HYDRAULICALLY POWERED BALER
A machine for making bales from plant matter includes a compression chamber, a conveying device for conveying the plant matter into the compression chamber, a piston able to move in the compression chamber in order to compress the plant matter, and a drive device for driving the translational movement of the piston. The drive device further includes a hydraulic device comprising a hydraulic pump connected to the coupling member, a hydraulic motor powered by the hydraulic pump, a drive member driven by the hydraulic motor and configured to move the piston in a translational movement, and a control device for controlling the movement of the piston.
SHIELDING ASSEMBLY FOR DEBRIS MANAGEMENT
A shield assembly that may be disposed within an engine compartment of an agricultural vehicle, the shield assembly includes a plurality of shields that may block buildup of debris within the engine compartment. At least one shield of the plurality of shields includes a sloped surface that may direct debris away from the engine compartment. The shield assembly also includes a plurality of ducts formed between the plurality of shields. The plurality of ducts may redirect cooling fluid from a cooling fan package to the engine compartment to remove debris from within the engine compartment.
Bale accumulator offset hitch
An offset hitch bale accumulator hitch for connecting a hay baler to a bale accumulator including a pitch axle based pitch movement assembly, a roll movement assembly using a long channel twisting joint, a yaw limiting movement assembly use double arm connections and an offset movement assembly including a beam in tube linear joint controlled by an extension actuator perpendicular the forward and backward towing forces.
Accumulating system for high capacity baler
A baling system comprising a first bale-forming area configured to form a first series of first individual bales, and a second bale forming-area configured to from a second series of second individual bales. The baling system additionally comprises a bale accumulator configured to receive the first and second individual bales from said first and second bale-forming areas and to manipulate the first and second individual bales into a group of four or more bales.
TRANSPORTING AND PROCESSING LARGE BALES
A bale processor and transport apparatus includes a bale processor, and a hitch assembly attached to a rear end of the bale processor. A bale trailer is attached to the hitch assembly, and the bale trailer comprises a trailer conveyor operative to move bales forward on the bale trailer. A lift frame is provided on the bale processor above the hitch, and the lift frame is operative to receive a transported bale from the trailer conveyor and pivot the transported bale upward and forward into a chamber of the bale processor.
Singulating system for high capacity baler
A square baler comprising a first bale-forming area in which are formed a first series of first individual bales, and a second bale-forming area in which are formed a second series of second individual bales. The square baler additionally comprises a singulator configured to receive the first and second individual bales from the first and second bale-forming areas and to form a single row of the first and second individual bales.
Bale accumulator
The disclosure provided herein is directed to a bale accumulator that receives a bale and then using an intake conveyor transports the bale onto the bale accumulator. A push ram removes the bale from the intake conveyor and onto a flip tray that flips the bale onto an edge of the bale and onto a trough ram. The trough ram pushes the bale onto a trough that when filled with bales by the trough ram actuates a fence ram. The fence ram moves the bales onto a bed. When the bed is filled or at the selection of an operator, an unloading assembly moves the bales off the bed and onto a ground surface, which is facilitated by the bed having a dovetail assembly that lowers the bed to the ground surface. An adjustable fence allows modification to the number of bales that can fit onto the bed.
High capacity baler
A high capacity square baler including a pickup mechanism configured to pick up a single windrow of crop material off the ground. The baler additionally includes one or more stuffer chutes each configured to receive at least a portion of the crop material picked up by the pickup mechanism. The baler additionally includes one or more stuffer assemblies each configured to push crop generally upward through one of the stuffer chutes. The baler further includes a plurality of separate bale-forming chambers each configured to receive crop material from one or more of the stuffer chutes and to form a bale of crop material therein.
Rotor for a high capacity baler
A square baler including a pickup mechanism configured to pick up crop material from a single windrow on the ground, and a rotor configured to receive crop material picked up by the pickup mechanism. The rotor includes a first toothed section, a second toothed section, and an interior auger flighted section located between the first toothed section and the section toothed section. The rotor is configured to separate crop material into two streams of crop material.
Hay stacking apparatus
An apparatus for stacking hay bales comprises a base frame securable to a motorized vehicle, a plurality of tines pivotally connected to the base frame extending to free distal ends, the tines defining locations therebetween spaced to correspond to a bale of hay and a push bar extending parallel to the base frame and movable between a retracted position proximate to the base frame to an extended position along the plurality of tines to push the hay bales from therebetween. In operation, the apparatus is used by passing at least two of a plurality of tines to each side of a hay bale, lifting the hay bale by a platform extending from a base of the plurality of tines and pushing the hay bales off the tines with the push bar.
