The valve seat is mounted in the chamber of the body and has a rear valve, a front valve, and a valve plate disposed between the rear valve and the front valve. The cylinder device is mounted in the chamber, abuts against the valve seat, and has a cylinder barrel and a hammer. The cylinder barrel is mounted in the chamber and has a cylinder chamber. The hammer is movably disposed in the cylinder chamber. The assembling device is connected to the cylinder device, and has a mounting jacket, an engaging element, multiple positioning elements, a spring, and an engaging ring. The chisel is detachably connected to the assembling device, and is inserted into the cylinder chamber.
POWER TOOL HAVING AN INTERMEDIATE HOUSING
A power tool is provided including a motor housing; a transmission housing disposed adjacent the motor housing with a gap therebetween; an electric motor including a rotor and a stator mounted within the motor housing; and an intermediate housing disposed between the electric motor and the transmission mechanism. The intermediate housing includes a back wall extending radially adjacent an axial end of the stator and having a through-hole therein through which the motor spindle extends; side walls extending axially from an outer circumference of the back wall internally of the motor housing; and one or more external walls extending substantially-radially outwardly from axial end of the one or more side walls to fill a gap formed between the transmission housing and the motor housing in the axial direction.
TOOL BUSHING, BREAKING HAMMER AND MOUNTING METHOD
A tool bushing of a breaking hammer, a tool bushing arrangement, a breaking hammer and a method of mounting a tool bushing of a breaking hammer are disclosed. The tool bushing is a sleeve-like piece having a multi-shouldered outer surface with three or more successive cylindrical portions. The cylindrical portions have different diameters that match with corresponding surfaces of a bushing housing when the tool bushing is mounted. Diameters of the bushing and the bushing housing are dimensioned so that friction forces are generated when the bushing is assembled.
Systems, Devices, and/or Methods for Hammers
Certain exemplary embodiments can provide a hammer. The hammer comprises a head. The hammer further comprises a head cap. The head cap is releasably coupled the head via a threaded fastener. The hammer comprises a claw. The claw comprises two forks. At least one of the two forks defines a serrated edge. The serrated edge is constructed to grip a slick surface when pulling a nail with the claw from the slick surface.
Hydraulic hammer assembly
A hydraulic hammer assembly is provided. The hydraulic hammer assembly includes a housing and a piston is arranged for reciprocating movement along a longitudinal axis within the housing. A head disposed along the longitudinal axis on an end of the housing and defines a chamber for holding a pressurized gas. The hydraulic hammer assembly further includes a locking mechanism to lock the head on the housing. The locking mechanism includes at least one first flange extending radially from the end of the housing and at least one second flange extending radially from the head, wherein the head is retained on the housing by blocking axial movement of the second flange against the first flange when in a locked position.
Valve body charge lock
A method of regulating the disassembly of a component from a powered tool assembly that uses a pressurized fluid and a locking member that is in operative association or communication with the fluid is provided. The method comprises biasing the locking member into a locked configuration using the pressurized fluid, preventing movement of the component in a first predetermined direction.
HYDRAULIC HAMMER
The power cell for a hammer may comprise a head, a cylinder and a piston. The head may include a main bore, a satellite bore and a lower retainer. The main bore includes an upper chamber that includes a trough, first and second furrows, and a lock wall. The trough may include a port that extends from the main bore into the satellite bore. The lock wall may extend between the furrows. The lower retainer may be disposed in the satellite bore, and may include a core member and a jut. The core member may include a bore configured to receive a fastener. The cylinder may include a body and a protrusion on the body. The cylinder may be rotatable, wherein when in a locked position the protrusion is disposed in the port, the fastener is received in the bore, and the protrusion abuts the lock wall and the jut.
Safety hammer for breaking glass, method for assembly of a safety hammer, safety tool holder, system for holding a safety tool and kit of parts
A safety hammer (1) for breaking glass, comprises a housing (2) comprising at least two shell parts (2a, 2b); a hammer head (3) having at least one end (4) for breaking the glass, wherein the hammer head (3) is at least partly enclosed by the shell parts (2a, 2b) such that the at least one end (4) of the hammer head (3) extends outside the housing (2); wherein the hammer head (3) is arranged for cooperation with the shell parts (2a, 2b) for fastening the shell parts (2a, 2b) via the ham
mer head (3). A safety tool holder comprises a base holder element and at least one intermediate holder element arranged for removable coupling to the base holder element at one end and for removable coupling to a safety tool at another end; wherein the intermediate holder element is provided with a single connecting element for removable connection to the safety tool.
Power tool
A power tool comprises a housing having at least two housing parts and at least one recess, a portion of the recess provided by each housing part, and a bearing located in the recess. The power tool includes a seal comprising an elongate seal member located between the housing parts to seal at least a portion of the housing. The seal includes at least one polymeric extension part extending from the elongate seal member and in contact with an external part of the bearing without extending around the bearing. The polymeric extension part of the seal prevents the external part of the bearing from rotating with respect to the housing during use of the power tool.
Method of manufacturing hydraulic hammer using male and female gauges
A method of manufacturing a hydraulic hammer using a male gauge and a female gauge is provided wherein the hammer comprises a body and a chuck housing that are connectable by cooperatively formed thread fittings. A cooperatively threaded male gauge and female gauge can be used to form the threads on the body and the chuck housing and to determine the rotational orientation of the body and the chuck housing relative to one another. One of the gauges can be used to measure distortion of the chuck housing caused by heat treatment subsequent to the formation of the thread fitting and thereby to determine the required subsequent machining of the chuck housing necessary to retain the appropriate relative rotational orientation when the chuck housing is connected to the body. The method can comprise the steps of making and appropriately marking the male gauge and the female gauge.
