Hand-held power tool device
A hand-held power tool device is described which includes an output unit, a striker, and a rotary percussion receiver which is designed for establishing a transfer of rotary percussions between the striker and the output unit, at least during a rotary percussion operation. It is provided that the hand-held power tool device includes a rotary percussion switch-off device which is designed for interrupting the transfer of rotary percussions from the striker to the rotary percussion receiver, at least during a hammer percussion operation.
Clutch device and power tool with clutch device
A clutch device includes a guiding element, a first clutch element being capable of sliding relative to the guiding element, a second clutch element being capable of sliding relative to the guiding element, an elastic element including a first connecting leg and a second connecting leg which are respectively connected with the first clutch element and the second clutch element, and a rotating element being capable of rotating about a first axis relative to the guiding element. The rotating element includes a first supporting portion for contacting with the first connecting leg, which is disposed at a first axial position of the first axis, and a second supporting portion for contacting with the second connecting leg, which is disposed at a second axial position of the first axis.
Handheld power tool
A hand-held power tool includes a tool holder for holding a tool on a working axis, a pneumatic striking mechanism for striking the tool, and an absorber, which includes a bending spring, situated transversely to the working axis, and a mass body. A countershaft is driven by the motor around a rotation axis which runs in parallel to the working axis. A wobble drive for driving the pneumatic striking mechanism is situated on the countershaft. In addition, a cam disk is situated on the countershaft and includes a cam which projects in a start-up direction which runs in parallel to the working axis. The bending spring includes a counterpiece provided relative to the cam. The cam, which abuts the counterpiece, pretensions the bending spring in the start-up direction.
ROTARY HAMMER
A rotary hammer includes a motor, a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque, a piston received within the spindle for reciprocation, a striker received within the spindle for reciprocation in response to reciprocation of the piston, and an anvil received within the spindle and positioned between the striker and the tool bit. The anvil imparts axial impacts to the tool bit in response to reciprocation of the striker. A reciprocation mechanism is coupled to the motor to reciprocate the piston along a reciprocation axis. The reciprocation mechanism includes a camshaft fixedly coupled to the piston, a cam groove in the camshaft, a cam ball received by the cam groove, and a rotatable hub on which the cam ball is carried. The rotatable hub is configured to receive torque from the motor and reciprocate the camshaft in response to relative rotation between the cam ball and the camshaft.
POWER TOOL
A power tool including an impact tool, a body and an actuator. The actuator is operable to move the body along an operational axis from an impact position, at which the body is operable to transfer impact energy to a head end of the impact tool, to a retracted position spaced apart from the impact position along the operational axis.
ROTARY IMPACT TOOL
A secondary hammer support structure in a rotary impact tool is structured such that a plurality of steel balls are disposed between a secondary hammer and a retaining member. The plurality of steel balls are arranged between the first retaining groove of the secondary hammer and the second retaining groove of the retaining member. The retaining member is formed as a member separate from the spindle and has a retaining surface for retaining steel balls and a mounting surface mounted to the spindle so as not be rotatable. The mounting surface of the retaining member is mounted to a front member of a carrier.
Cam Operated Apparatus
A cam operated apparatus with a cam track (16) and cam follower (12) being engaged with one another, a head element such as a bit operatively connected to the cam track or cam follower means, and rotational drive means such as a motor operatively connected to the other, such that rotational drive causes reciprocal action of the head element and the width (A) of the cam follower means (12) is in the region of 91% to 99%, of the width (B) of the cam track (16), to create a harmonic effect on the head element with low noise and increased power efficiency. Pin-in-wave and wave-in-wave arrangements are described along with tools including the cam operated apparatus.
