A nail gun includes: a housing; a cylinder assembly at least partially disposed in the housing; a magazine assembly for storing nails; and a firing assembly used for striking a nail and at least partially disposed in the cylinder assembly. The cylinder assembly includes a first cylinder and a second cylinder. The first cylinder includes a first cylinder and at least part of the second cylinder is disposed in the first cylinder cavity. The nail gun further includes a first piston, disposed at least in part in the first cylinder cavity, capable of reciprocating along the direction of the first axis in the first cylinder cavity. The first piston is configured to form an air intake passage with part of the outer wall of the second cylinder, and a gas is capable of passing through the air intake passage and entering the first cylinder cavity.

Fastener driving tool with an automatic nose chamber guide member
10144120 · 2018-12-04 · ·

A fastener driving tool with an improved nose chamber guide member is provided for driving fasteners of at least two different lengths. Multiple fasteners in a magazine are guided toward a driving bore to be driven by a driver blade. A nosepiece defines a passageway of the fasteners. The guide member is operatively connected to the nosepiece and is configured for transitioning between a first position and a second position relative to the nosepiece in a direction transverse to an operational flow direction of the fasteners. In the first position, the guide member is disposed to align with the driving bore for allowing driving of the fasteners having a first length. In the second position, the guide member is disposed out of alignment with respect to the driving bore for allowing driving of the fasteners having a second length, which is longer than the first length.

FASTENER DRIVING MACHINE

In order to make it possible to easily carry out filling up of a compressed air to a compression chamber without making a fastener driving machine larger in size, there is provided a fastener driving machine that includes a cylinder that forms a piston chamber defined by a piston and drives a driver blade by the piston. The housing has a cylinder case part for housing a cylinder, and a handle part. A pressure accumulating container is provided on the cylinder. The pressure accumulating container includes a bottom wall portion and a top wall portion. A compression chamber that communicates with the piston chamber is provided therein.

Working tool

A working tool includes a magazine unit in which a plurality of connected fasteners are stored in a rolled shape, an ejection unit to which the fastener is fed, a driver blade configured to strike the fastener held in the ejection unit to one side in a first direction, an electric motor configured to drive the driver blade by receiving an electric power, a feeder unit capable of moving in a second direction crossing the first direction and configured to feed the fastener stored in the magazine unit to the ejection unit by moving to one side in the second direction, a solenoid configured to drive the feeder unit by receiving an electric power, and a control unit configured to allow the solenoid to drive when a load of the electric motor satisfies a first condition.

FASTENING TOOL

A fastening tool includes a housing, a magazine, a striking assembly, a trigger assembly, and a brake assembly, where the housing is formed with an accommodation space, the magazine accommodates a fastener, and the striking assembly is accommodated in the accommodation space and includes a striker, where the striker is configured to move along a striking direction to output a striking force to the fastener; the trigger assembly is configured to trigger a first switch and includes a first state for not triggering the first switch, and when the first switch is not triggered, the striker does not output the striking force; the brake assembly includes a lock state for preventing the striker from moving along the striking direction; and in response to the trigger assembly switching to the first state, the brake assembly switches to the lock state.

Power tool having latched pusher assembly

A magazine for use with a fastening tool. The magazine can have a pusher assembly that can be retracted into a recess in the magazine to facilitate loading and reloading of fasteners. The pusher assembly can have a pusher assembly knob which can be reversibly latched to a detent to maintain the pusher assembly in a retracted state. The fastening tool can use a magazine which can be reloaded by a method which has a step of reversibly retracting the pusher assembly into the retracted state to allow for feeding one or more fasteners to the magazine.

APPARATUS FOR DRIVING FASTENERS
