A securement device having a rod receiver attachable to the end of an anchor rod, the securement device having a headless nail slidably extendable from a first position within the device to a second position protruding outwardly from the end of the securement device opposite the rod receiver, and a method of positioning and securing an anchor rod attached to the securement device in a desired location on a concrete form deck within a rebar structure for a concrete formation, so that the headless nails may release from the securement device body when the deck is removed after the concrete sets, leaving an innocuous nail void in the concrete that may serve as a functional attachment recess.

A method of molding a hanger having one or more fastener holders with a fastener releasably molded in each of the one or more fastener holders includes providing a mold having one or more cavities configured to define one or more hangers integrally formed with one or more fastener holders, providing a fastener receiving chamber associated with each fastener holder, and providing means for maintaining each fastener in position in the corresponding fastener receiving chamber. The method of molding the device further includes feeding a fastener into each of the one or more fastener receiving chambers of the mold and positioning the fastener relative to the means for maintaining a fastener in position in the chamber.

This disclosure relates to the tools for holding and guiding fasteners, in particular to the portable fastener guiding tool that is designed to maintain a straight line of fasteners and equal distances between them. The portable fastener guiding tool includes a support plate, at least one sliding part mounted on the upper part of the support plate and configured to attach the fastener, a sliding handle mounted on the side part of the support plate, wherein the sliding handle is pressed near the wall's edge and the upper part of the sliding handle is attached to the beam or batten. The support plate further includes at least one sliding bracket configured for mounting fastener tool, such as nail gun or a drywall screw gun.

Staple holding device

The staple holding devices of the present application may comprise a body defining a first axis A-A, a second axis B-B and a third axis C-C along the length of the body between a first end and a second end. The body may comprise a plurality of staple channels defined through the body in the first axis A-A, the second axis B-B, and the third axis C-C. The body can also include a through hole at the first end. Each of the plurality of staple channels can include a wire guide groove. Each of the wire guide grooves may be defined in the bottom of the body. The first width of the wire guide groove can be less than a second width of the staple channel.

A fastener sleeve is described, including a collating sleeve body and a plurality of cylindrical sheaths in the collating sleeve body, each cylindrical sheath engageable with a fastener. A sheathing panel is also described, including at least one barrier overlay secured to a panel, a plurality of fasteners engaged in the barrier overlay and the panel, a plurality of sealing cylindrical sheaths surrounding a portion of each fastener and positioned between the fastener and the barrier overlay, such that the sheathing panel has at least one of the following properties: a water vapor transmission rate of at least 7.0 grams/m.sup.2/24 hours at 73 F. and 50% relative humidity (RH), a water vapor permeance of at least 1.3 perms at 73 F. and 50% RH, or an air infiltration rate of less than 0.2 L/s-m.sup.2 at 75 pascals. A method of engaging the fasteners with the panel is also provided.
