Buffer system for hydraulic hammer
A buffer system for a hydraulic hammer is disclosed. The buffer system includes a wear member disposed between a first component and a second component. The wear member includes a first surface. The first surface is adapted to abut an inner surface of the first component. The wear member also includes a second surface distal to the first surface. The second surface is adapted to abut an outer surface of the second component. The buffer system also includes an insert member disposed in the wear member between the first surface and the second surface thereof. The insert member provides a visual indication when a predefined thickness of the wear member between the first surface and the second surface is worn.
Lower buffer and bushing protector
A protection assembly for a work implement includes an outer shield member and an inner shield member. The outer shield member is spaced from a housing of the work implement in a longitudinal direction and defines a channel. The channel extends to an exterior of the protection assembly. The inner shield member defines an opening and is slideably disposed in the channel. The inner shield member is free to slide in a transverse direction that is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Movement of the inner shield member in the longitudinal direction is restricted by the housing of the work implement and the outer shield member. Movement of the inner shield member in the transverse direction is restricted by a work tool that is locked within and projects out of the housing and through the opening in the inner shield.
Safety Hammer
A safety hammer is provided that may be designed to prevent injuries caused by flying nails when users accidentally fail to strike nails on their heads. The present invention may provide for a wooden handle with finger grooves. The wooden handle may be reinforced with a steel rod to add strength and attach the handle to the tempered steel head. Close to the end used for striking nails, the present invention may provide for a pin configured to attach the metal shield to the end used for striking nails. The track in the shield may fit over the pin to ensure the pin is positioned correctly around the face of the present invention's hammer face. In some embodiments, the shield may be secured by magnets, which may be embedded around the present invention's hammer head. The present invention may also provide for a fulcrum point that may be oriented above the nail removal portion of the present invention.
Wear indicating system
A hydraulic hammer is provided. The hydraulic hammer includes a housing member. The hydraulic hammer also includes a power cell disposed within the housing member. The power cell includes an outer casing. The hydraulic hammer also includes a work tool operatively coupled with the power cell. The hydraulic hammer also includes one or more bushing parts arranged within the outer casing of the power cell. The one or more bushing parts are adapted to guide the work tool during an operation of the hydraulic hammer. The one or more bushing parts include a first surface and a second surface spaced apart from the first surface. The hydraulic hammer also includes a wear indicating system for indicating a wear of the one or more bushing parts with respect to the first surface. The wear indicating system includes a first passage and a second passage.
Shoed Hydraulic Hammer Piston
A piston for a hydraulic hammer assembly is provided. The piston may include an elongate member extending from a distal end to a proximal end and having a first outer diameter, a flange disposed on the elongate member and having a second outer diameter greater than the first outer diameter, and a non-ferrous shoe radially disposed on the flange.
Impact body for hydraulic impact device
The present invention relates to a impact body for a hydraulic impact device and, more specifically, to a impact body for a hydraulic impact device which is capable of remarkably reducing production costs by inserting a cylinder liner having a flow path into an inner wall of a body, adjusting an impact interval and an impact strength according to the properties of a material to be crushed by adjusting an impact distance of a piston, minimizing the loss of a fluid in a pipe by forming a cylindrical flow path between the body and the cylinder liner, and remarkably improving performance by employing a circular valve to shorten the flow path whereby reduction of pressure is minimized.
HAMMER SIDEPLATE TIGHTENING MECHANISM
A method for tightening or loosening components of a hammer assembly is comprises inserting a tool into an aperture defined by at least one component of the hammer assembly in order to engage the drive structure of a tensioning member, moving the drive structure of the tensioning member, and moving at least one draw member operatively associated with the tensioning member.
REVERSIBLE BUSHING
A reversible bushing for a hydraulic hammer is provided. The reversible bushing includes a body having a first end, a second end, an inner surface, and an outer surface. The reversible bushing includes a first notch provided in relation to a center of symmetry. The reversible bushing includes a first channel provided on the first end of the body. The reversible bushing includes a second channel provided on the second end of the body. The reversible bushing also includes a first groove provided on the first end of the body. The reversible bushing further includes a second groove provided on the second end of the body. The first channel and the second channel are equidistant with respect to the center of symmetry. The first groove and the second groove are equidistant with respect to the center of symmetry.
STRIKING TOOLS
A striking tool disclosed herein includes a body having a first lateral side and a second lateral side opposite the first lateral side. The striking tool further includes a handle including a shank. The body is integral with the shank. The striking tool also includes an implement including a bracket. The bracket abuts a butt end of the body and the handle and overlaps a portion of the first lateral side of the body. The striking tool further includes a fastener extending from the first lateral side toward the second lateral side and through the bracket.
