Power tool having latched pusher assembly
A magazine for use with a fastening tool. The magazine can have a pusher assembly that can be retracted into a recess in the magazine to facilitate loading and reloading of fasteners. The pusher assembly can have a pusher assembly knob which can be reversibly latched to a detent to maintain the pusher assembly in a retracted state. The fastening tool can use a magazine which can be reloaded by a method which has a step of reversibly retracting the pusher assembly into the retracted state to allow for feeding one or more fasteners to the magazine.
MULTIPLE STRIKE FASTENER DRIVER/HOLDER
A multiple strike fastener driver/holder is provided and includes a fastener drive assembly, a catch, and a feeder assembly. The drive assembly includes an anvil mounted in a frame to translate in an impact direction to drive a fastener into a work surface and to translate an opposite direction to allow another fastener to be positioned for driving into a work surface. The feeder assembly is configured to carry a plurality of fasteners and to sequentially position each fastener of the plurality of fasteners relative to the fastener drive assembly to be driven into a work surface. The catch includes a catch tab having a pair of spaced surfaces that engage an elongate shaft of the anvil with the catch in the first condition to restrict translation of the anvil in the opposite direction.
Fastener driving machine
In order to make it possible to easily carry out filling up of a compressed air to a compression chamber without making a fastener driving machine larger in size, there is provided a fastener driving machine that includes a cylinder that forms a piston chamber defined by a piston and drives a driver blade by the piston. The housing has a cylinder case part for housing a cylinder, and a handle part. A pressure accumulating container is provided on the cylinder. The pressure accumulating container includes a bottom wall portion and a top wall portion. A compression chamber that communicates with the piston chamber is provided therein.
LIFTING GEAR AND PNEUMATIC NAIL GUN HAVING THE SAME
A lifting gear is adapted to engage a nail-striking device of a pneumatic nail gun, and includes a gear body, a plurality of fixed teeth and a moving tooth. The gear body is rotatable by electric power, and has an annular peripheral surface formed with a slot. The fixed teeth extend outwardly from the annular peripheral surface of the gear body, and are angularly spaced apart from each other to engage a plurality of spaced-apart engaging teeth of the nail-striking device. The moving tooth is movably mounted in the slot, and is movable relative to the gear body from a default position to a retracted position to facilitate engagement between the fixed teeth and the engaging teeth of the nail-striking device.
NAIL SUPPLY DEVICE FOR PNEUMATIC NAIL GUN
A nail supply device for pneumatic nail gun, including a piston seat, a longitudinal slideway, a transverse slideway connected to the longitudinal slideway, nail guide plates, and a slide clearance; the lower surface of the piston seat having a nail output interface; the upper surface of the piston seat having a nail inlet hole vertically connected to the nail output interface, the front side of nail inlet hole is connected to the rear side of longitudinal slideway; the front sidewall of the piston seat having a piston hole and a nail push hole adjacent to the piston hole, the nail push hole is connected to the longitudinal slideway. The nail supply device for pneumatic nail gun of the present invention can supply nails automatically when the pneumatic nail gun is nailing, the nailing efficiency and nailing quality are guaranteed effectively.
Deck clip magazine
A deck clip magazine for use with a pneumatic fastener gun and a plurality of generally T-shaped deck clips attached to one another by webbing to form a clip belt. The deck clip magazine has a housing with a channel shaped to receive the clip belt and a front end with an opening to permit egress of the leading clip from the channel. An aperture on the housing is aligned with the barrel of the pneumatic fastener gun and permits fasteners to pass therethrough to secure the generally T-shaped clips in position. The clips are aligned below the aperture by way of an inwardly biased movable stop located adjacent the opening. A cutting mechanism is aligned with the webbing and selectively actuated to sever the webbing between adjacent clips in the clip belt.
Quick release device for a panel of nail guns
A quick release device for a panel of nail guns has a quick release mount, a pulling base, and an elastic element. The quick release mount is disposed on a body of a nail gun adjacent to a rear end of an ejecting track, and has two connecting boards and a pivotal rod connected to the two connecting boards. The pulling base is pressably connected to the quick release mount, selectively engages with a panel of the nail gun, and has an engaging hook, a pivot hole, and a pulling arm. The engaging hook is formed on the pulling base, and selectively engages with a limiting claw of the panel to limit a position of the panel relative to the ejecting track. The elastic element is mounted between the quick release mount and the pulling base to provide a returning force to the pulling base.
MODIFIED CAP NAIL SECURING SYSTEM
A nail cap gun is modified whereby a gun that produces a two-inch stroke will fire and secure nails greater than two inch and up to 3.25 inch.
Nail gun and a driving device thereof
A nail gun includes a muzzle device, a cartridge device and a driving device. The muzzle device includes a safety member having an abutment end retractable when pushed. The cartridge device includes a stop member for blocking the drive stroke when a number of the nails is less than a predetermined number. The driving device includes a linking member co-movable with the safety member, and a trigger unit including a pivotable trigger, an inner arm co-movable with the trigger, and a switch member. When the switch member is at a sequential striking position and when the trigger is pivoted before a rearward movement of the linking member, the inner arm is withdrawn from a route of the rearward movement to avoid actuation of the drive stroke.
Nail gun having protection structure
A nail gun having a protection structure includes a body, a protection cover and a resilient release. The body includes a nail magazine loaded with nails and includes a barrel connected to the nail magazine. One end of the barrel has a nozzle, and the nail magazine forms a notch close to the nozzle and includes a fastening recess. The protection cover is slidably disposed on the nail magazine. The protection cover includes an engagement board, a sliding board connected to the same, and an engagement hole formed on the engagement board. The resilient release is resiliently assembled in the fastening recess and contacts and presses against an inner edge of the engagement hole, so that the protection cover is positioned by the resilient release, and the sliding board covers the notch.
