AIR HAMMER ATTACHMENT
An air hammer attachment having a support device extending between a first end and a second end. The first end has a threaded shaft and bolt. The second end having an inwardly extending rod and threaded bolt.
Latching hammer impact wrench
An apparatus and method for latching a hammer of an impact tool, the hammer being displaceable along a cam shaft between a latched or retracted position and an impact position at which the hammer impacts an anvil. The apparatus can include one or more latching bodies, a portion of the one or more latching bodies being positioned within the hammer groove when the hammer is at the latched position, and removed from the hammer groove when the hammer is to be released from the latched position. The apparatus can also include an actuator sleeve that is configured to retain at least the portion of the one or more latching bodies within the hammer groove when the actuator sleeve is at the first position, and accommodate removal of the portion of the latching bodies from the hammer groove when the actuator sleeve is at a second position.
SETTING TOOL AND METHOD FOR PERCUSSIVELY DRIVING AN ANCHOR ROD INTO A BOREHOLE
A setting tool used in a method for percussively driving an anchor rod into a borehole in a substrate has a drive-side end and, in an opposite tool direction, an end facing away from the drive. The setting tool has a tool adapter that forms the drive-side end and is arranged to interact with a driven impact tool. The end facing away from the drive is formed by a receiving element that has a recess arranged to receive part of an anchor rod. The tool adapter and the receiving element are coupled together by a coupling element such that an impact force introduced via the tool adapter is transmitted to an anchor rod arranged in the recess of the receiving element. The coupling element, in particular a coil spring, is arranged to allow for a displacement of at least part of the receiving element transversely to the tool direction.
UNIVERSAL QUICK-CHANGE ADAPTER
A universal adapter to facilitate the easy and efficient of exchange of needle scaler and chisel accessories associated with an air tool receiver/coupler, the adapter including a sleeve with a spring and a spacer, an adapter carrying an O-ring, and an anvil member in contact with the base of a plurality of needles is disclosed herein.
PNEUMATIC PERCUSSIVE TOOL WITH ATTACHMENTS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The present disclosure generally relates to quick change attachments for a pneumatic percussive tool. The attachments convert a pneumatic percussive tool, such as an air impact tool with proximal attachment, which has a “pushing” force, into a pneumatic percussive tool having a “pulling” force. Once attached to the pneumatic percussive tool, the attachments also provide a quick change feature for allowing “pulling” tools to be simply and easily removed and replaced.
IMPACT TOOL HEAD
An impact tool head is provided and configured to be disposed on a front end of an impact tool. The impact tool head includes: a rod body and a flange radially protruding from the rod body. The flange includes an inclined surface facing toward the front end and an outermost peripheral edge. A contact position is defined as a position where the inclined surface contact with at least one projection of the impact tool. Wherein each of the at least one projection is a ball member, and as viewed in the axial direction, a ratio of a distance between the contact position and the outermost peripheral edge to a radius of the at least one projection is between 0.1 and 0.6.
Multi-Stroke Powered Safety Hammer System
A multi-stroke powered safety hammer including a cylinder having an end, the cylinder mounted to and extending outwardly from a body to the end, and an impact piston disposed within the cylinder for axial reciprocating movement, the impact piston having a striking surface at a front end thereof. The hammer further includes a mount connected releasably over the end of the cylinder and is configured to receive and releasably secure a base of a tool for reciprocating movement, the base including an end having an impact surface. The end of the cylinder is configured to receive the end of the base for reciprocating movement in confronting relation of the impact surface to the striking surface when the base is received and releasably secured by the mount for reciprocating movement.
Power tool to tool bit extension adapter
An extension adapter includes a body having a bore. The bore is configured to receive a tool bit. The extension adapter includes a retaining member received within an aperture of the body and a biasing member coupled to the body. The biasing member includes a protrusion received within the aperture to bias the retaining member into a first position in which a portion of the retaining member extends into the bore. The extension adapter includes a collar moveable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The unlocked position is configured to allow the tool bit to be removed from the bore. While the collar is maintained in the locked position, the body is configured to slidably receive the tool bit such that the portion of the retaining member is received in a groove of the tool bit to secure the tool bit to the body.
ATTACHMENT FOR POWERED HAMMER
An attachment configured for use with a powered hammer to drive a rod into the ground includes a body, an impact portion, and a driving portion in which the rod is receivable. The impact portion defines an impact axis and includes a bore configured to receive a driving shank coupled to the powered hammer. The impact portion is configured to receive repeated impacts from the powered hammer. The driving portion includes a side load driving portion defining a side load driving axis that is parallel to the impact axis. The driving portion further includes a top load driving portion defining a top load driving axis that is parallel to the side load driving axis.
Machine for making screwdriver bit sockets
A machine for making screwdriver bit sockets includes a feeing unit and a rotary unit located beside the feeding unit. The rotary unit includes a feeding area, a put-in area, a pressing area and a ready area. The rotary unit includes a disk rotatably connected to a base. Multiple holding units are connected to the disk and moved to one of the feeding area, the put-in area, the pressing area and the ready area when the disk rotates. A feeding arm is located beside the pick-up area and the feeding area to move the sockets from the pick-up area to the holding units. A pressing unit located above the pressing area to press a screwdriver to a socket. A pick-up arm picks up the sockets from the holding units. A control unit electrically controls the rotary unit, the feeding arm, the pressing unit and the pick-up arm.
