Striking hand-held machine tool
10675742 · 2020-06-09 · ·

The invention relates to a striking hand-held machine tool having a tool holder for holding a striking tool on a working shaft, an electric motor, and a striking mechanism. In the striking direction, the striking mechanism has an exciter piston, a pneumatic chamber, a striker, an intermediate chamber and a rivet snap following one another. A closed channel connects a first channel opening in the pneumatic chamber and a second channel opening in the intermediate chamber. A non-return valve, which shuts off during an air flow from the first channel opening to the second channel opening and opens during an air flow from the second channel opening to the first channel opening, is arranged in the channel. Arranged on the second channel opening is a shut-off valve, which is forced into a position closing the second channel opening when the rivet snap is in the working position.

The disclosure is based on a hand-held power tool having at least one switch device which comprises at least one switching element at least for activating a power supply of a drive unit, having at least one quick-change tool holder which is provided for holding an insertion tool which is different from an insertion tool with an SDS shaft having a maximum transverse extent of 10 mm and/or having at least one accumulator interface. It is proposed that the at least one switching device comprises at least one locking unit which is provided for maintaining, at least essentially independently of an effect of an operator activation force, an active operating mode which can be activated by actuating the at least one switching element.

IMPACT TOOL

An impact tool includes a motor, a driving mechanism, a body housing, a battery-mounting part, a first detection part and a control part. The driving mechanism is configured to linearly drive a tool accessory along a driving axis by power of the motor, the driving axis extending in a front-rear direction of the impact tool. The body housing houses the motor and the driving mechanism. The battery-mounting part is configured to removably receive a battery. The first detection part is configured to detect a rearward push of the tool accessory relative to the body housing. The control part is configured to start driving of the motor in response to detection of the rearward push of the tool accessory by the first detection part.

Hand-held power tool

In a control method for a hand-held power tool, a striking mechanism is driven with an electric motor, wherein an exciter piston of the pneumatic striking mechanism is driven periodically by the electric motor and a striking piston of the striking mechanism is coupled to the exciter piston via a pneumatic chamber. The method includes detecting the acceleration of a machine housing along a striking direction of the striking piston in different phases of the movement of the exciter piston; and controlling a rotational speed of an electric motor according to the detected acceleration in the different phases.

Hammer drill and/or chipping hammer having a drive motor, an impact mechanism and a tool fitting for fitting a tool, wherein the impact mechanism has an anvil that is axially displaceable in an anvil guide and acts on the tool, wherein the impact mechanism has an idle-strike damper element and a rebound-strike damper element, which are formed in one piece with one another and as such form a combined damper element, wherein the anvil guide is arranged outside, preferably only outside the combined damper element.

Power tool

A rotary hammer adapted to impart axial impacts to a tool bit. The rotary hammer includes a housing, a motor supported by the housing, a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque from the motor, causing the spindle to rotate, a reciprocation mechanism operable to create a variable pressure air spring within the spindle, an anvil received within the spindle for reciprocation in response to the pressure of the air spring, the anvil imparting axial impacts to the tool bit, a bit retention assembly for securing the tool bit to the spindle, and an electromagnetic clutch mechanism switchable between a first state, in which the reciprocation mechanism is enabled, such that the anvil imparts axial impacts to the tool bit, and a second state, in which the reciprocation mechanism is disabled, such that the anvil ceases to impart axial impacts to the tool bit.

Hand-held power tool

A hand-held power tool includes a housing in which a drive unit and an impact-mechanism unit are arranged. The hand-held power tool further includes a tool-receiver interface configured to releasably connect with a tool receiver, the tool receiver configured as a stirrer-basket receiver. A user interface is configured to set at least one of a rotary-hammer mode and a stirring mode for the hand-held power tool.

Percussion unit

Percussion unit, especially for a rotary hammer and/or percussion hammer, comprising a control unit which is designed for controlling a pneumatic percussion mechanism. According to the disclosure, the control unit comprises at least one load estimation device.

Impact-driven tool

An impact-driven tool includes a cylinder and a piston slidably inserted into the cylinder and has a large-diameter portion. The cylinder includes: a chamber on one end side; a chamber on the other end side; a communication path that allows the chamber on one end side and the chamber on the other end side to communicate with each other; and a valve chamber that is continuous with one end side in the axial direction of the communication path, and a valve body for piston lifting control that is incorporated so as to be movable up and down and is provided in the valve chamber.

PERCUSSION TOOL

A percussion tool including a parking assembly movable relative to a spindle. The parking assembly includes a seat coupled to the spindle, a first shuttle portion movable relative to an outer surface of the spindle, a biasing member positioned between the seat and the first shuttle portion, a second shuttle portion movable relative to the outer surface of the spindle, a bushing positioned within the spindle and configured to receive a portion of an anvil, and a fastener that couples the second shuttle portion to the bushing.
