Force-limiting and damping device
A force-limiting and damping device has a body, a tapping element, and an elastic element. The body has a connecting segment and a holding segment. The connecting segment is formed on an end of the body and has a mounting hole. The holding segment is formed on the body opposite the connecting segment. The tapping element is connected to the body to move relative to the connecting segment. The elastic element is mounted between the tapping element and the connecting segment to abut against the tapping element and to enable the tapping element to move relative to the connecting segment. The structural relationship between the connecting segment, the tapping element, and the elastic element may provide a delayed rebound and damping effect to the reaction force, and the applied force is continuously transferred to a tapping object. This may reduce noise and the loss of energy.
Multi-purpose hand tool
A multi-purpose hand tool includes a first side and a second side that are pivotally connected. The first side includes a lower end having a first handgrip and an upper end including a shaft having a hammer head at one end; a first recess extending at least partially along a bottom of the shaft for holding one or more straight fasteners; and a second recess located substantially in a bottom part of the hammer head for holding one or more rounded fasteners.
GRIP COMPONENT FOR A HAND TOOL
A hand tool comprising a head portion, a shaft, and a grip component is provided. The grip component and the shaft form a handle of the hand tool. The grip component is a reverse-molded component formed by: forming the external portion of the grip component by molding a first thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material or thermoplastic urethane (TPU) material into a shell that surrounds a first cavity; after forming the external portion; placing the shaft into the first cavity; and, after the external portion is formed and the shaft is placed into the first cavity, forming the inner portion of the grip component by injecting a second TPE material or TPU material into the first cavity and onto the shaft. The first TPE or TPU material has a first level of hardness, and the second TPE or TPU material has a second level of hardness lower than the first level.
Sliding center of gravity hammer
A sliding center of gravity hammer is disclosed herein allows the user to slide a heavy weight to various positions in the barrel of the hammer for different applications. When more force is needed to drive a nail, the heavy weight could be locked in the first position which is closest to the hammer head. When less force is needed, the heavy weight could be locked in the third position which is closest to the handle end. The embodiment allows the user to adjust the weight of the hammer to the user's needs when working on many different applications which increases the operation efficiency and reduces risk of injury to the user.

Leverage enhancement attachment for lever tools
A compression strength attachment block has a tension strength attachment loop pivotally attached to the block. The loop hooks around a lever tool adjacent to a working end for enhanced attack angle and increased leverage in fastener extraction, prying, and lifting work. Magnets on a tool attachment face assist in aligning and holding the block to the lever tool. End magnets hold fasteners after extraction or before insertion. Recesses in the block contain or retain other working tools.
Distributed Deadblow Tools
A deadblow tool, comprising a head with one or more striking surfaces; a handle joined to or molded as one with the head; a plurality of hollow chambers within the tool embodiment; a plurality of freely moveable material partially filling the hollow chambers; and an embodiment in the form of a hammer, mallet, axe, or annular maul. The tool has hollow chambers created as part of the tool embodiment or created separately as chamber cartridges to be inserted into the tool embodiment. The hollow chambers and chamber cartridges vary in size and shape and the freely moveable material varies in density and volume to accommodate mass distribution and the adjustments thereof provide facilitation to further tune the tool balance and strike performance. Construction methods of chamber cartridges and deadblow handles, hammers, mallets, axes, and mauls are also provided.
PALMAR GRIP
A palmar grip is provided that improves the comfort of the user and is easy to install. A body of the palmar grip contacts a surface of the handle and is wrapped around a portion of the handle to circumscribe it. A wing is attached over two free ends of the body to close the body between those free ends and fasten the body around the handle. The wing provides a palm rest for a user when gripping the handle.
MULTI-USE TOOL
A tool includes a handle and a blade. The handle extends from a handle first end to a handle second end. The blade has a first surface and an opposed second surface and defines a cutting edge between the first surface and the second surface. The blade extends from a blade first end to a blade second end. The blade and the handle are rotatably coupled at the blade first end and the handle first end about an axis extending from the first surface of the blade to the second surface of the blade. The blade is rotatable from a first position to a second position. The blade is lockable in the first position. When in the first position, the blade extends out from the handle second end.
Nail holder assembly for a hammer
Disclosed is a hammer assembly includes a hammer with a head portion and a handle portion with a cavity, and a nail holder assembly that includes a holder component and a sliding component, wherein the nail holder assembly is configured to be removably stored in the cavity of the handle portion of the hammer.
