DRIVER
A driver including: an ejection part to which a fastener is supplied; a driver blade which moves from a first position toward a second position and drives the fastener into a driven member; and a rack provided to the driver blade. The driver further includes: a rotary component engaging with the rack and moving the driver blade from the second position to the first position; and a lock plate engaging with the rack. The driver blade moves from the second position to the first position while the rotary component rotates once, the rotary component is released from engaging with the rack after the driver blade moves from the second position to the first position, and moves from the first position to the second position, and the lock plate is engageable with the rack when the driver blade stops before reaching the second position from the first position.

DUSTPROOF DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC NAIL GUN
A dustproof device for use in an electric nail gun includes a dustproof plate and two fastening members. The electric nail gun includes a muzzle unit used for discharging nails and a machine body unit connected to the muzzle unit and operable to strike the nails. The dustproof plate has a mounting surface facing the machine body unit, an exterior surface that is opposite to the mounting surface and prevents foreign matters from entering the machine body unit, and a through hole that extends through the mounting surface and the exterior surface, that permits the muzzle unit to extend fittingly therethrough, and that is complementary in shape with a contour of a cross section of the muzzle unit. The two fastening members extend from the mounting surface and are detachably connected to the machine body unit to secure the dustproof plate between the machine body unit and the muzzle unit.

FASTENER TOOL WITH LOCKING MECHANISM
A fastener tool which contains a motor, a drive mechanism connected to the motor and adapted to drive a piston, and a locking module. The locking module includes a rotating member coupled with the drive mechanism and adapted to rotate with a spindle and define a rotation axis; and a receiving member adapted to engage with the rotating member at and engaging portion. The rotating member includes a latch and a biasing member, wherein the biasing member moveably supports the latch in a direction substantially perpendicular to the rotation axis. Therefore, the locking module provides a locking mechanism that prevents back driving of the fastener tool that increases the lifespan and efficiency of the tool.
Fastener tool
A tool is provided for applying fasteners to a workpiece. The tool as a magazine that carries multiple fasteners and is carried by a housing. A driver blade is provided to drive a lead fastener into a workpiece. The driver blade has a driving edge with a profile that includes driving projections, having curved contact surface for contact with curved edges of the fastener, and a relief portion therebetween that is recessed relative to both projections and contact surfaces. Further, the tool includes a lockout assembly for limiting movement of the driver blade and contact trip, thereby limiting activation of the motor. The pusher may include a pusher lockout surface that is designed for movement in an opposite direction to a feed direction by the contact trip as well as configured to slide over a locking art of the contact trip when the fasteners are empty or nearly empty.

PISTON SEAL FOR POWERED FASTENER DRIVER
A powered fastener driver includes a housing, a cylinder supported by the housing, and a moveable piston positioned within and moveable along a driving axis of the cylinder. The piston includes a circumferential groove on an outer peripheral surface thereof. A driver blade is attached to the piston and moveable therewith between a top-dead-center (TDC) position and a driven or bottom-dead-center (BDC) position. A seal assembly is received in the circumferential groove. The seal assembly is configured to create a seal between the piston and the cylinder. The seal assembly includes a biasing member and a seal member positioned radially outwardly of the biasing member relative to the driving axis.
Electric tool
An electric tool includes a motor, an operation part provided to be operable by a user, a motor drive control unit configured to perform control of driving the motor in response to the operation part being operated, a temperature sensor, and a temperature determination unit configured to determine overheating of the motor. The temperature determination unit is configured to estimate a temperature of the motor based on a drive situation of the motor and a detection result of the temperature sensor, and to determine the overheating of the motor based on the estimated temperature.
