Stacked cutlery system and method
A system for easily refilling cutlery dispensers or other devices includes a stack of identical cutlery items maintained by a retaining structure that can be removable either before, during, or after installation, depending on the configuration of the dispenser. In a first aspect, the retaining structure includes nested cutlery handles and a single adhesive strip applied to one side of the stack. In a second aspect, the retaining structure includes separate adhesive strips applied to each side of the stack. In a third aspect, the retaining structure is a band extending entirely around the stack and equipped with a pull-tab for opening and removing the retaining structure. In all aspects a pull-tab or other graspable element can be provided to facilitate removal of the support structure. The stacked cutlery may also be loaded into a caddy or into a tray.
Safe serve utensil sanitizing cover
A safe serve utensil sanitizing cover including a cylindrical body, which has an internal compartment. The internal compartment is configured to accept a utensil handle. The cylindrical body has a germicidal ultraviolet light disposed within. The germicidal ultraviolet light is pointed into the internal compartment. A gel compartment is disposed within the cylindrical body. The gel compartment has an insert opening disposed within the cylindrical body to connect to the charging port for refilling the gel. The gel compartment also has a gel release device connected to the gel compartment. The gel release device will allow gel to be released onto a utensil handle cover. The gel within the gel compartment is a sanitizing gel.

Packaged food product and method of producing the packaged food product
A packaged food product includes a container and a food product. The container has a rim and at least one wall extending away from the rim. The at least one wall defines a storage area, and the food product is retained within the storage area such that the food product is in contact with the at least one wall. The at least one wall is readily deformable by a hand of a user to reduce a volume of the storage area. Reducing the volume of the storage area causes the food product to exit the storage area. The container includes an integral tool portion for breaking up the food product after removal from the storage area. The food product can be a wet cat or dog food.

REINFORCED STRUCTURE OF COMPOSITE CHOPSTICKS
The reinforced structure of the composite chopsticks of the present invention is fixed in a gripping portion and a clamping portion, and mainly comprises a first tubular member, a filling portion and a second tubular member. The first tubular member is positioned in the clamping portion and has at least one first open slot; the filling portion fills in the interior of the clamping portion and the first open slot to fix the first tubular member; and the second tubular member is fixed in the interior of the gripping portion and is formed by extending one end of the first tubular member. In this way, the reinforced structure can be effectively positioned during the molding process, and the bonding force between the heterogeneous materials can be increased to enhance the strength of the clamping portion, so as to improve the product quality and to prolong the service life.
Utensil having self-storage handle
A utensil may include a utensil body and a handle comprising a first portion and a second portion, the first portion hingedly coupled to the utensil body. The first portion is movably coupled to the second portion to enable the handle to be configured into an open state and a closed state. The open state permits the utensil body to hingedly move with respect to the first portion between a first position in which the utensil body is operatively usable by a user. A second position in which the utensil body is stored within the handle, and the closed state includes the handle enclosing the utensil body.

Cellulose Ester Composition Containing Other Bio-Based Polymers
A polymer composition containing cellulose acetate in combination with one or more bio-based polymers is described. The polymer composition can optionally also contain a plasticizer. The polymer composition is formulated so as to have properties similar to petroleum-based polymers for producing, for example, single-use biodegradable articles.
EDIBLE CUTLERY AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A piece of edible cutlery and a method to create the piece of edible cutlery is described. The piece of edible cutlery includes at least a main flour and a binder. The main flour is a wheat flour, a rice flour, a corn flour, a chickpea flour, an oat flour, and/or a millet flour. The binder facilitates gelatinization of a gelatin content in the main flour to enable the piece of edible cutlery to be formed. The binder is a rice flour, an oat flour, a soy flour, a corn flour, a chickpea flour, a tapioca starch, and/or a cassava starch. The piece of edible cutlery is a spoon, a dessert spoon, a fork, a knife, a spork, a straw, a chopstick, an ice cream stick, a coffee stirrer, a cup, a bowl, and/or a plate.
