CONTROL OF REMOTE DEMOLITION ROBOT
A remote demolition robot (10) comprising a controller (17), drive means (14), an arm member (11) movably arranged on a tower (10a) rotatably arranged on a body (11b) of the remote demolition robot (10) and a remote control (22) for providing commands, that are interpreted by the controller (17) causing the controller (17) to control the operation of the remote demolition robot (10), wherein the remote control (22) comprises a first joystick (24a) and a second joystick (24b), wherein the remote control (22) is characterized in that each joystick (24) is provided with a thumb control switch (26).
Collet hydraulic hammer bushing
A bushing assembly for a reciprocating device is provided. The bushing assembly includes a hollow bushing housing, a collet guide member, and an adjuster mechanism. The hollow bushing housing has a substantially cylindrical shape and an angled inner sidewall. The collet guide member is disposed radially inward from and contacts the angled inner sidewall of the hollow bushing housing. The adjuster mechanism contacts a lower surface of the collet guide member and urges the collet guide member along the angled inner sidewall of the hollow bushing housing.
POWER TOOL
A power tool including an impact tool, a body and an actuator. The actuator is operable to move the body along an operational axis from an impact position, at which the body is operable to transfer impact energy to a head end of the impact tool, to a retracted position spaced apart from the impact position along the operational axis.
Hydraulic hammering device
Provided is a hydraulic hammering device having improved hammering efficiency and of low cost. A piston has a valve switching groove between large-diameter sections thereof. A cylinder has three control ports at positions corresponding to the valve switching groove. A switching valve mechanism has a valve presser for always pressing a valve in one direction and also has a valve controller for moving, when supplying pressurized oil, the valve in the opposite direction against the pressing force of the valve presser. A valve control port communicates with the valve controller so as to supply the pressurized oil to the valve controller and is separated from a piston front chamber and a piston rear chamber. Only either a piston retraction control port or a piston advance control port communicates with the valve control port depending on advance or retraction of the valve switching groove.
Hydraulic breaker
The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker. The valve is installed on an inner surface of the cylinder bush and the cylinder inner diameter portion to be movable in the vertical direction. The valve includes an upper valve portion having an upper end surface on which the pressure of the upper cylinder chamber acts, a lower valve portion having a lower end surface on which the pressure of the upper cylinder chamber acts, a first valve expanded-diameter portion which is formed between the upper valve portion and the lower valve portion, of which an outer diameter expands to be greater than outer diameters of the upper valve portion and the lower valve portion, and in which a first upper valve hydraulic pressure area communicates with the first and second flow channels, and a second valve expanded-diameter portion which is formed between the first valve expanded-diameter portion and the lower valve portion, of which an outer diameter expands to be greater than an outer diameter of the first valve expanded-diameter portion, and in which the second upper valve hydraulic pressure area communicates with the fourth flow channel, and the pressure of the valve switching chamber acts on a lower valve hydraulic pressure area having an area greater than an area of the first upper valve hydraulic pressure area.
Hammer Raising Device
Provided a hammer raising device configured to increase striking intensity by eliminating fluid resistance when a piston raised upward moves downward. To achieve this, the hammer raising device includes a hydraulic control valve that controls a supply of a fluid, a sub cylinder to which the fluid is supplied by an operation of the hydraulic control valve, a sub piston that is partially accommodated within the sub cylinder, and is raised or lowered by the fluid, a main piston that comes in close contact with a longitudinal end of the sub piston to be raised by the raising of the sub piston, and is lowered when the closely contacted longitudinal end of the sub piston is separated, and a main cylinder that accommodates the main piston.
VIBRATION DAMPING HANDLE ASSEMBLY
A vibration damping handle assembly is disclosed which has a control handle having an indentation formed therein, an insert adapted for fitting into the indentation formed in the control handle, an adapter sleeve having an exterior surface and an interior surface having an indentation formed in the interior surface with the indentation adapted for receiving the insert fitted into the indentation formed in the control handle, and an outer sleeve member for fitting on the exterior surface of the adapter sleeve.
Percussion apparatus equipped with a pressure regulating device
A percussion apparatus including a pressure regulating device comprising a regulating cylinder; a connecting channel opening into the regulating cylinder; a pressure regulating slide mounted movable in translation within the regulating cylinder and delimiting, with the regulating cylinder, a connecting passage having a passage section which varies according to the regulating position occupied by the pressure regulating slide; a biasing element configured to exert a prestress on the pressure regulating slide; and a prestress setting device configured to set a prestress exerted by the biasing element on the pressure regulating slide.
Positive locking grease plug
A plug assembly configured for installation in a hammer assembly, the plug assembly comprising a cylindrical plug and an anti-rotation component. The cylindrical plug may include a plug head and a plug body. The plug head may include a first hole and a second hole opposite the first hole, each hole extending from the outer surface of the plug head. The anti-rotation component may include a first linear portion and a second linear portion. The first linear portion and second linear portion may both be configured to fixably engage with the hammer assembly.
