CONSTRUCTIBLE UTENSILS WITH LOCKING TAB
Utensil elements and methods for their fabrication. In one embodiment, a planar utensil element is fabricated of a foldable material, and has a length greater than a width. The planar utensil element comprises first and second scores, said scores being generally symmetrical about a midline running along the length of the planar utensil element, and indicative of where the planar element is to be folded in order to become a usable utensil. Folding the planar utensil element about the first and second scores produces a handle and a bowl. The handle is formed by two generally symmetrical halves joined together by interconnecting tabs in a “tab-lock” arrangement.
Reinforced structure of composite chopsticks
The reinforced structure of the composite chopsticks of the present invention is fixed in a gripping portion and a clamping portion, and mainly comprises a first tubular member, a filling portion and a second tubular member. The first tubular member is positioned in the clamping portion and has at least one first open slot; the filling portion fills in the interior of the clamping portion and the first open slot to fix the first tubular member; and the second tubular member is fixed in the interior of the gripping portion and is formed by extending one end of the first tubular member. In this way, the reinforced structure can be effectively positioned during the molding process, and the bonding force between the heterogeneous materials can be increased to enhance the strength of the clamping portion, so as to improve the product quality and to prolong the service life.
OYSTER OPENER, MULTI-FUNCTIONAL OYSTER OPENER, OYSTER PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND/OR PORTABLE OYSTER PROCESSING DEVICE
An oyster opener device, system, kit, and/or method which preferably greatly enhances the ease and enjoyment of preparing oysters or other shellfish. The oyster opener may be entirely manually powered, manually powered and free of all motors and electrical components, may be operated by a powered device, may include a motor, or may be operated manually with a powered assist.
TRAINING CHOPSTICKS FOR CHILDREN
Disclosed are chopsticks for children learning, comprising: a first chopstick, a second chopstick, and a connecting assembly for connecting the first chopstick with the second chopstick, wherein the connecting assembly is provided with a connecting shaft allowing rotation of the first chopstick and the second chopstick relative to each other, and the connecting shaft is connected with a non-top portion of the first chopstick and/or the second chopstick. Therefore, it can effectively guide children to hold the chopsticks at designated positions, and the holding positions are almost the same as the positions of the fingers when actually using ordinary chopsticks. Therefore, it can effectively help children learn how to use chopsticks correctly.
Multi-functional all in one utensil fork and knife with sharp ridge tines side edge that function as a knife, on both sides. Patent includes all metal, stainless steel, and plastics or PLA. The utensil functions include cutting food, slicing and retrieving food for eating purposes. This design improves the original process of fork to a revolutionary design consolidating fork and knife into one utensil. Commonly used for eating with as well as for splitting food into smaller pieces/portions.
The present invention discloses a multi-functional all in one eating utensil, combining a fork, knife and bottle opener into one utensil. In an embodiment of the present invention, the utensil is cutlery device which features sharp ridge, serrated/way tine side edges on exterior surfaces of a first outer tine, a second outer tine, or both the first and second outer tines, allowing users to cut or slice food into smaller portions with the knife like designs embedded onto the outer tines of the fork. This invention is usable with either hand, and benefits those with disabilities. The handle portion executes as bottle opener, wherein a bottle opener slot is cut, embedded, or situated onto the handle of the fork. A handle bottle opener lifts crown caps from bottle mouths constituting as a lever so that the opener of beverage caps can be lifted and removed for user drinking purposes.

Measuring scoop
A measuring scoop and its method for fabrication. In one embodiment, a planar element is fabricated of a foldable material. The planar element is generally circular, and is scored with three generally linear scores each having a first end substantially at the center of the element and a second end proximate an outer edge of the element. Folding the element about the scores produces a generally conically shaped object that can be used as a measuring scoop for food and other things. A handle protrudes into the interior of the scoop. In some embodiments, the two portions comprising the handle are held together securely by a tab in one portion that locks into a slit in the other portion.
