An impact tool includes a tool-accessory holding part, a body and a first hammering member. The tool-accessory holding part has a through hole extending in a hammering-axis direction and is configured to hold the tool accessory inserted into the through hole to be movable in the hammering-axis direction. The body is connected to the tool-accessory holding part in the hammering-axis direction and has an internal space communicating with the through hole. The first hammering member is linearly movable in the hammering-axis direction and configured to drive the tool accessory in the hammering-axis direction by colliding with the tool accessory. The tool-accessory holding part and the body are connected in the hammering-axis direction via a first elastic element to be movable relative to each other. A second elastic element is interposed between the first hammering member and the body in a radial direction with respect to the hammering axis.

ROTARY TOOL

A rotary tool includes a motor, a final output shaft, a housing, a detecting mechanism, an interrupting mechanism and a solenoid. The motor includes a motor body and a motor shaft. The final output shaft is configured to be rotationally driven by torque transmitted from the motor shaft. The housing houses the motor and the final output shaft. The detecting mechanism is configured to detect a motion state of the housing. The interrupting mechanism is provided on a transmission path of the torque from the motor shaft to the final output shaft, and configured to interrupt transmission of the torque. The solenoid includes a linearly movable actuation part and is configured to mechanically actuate the interrupting mechanism via the actuation part based on the motion state of the housing detected by the detecting mechanism.

Rotary hammer

A rotary hammer includes a motor, a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque from the motor, a piston at least partially received within the spindle for reciprocation therein, a striker received within the spindle for reciprocation in response to reciprocation of the piston, and an anvil received within the spindle and positioned between the striker and a tool bit. The anvil imparts axial impacts to the tool bit in response to reciprocation of the striker. The rotary hammer also includes a synchronizing assembly operable in a first configuration in which the motor is drivably coupled to the piston for reciprocating the piston, and a second configuration in which the piston is decoupled from the motor. The rotary hammer further includes an actuator operable for switching the synchronizing assembly from the second configuration to the first configuration in response to depressing the tool bit against a workpiece.

HAMMER DRILL AND SET TOOL DEVICE
20190030701 · 2019-01-31 ·

A power tool that can switch from a hammer drill to a set tool for placing anchors in a surface such as concrete. Changing from a rotating drill to set tool bits is done by a two finger snap lock handle on the top of the drill. A magazine attachable to the power tool contains a plurality of anchors allowing the user of the power tool to set more than one anchor without having to manually place each anchor in the power tool.

Drill hammer and/or chipping hammer device

A drill hammer and/or a chipper hammer device includes a hammer mechanism having a drive unit and a transmission unit. The transmission unit transmits a drive torque from a motor to the hammer mechanism. The transmission unit includes at least one planetary drive. A drive element of the drive unit is disposed on a transmission element of the planetary drive.

Rotary power tool

A rotary hammer includes a motor and a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque from the motor. The spindle has an adjustable rotation speed. A reciprocation mechanism is operable to create a variable pressure air spring within the spindle and includes a piston configured to reciprocate within the spindle in response to receiving torque from the motor. The piston has an adjustable reciprocation frequency. A striker is selectively reciprocable within the spindle in response to reciprocation of the piston. A first transmission is transfers torque from the motor to the spindle and a second transmission is transfers torque from the motor to the reciprocation mechanism. The reciprocation frequency of the piston is adjustable independent of the rotation speed of the spindle. The rotation speed of the spindle is adjustable independent of the reciprocation frequency of the piston. At least one of the transmissions is a multi-speed transmission.

Hand-held power tool

The hand-held power tool has a tool socket, a motor and a pneumatic striking mechanism. The striking mechanism has an exciter driven by the motor along a working axis, a striker coupled to the exciter via an air cushion, and an intermediate striker arranged between the striker and the tool socket in the striking direction. The striking mechanism also has a guide in which the intermediate striker is guided. The guide has a first sliding surface that guides a first section of the intermediate striker, and a second sliding surface that is arranged offset relative to the first sliding surface in the striking direction and that guides a second section of the intermediate striker. A radial dimension of the first section of the intermediate striker is greater than a radial dimension of the second section of the intermediate striker.
