KNIFE HOLDER DEVICE AND KNIFE
A knife holder includes magnets attached to the knife holder in a row in one direction, and the knife holder magnetically adheres to a top portion of a spine of a knife when a long side of the knife is oriented horizontally so that the knife holder suspends the entire knife in air. A support body supports the knife holder at a predetermined height position. A separating/holding mechanism is attached to the knife holder and configured to hold the knife in air while separating the top portion of the spine of the knife from the magnetic adhesion surface at a position below the magnetic adhesion surface. Since the spine top portion of the knife is held by magnetic adhesion, the knife can be temporarily placed and taken out by an easy insertion operation requiring little force.

Debris and liquid catch apparatus and methods using the same
The present invention provides an apparatus for preventing the spread debris and collecting liquids from the surface of handheld tooling. The apparatus of the present invention is operable to provide a sanitation pad comprised of a plurality of peelable units which are capable of absorbing liquids (e.g., water, and oils) and collecting debris for preventing contamination to the immediate work environment. The units may be comprised of various layers and material thereby allowing for various handheld tooling applications.

Knife station with speech recognition
A knife station includes a knife block defining a plurality of slots for receiving a plurality of cutlery objects. A locking assembly selectively locks the cutlery objects in their respective slot, e.g., using a locking pin that passes through an aperture in the blade. A controller is operably coupled to an audio device, such as a microphone, for receiving voice commands. The voice commands are converted to text commands using AI-based speech recognition technology and the text commands are compared to a database of text commands to identify a target cutlery object from the cutlery objects in the knife block. The controller may then illuminate a light emitting diode next to the target cutlery and unlock only that piece of cutlery so that the user may withdraw it from the knife block.

CULINARY TOOL HOLDER
Culinary tool holders are presented including: a planar base; an upward sloping support member formed along a base edge of the planar base; a downward sloping support member formed along a peak edge of the upward sloping support member; a cutout disposed from and along a first portion of the upward sloping support member toward the peak edge and continuing to and along a second portion of the downward sloping support member; and an insert captured by the cutout. In some embodiments, culinary tools holders further include: a raised holder edge disposed along a perimeter defined by the planar base, the upward sloping support member, and the downward sloping support member.
STORAGE CONTAINER
An improved storage container is disclosed for housing items in an enclosed housing with a tamper-evident closure that is easily removed to form a storage container for the items. The storage container includes a container formed as a thin walled, hollow body closed at either end by end members and a peripheral wall defining top and bottom openings which are suitable for closure by the end members. The end member include a plurality of flaps that are integral with and extend from the hollow body and are folded over one another and then joined to each other. A perforation and tear strip encircles the peripheral wall of the hollow body.

DEVICE FOR SECURING UTENSILS TO SERVEWARE
A utensil retaining device includes a body portion having a circular longitudinal wall extending between a first end and a second end such that a utensil entrance is defined therebetween and an extension member connected to the body portion, wherein the extension member contains a plurality of flexible cables therewithin such that it can be easily flexibly adapted to removably attach to various contours of upper edges and exterior surfaces of servewares. The utensil retaining device is made out of heat resistant and flexible moldable polymeric material such that the body portion moldably and flexibly grips the exterior surface of the handle of a utensil, serving utensil, tool instrument or other handheld tools.
