CHISEL
The present invention is applicable to the technical field of decoration tools and provides a chisel. The chisel comprises a housing; a first guide device arranged in the housing; and a cam mechanism disposed in the housing, wherein the cam mechanism comprises a first end cam and a second end cam which are fixedly connected together and have cam end faces opposite to each other, a connecting device connected with a power device is arranged on one side, opposite to the cam end face, of the first end cam, and the second end cam is a hollow cam; a hollow portion capable of passing through the second end cam, wherein the hollow portion is in contact with and matches the cam end faces of the two end cams, to drive a driven member for movement of a chisel body.
Pneumatic percussive tool with attachments and method of use thereof
The present disclosure generally relates to quick change attachments for a pneumatic percussive tool. The attachments convert a pneumatic percussive tool, such as an air impact tool with proximal attachment, which has a pushing force, into a pneumatic percussive tool having a pulling force. Once attached to the pneumatic percussive tool, the attachments also provide a quick change feature for allowing pulling tools to be simply and easily removed and replaced.
TOOL ASSEMBLY AND ATTACHMENT APPARATUS FOR TOOL HEAD
A tool assembly and an attachment apparatus are provided, including a drive shaft extending along a longitudinal direction and forming a groove. A latch includes a notch configured to extend into the groove at the drive shaft. A coupler extends along the longitudinal direction and forms a cavity extending along the longitudinal direction. A tool end opening is formed at the first end of the coupler through which the drive shaft extends into the cavity along the longitudinal direction. The coupler forms a latch opening extending along the longitudinal direction and into the cavity. The latch is positioned in the cavity through the latch opening. A collar extends at least partially around the coupler. The collar is articulatable along the longitudinal direction around the latch opening.
Orthopedic adapter for an electric impacting tool
An electrically driven orthopedic impactor may include an adapter for interfacing between the orthopedic impactor and a surgical implement. The adapter may have a first surface that transmits a forward impact energy and a second surface that transmits a reverse impact energy. The adapter can connect to the surgical implement and to the orthopedic impactor without the use of external tools. The adapter may connect to the orthopedic impactor via a pushing motion and may disconnect from the orthopedic impactor via a reciprocal sleeve. A sensor can communicate a spatial orientation of the adapter with respect to at least one reference point that is not located on the adapter or the orthopedic impactor. A communication device may transmit information to the orthopedic impactor related to frequency or impact energy settings based on a type of surgical implement attached to the adapter.
Apparatus for punching anchor bolt insertion hole
An apparatus for punching an anchor bolt insertion hole is disclosed. The apparatus enables punching work for forming the anchor bolt insertion hole, of which the bottom side is wider than an inlet, on a panel surface for constructing a concrete structure to be performed regardless of the skill of a worker. During operation, the apparatus provides the movement direction of a hammer drill into the vertical direction and the inclination direction so as to enable precise punching work, and doubly arranges springs, which are elastic devices for adjusting the movement range of the hammer drill, so as to uniformly maintain the angle and size for cutting a wall such that a cross-sectional diameter is large at a portion adjacent to the bottom of the anchor bolt insertion hole.
Attachment for powered hammer
A powered hammer assembly includes a powered hammer including an output shaft and an axial impact mechanism. The assembly also includes an attachment including an impact portion defining a first axis. The impact portion is fixed to the body and is immovable relative to the body. The impact portion is configured to receive repeated impacts from the powered hammer. The attachment further comprises a receiving portion in which a rod to be driven into the ground is receivable. The clamping portion defines a second axis that is parallel with the first axis.
IMPACT BLOCK, CARRIER MEMBER AND IMPART TOOL USING SAMES
An impact block, a carrier member mating the impact block and an impact tool using the impart block and the mating carrier member are disclosed. The impact block includes an annular body including an outer race, an inner race, a positioning portion provided with the outer race for bump fit and extending in the axial direction of the annular body and one or multiple impact portion provided with the inner race. By using the impact tool composed of the above impact block and the matching carrier member, the vibration generated by the striking process can be reduced, the striking efficiency is improved, the service life is increased, the component composition is simplified, the assembly procedure is quick and simple.
Joiner
A joiner for assembling planks includes a link interconnecting a ram and a motorized tool.
Orthopedic instrument adapters
In general, orthopedic instrument adapters and methods of using orthopedic instrument adapters are provided. In an exemplary embodiment, an adapter is configured to releasably attach to an end effector configured to impact bone. The end effector can be a broach, chisel, or other surgical implement. The adapter includes a spring-loaded hook that is configured to releasably seat in a cut-out formed in the end effector. The adapter is also configured to releasably attach to a surgical impacting tool, such as an orthopedic impactor, configured to drive impacting of the end effector relative to bone.
PNEUMATIC PERCUSSIVE TOOL WITH ATTACHMENTS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The present disclosure generally relates to quick change attachments for a pneumatic percussive tool. The attachments convert a pneumatic percussive tool, such as an air impact tool with proximal attachment means, which has a pushing force, into a pneumatic percussive tool having a pulling force. Once attached to the pneumatic percussive tool, the attachments also provide a quick change feature for allowing pulling tools to be simply and easily removed and replaced.
