UTENSIL FOR MOUNTING ON A CONTAINER AND FOLDING FOR MINIMIZING STORAGE SPACE OF THE CONTAINER AND UTENSIL COMBINATION
A food product spreader apparatus including a blade having a longitudinal axis, a handle having a longitudinal axis and a pivot block to which the blade is secured. The blade includes a mounting portion for storing the spreader on a food container. The pivot block is rotatably mounted to the handle and the blade and pivot block are movable between a first position where the longitudinal axes of the blade and the handle are generally parallel to one another and a second position where the longitudinal axes of the blade and the handle are generally perpendicular to each other. In the first position the spreader apparatus is available for use and in the second position the spreader apparatus is able to be stored on the container while occupying a minimal amount of space.

ONION SOUP SPOON
Provided is an onion soup spoon including a handle, and a bowl having a rounded first edge coupled to an end of the handle and a rounded second edge opposite the rounded first edge, wherein the bowl includes a serrated portion at a top of the rounded second edge and extending around a circumference of the bowl on either side of the rounded second edge along sides of the bowl such that the serrated portion is at least about twenty percent of the circumference of the bowl.

Eating utensil system
A combination spoon and fork system capable of being stored in a nested configuration or used as a combination eating utensil with the spoon and fork connected end to end. An interlocking mechanism can interlock the spoon and fork in either the nested position or in the end to end configuration. The interlocking system allows the handle of the spoon to slide between rails on the handle of the fork and to snap and lock the spoon in place either nested with the fork or end to end with the fork to form an elongated combination eating utensil. The spoon and fork of the system can also be used separately from one another.
MEASURING SCOOP
A measuring scoop and its method for fabrication. In one embodiment, a planar element is fabricated of a foldable material. The planar element is generally circular, and is scored with three generally linear scores each having a first end substantially at the center of the element and a second end proximate an outer edge of the element. Folding the element about the scores produces a generally conically shaped object that can be used as a measuring scoop for food and other things. A handle protrudes into the interior of the scoop. In some embodiments, the two portions comprising the handle are held together securely by a tab in one portion that locks into a slit in the other portion.
Heat resistant cooking apparatus
A heat resistance cooking apparatus. The heat resistance cooking apparatus including a cooking section, a handle section and a middle section coated with acrylic elastomeric compound providing: (1) an insulating thermal coating reducing heat absorption on the coated middle section from the cooking section that is placed in contact with a cooking heat source such as stove, grill, camp fire, fire pit, etc., (2) resistance to cracking including a flexible surface layer expandable and contractible with changes in temperature, (3) resistance to thermal shock; (4) water resistance, (5) fade resistance, (6) providing a textured surface on the middle section for easy, non-slip gripping, and (7) dishwasher safe.

EATING UTENSIL WITH INWARDLY CURVING SCORES
A deformable sheet defines a handle and an operational element in which one or more scores, which may be straight, curved, or a combination of straight and curved, are cooperatively provided to enable deformation of the handle portion to convert the operational element into a strong, sturdy, and functional implement sufficient to meet the required application. When curved scores are present, they may be concave (outwardly curving) or convex (inwardly curving) with respect to the longitudinal midline of the operational element.
METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF PRODUCTS MADE FROM FIBROUS MATERIAL AND DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO THE METHOD
A method for manufacturing a product, such a disposable cutlery, manufactured of a fibre material, includes feeding fibrous material as a material flow, binding the fibres into a coherent profile, and molding the cross-sectional profile of the profile into a blank with a desired cross-sectional profile using at least one roller pair or drum pair. The method further includes cutting products of the desired shape from the molded blank by aligning a cutting geometry of the products at the desired place on the blank.
