Nail blocking member for nail gun
A nail blocking member for a nail gun. The nail gun includes a firing portion for firing a nail. When an object is pressed upon the nail blocking member by the firing portion, the nail is fired by the firing portion to enter the object. The nail blocking member includes a main body having a contact face, with a formation groove concavely disposed on the contact face, and a guiding block protruding from the formation groove. An object is pressed upon the contact face by the firing portion, and a nail is fired by the firing portion to enter the object to hit the guiding block, such that the nail is guided by the guiding block to move toward the formation groove, so as to be bent along the formation groove and reversely folded back into the object.

Compact electric spring energized desktop stapler
A compact, electric, spring energized desktop stapler having a unitized housing providing both an external movable enclosure and a support frame for internal parts is disclosed. The internal power train is preferably elongated with the motor at the rear, a gear set toward the center, and low profile lever and power spring assembly at the front. The lever engages a striker with a normal upper rest position where the power spring is deflected and energized. A cam roller mounted to a final gear holds down the rear of the lever until the system is activated when the final gear rotates and the cam roller rolls off the end of the lever. In the unitized body, the base is pivotally attached to the body at the rear. A base lever selectively links to a cam roller or equivalent structure to move the body downward toward the base during a cycle.
Magnetic Stapler
A magnetic stapler includes a base plate, a positioning plate, and a stapler. The positioning plate is located between the base plate and the stapler. A groove is provided on the positioning plate. The contour of the groove fits the bottom of the stapler. Multiple first magnets are provided at the periphery of the positioning plate. Multiple second magnets corresponding respectively to the first magnets are provided on the base plate. The polarity of the second magnets is opposite to that of the first magnets. A staple-crimping platform is provided on the base plate. A staple dispensing outlet corresponding to a staple dispensing extremity of the stapler is provided at the bottom thereof. The position of the staple-crimping platform is opposite to the position of the staple dispensing outlet. The magnetic stapler has the advantages of being compact as a whole, easy to operate, and strongly practical and is capable of stapling at any position on sheets of paper.
Robotically-controlled surgical stapling devices that produce formed staples having different lengths
A surgical stapling device that comprises an end effector that is configured to receive various control motions from a robotic system.
Stapler device with viewing window and integrated staple removal tool
A device functioning as a stapler. The device including a viewing region within an arm of the stapler. The viewing region adapted to provide a user of the device with a view of an interior of a magazine within the arm of the stapler, wherein a user of the device can determine the amount of staples within the magazine without having to open the device. The device further includes an integrated staple removal tool received within a base portion of the device.
CLINCH STAPLE MECHANISM
A clinch staple mechanism including a pivoting base configured to be pivotally connected to a pneumatic stapling tool. The pneumatic stapling tool is configured to dispense staples each staple having a crown and a pair of staple legs, wherein the crown is disposed in a crown direction. The clinch staple mechanism further includes a clinch arm pivotally connected to the pivoting base at a proximal end of the clinch arm; and a clinch block disposed on a distal end of the clinch arm, wherein the clinch block is configured to bend the staple legs in a direction perpendicular to the crown direction.
Stapler
A stapler includes a staple striking portion configured to strike a staple to penetrate sheets of paper and a clincher portion configured to bend staple legs of the staple penetrating the sheets of paper. The clincher portion includes a pair of clinchers. The pair of clinchers are configured to perform a first operation and a second operation. In the first operation, the pair of the clinchers move along a surface direction of the sheets of paper to approach each other. In the second operation, the pair of clinchers move to approach the sheets of paper after the first operation.
STAPLER
The stapler includes a main body, a trigger, a striking mechanism, and a stopping plate. The main body has an outlet at a first end portion. The trigger is pivotally connected to the main body with an end, and the other end extends toward the first end portion for being pressed toward the main body. The striking mechanism includes a striker at the first end portion and a releasing unit for releasing the striker. The trigger switches the releasing unit between a release mode and an accumulating mode so that the striker can move toward the outlet. The striker has a concave face facing the outlet for striking a staple unit. The stopping plate is disposed on the first end portion and is for the staple unit to abut against horizontally. The stopping plate has at least one recess at an end thereof facing the outlet.
STAPLE GUN
A staple gun is provided, including: a main body, including a bottom side, and a staple outlet and a notch disposed on the bottom side; a staple magazine, being withdrawably received within the main body, including a track portion and an abutting portion out of the track portion; a lock mechanism, being located at the bottom side, including a pressed member disposed on the main body and located within the notch, the pressed member having a blocking portion movable between a blocking position and a releasing position; wherein when the blocking portion is in the blocking position, the blocking portion is blockably connected with the abutting portion and the staple magazine is non-withdrawable from the main body; when the blocking portion is in the releasing position, the blocking portion is unlocked by the abutting portion and the staple magazine is withdrawable from the main body.
