STAPLER
A stapler includes a main body, a magazine, a striker, and a driving portion. The main body encloses a receiving space and has an opening at the bottom of the front end thereof The opening communicates with the receiving space. The magazine is arranged in the main body for receiving nails. The striker is arranged at the front end of the main body and is linearly slidable above the opening vertically. The driving portion is disposed on the main body and is connected to the striker to drive it to move downward to strike the nail out. The striker has a bottom face oriented frontward and downward so that an angle ranged from 3-15 degrees is defined between the bottom face and the horizontal plane.
NAIL GUIDING DEVICE FOR NAILER
A nail guiding device of a nailer includes a guiding portion for guiding the nails along a straight path. The nailer has a reception recess with which a guiding member is pivotably connected. A guiding plate includes two grooves defined along two sides thereof. The strike plate and nails are slidably moved along the guiding plate between the two grooves. The guiding plate has first and second slots. The guiding member has a pivot pivotably inserted in the reception recess, a first guiding portion, a first rail, a second rail parallel to the first rail and a second guiding portion. The guiding member has a resilient arm connected thereto which contacts an inside of the body of the nailer. The first and second rails swing through the first and second slots so as to guide the nails to be ejected along a straight path.
STAPLE INSERTION DEVICE
A staple insertion device includes a staple drive chamber, staple reservoir, staple feed mechanism, and staple drive member. The staple drive chamber is formed between a backing plate and a jam plate removably attached to the backing plate. The staple reservoir is configured to receive and hold a plurality of staples and extends from the backing plate to a staple reservoir terminal plate. The staple feed mechanism is operatively connected to the staple reservoir and is configured to feed the plurality of staples from the staple reservoir into the staple drive chamber through the backing plate. The staple drive member is configured to advance downwardly through the staple drive chamber so as to drive a staple out of the staple drive chamber.

STAPLER HAVING A NAIL GUIDING MECHANISM
A stapler is provided, including: a main body, having a nail outlet and a cartridge, an opening of the cartridge communicating with the nail outlet; a nail guiding mechanism, including a guiding plate facing the opening and a biasing mechanism disposed between the main body and the guiding plate, the guiding plate having an upper end away from the nail outlet, the biasing mechanism abutting against the guiding plate and normally biasing the upper end toward the cartridge; a striker, movably disposed within the main body; an operable mechanism, movably connected to the main body, being operable to drive the striker to move toward the nail outlet.
Nail gun
A nail gun of the present invention includes an adjusting portion which has elasticity. The elasticity of the adjusting portion is able to offset a thrust force of a nail pusher pushed by a magazine, so that a nail slot receives a nail only. The nail gun ensures not to shoot two sticks of nails simultaneously. The nail squeezes one side of the adjusting portion in a firing process so that the nail gun can provide sufficient space. Thereby when the nail is thicker, it can be shot by the nail gun. The present invention need not adjust by hand anymore for shooting different thickness of nails. The nail gun can not shoot two sticks of nails simultaneously.
Adhesive film laminate
A surgical stapler, or fastening instrument, may generally comprise a layer, such as a tissue thickness compensator, for example, releasably attached to a fastener cartridge and/or anvil by a flowable attachment portion. The flowable attachment portion may be indefinitely flowable. The flowable attachment portion may be flowable from the time that layer is installed to the fastener cartridge to the time in which the layer is implanted to patient tissue. The flowable attachment portion may comprise a pressure sensitive adhesive. The flowable attachment portion may comprise an adhesive laminate comprising a base layer comprising the tissue thickness compensator and an adhesive layer on at least a portion of a surface of the base layer comprising the pressure sensitive adhesive. Articles of manufacture comprising flowable attachment portion and methods of making and using the flowable attachment portion are also described.
ELECTRIC CARPET STAPLER WITH ELECTRONIC SENSOR SWITCH
An electric carpet stapler comprises a trigger and switch assembly that has an actuation caused by a change of state of a sensor, which causes the sensor to send a signal to a control circuit to begin a process to supply power to a winding. The trigger and switch assembly includes a trigger that moves in a trigger actuation direction to move a sensor actuator in a sensor actuation direction, causing a change of state in the sensor, which causes the control circuit to begin the process to supply power to the winding. The trigger and switch assembly may also include a toggle. At the actuation of the trigger and switch assembly, the toggle creates a mechanical instability, and a toggle signal to the user, which may be produced mechanically.
POWERED FASTENER DRIVER
A fastener driver includes a housing, a cylinder disposed within the housing, and a piston positioned and moveable within the cylinder. The fastener driver additionally includes a nosepiece at least partially defining a fastener driving track through which fasteners are driven, and a driver blade attached to the piston and moveable with the piston to drive the fasteners through the fastener driving track. The driver blade includes an axial guiding projection for guiding the driver blade within the nosepiece, and wherein the projection terminates before a distal end of the driver blade.
Reload assembly for circular stapling devices
A reload assembly includes a shell housing, a knife carrier, a lockout component, and a hook component. The lockout component is supported on an inner wall of the knife carrier and has a body formed of a resilient material that defines a window. The hook component is supported on the inner housing portion of the shell housing and includes a body having a hook that is received within the window of the lockout component when the knife carrier is in its retracted position after the reload assembly has been fired to obstruct readvancement of the knife carrier.
