
BOTTOM BRACKET TOOL
A bottom bracket tool is disclosed. The bottom bracket tool has a rim body having a plurality of teeth defined at an outer periphery thereof, the teeth configured for cooperating with a chain of a chain whip tool. The bottom bracket tool has a connector portion defining a coupling of the bottom bracket tool adapted to engage a correspondingly shaped coupling portion of the bottom bracket assembly. A method of removing a bottom bracket assembly from a bicycle frame is disclosed. The method comprises registering correspondingly shaped coupling portions of the bottom bracket assembly and of a bottom bracket tool, mounting a chain whip tool on teeth defined at an outer periphery of a rim body of the bottom bracket tool, and generating a torque on the bottom bracket tool mounted to the bottom bracket assembly via the chain whip tool.
Bicycle handlebar to forks alignment tool
An alignment tool for aligning the handlebars relative to the front fork of a bicycle. The alignment tool provides a handlebar connection point and a fork connection point that simultaneously engages the handlebars and the fork assembly, respectively, spaced apart from the fork assembly. In certain embodiment, the handlebar connection point and the fork connection point are movable relative to each other between a plurality of contracted and extended conditions. The method of using the present invention embodies the alignment tool to engage while adjusting the handlebars relative to the fork assembly in such as ways as to gauge the alignment tool's alignment, and thus the handlebar's assembly, relative to the fork assembly.
CLIPLESS BICYCLE PEDAL AUXILIARY TOOL
A clipless bicycle pedal auxiliary tool includes two cramp bodies, each cramp body includes a pivot part, a holding section and a clamping section, the two pivot parts are pivoted with each other, and the holding sections and the clamping sections are disposed on two sides of the pivot parts, respectively. Each clamping section includes a clamping pin and a pushing pin protruded thereon. The two holding sections can be operated to pivotally swing the two clamping section relative to each other, and make the two clamping pins and the two pushing pins move close to and away from each other, so that the two clamping pins can clamp the two inner sides of the clamping fastener of the clipless bicycle pedal, and the two pushing pins push the two outer sides of the clamping fastener to form a force pivot.
