Shaft-mounted cup holders, hole-mounted cup holders, freestanding cup holders, and tabletop cup holders and methods of assembling and using the same. Shaft-mounted cup holders, hole-mounted cup holders, freestanding cup holders, and tabletop cup holders are based on a cup holder assembly that includes, for example, a 2-cup plate or a 4-cup plate in relation to a center fastener, wherein the 2-cup plate, the 4-cup plate, and the center fastener are designed to be slidably or permanently affixed to a shaft or pole, such as the shaft or pole of a table umbrella or beach umbrella or a stand-alone shaft or pole configured for use with the cup holders.

A system for holding containers, such as cups, in a vehicle includes a housing that may form part of a vehicle console. The housing may have an upper surface for receiving the container and defining an opening leading to a compartment. A support for supporting the container may be attached to the housing. The support may be movable between a retracted position in which the support is received within the compartment, and an extended position in which the support extends out of the compartment and laterally over the upper surface to hold the container on the upper surface. The support may be stored in the retracted position when not in use so that the upper surface is usable for other purposes.

A container insulating and cooling assembly includes an inner sleeve having an inner surface, an outer surface, a top edge and a bottom edge. The top and bottom edges each define openings extending into the inner sleeve. A dividing wall is attached to the inner sleeve and fluidly separates an upper portion from a lower portion of the inner sleeve. A cap is removably attached to the inner sleeve to close the bottom edge and define an ice receiving chamber between the dividing wall and a bottom wall of the cap. An outer covering is attached to the outer surface of the sleeve and covers the outer surface. The outer covering comprises a resiliently compressible material adhesively coupled to the outer surface. The resiliently compressible material is a thermally insulating material. The inner sleeve receives a beverage container such that the beverage container abuts the dividing wall.

This invention relates generally to a stemmed drinking receptacle holder, and more particularly to a holder utilizing a bore and channel configuration to prevent the receptacle from being dislodged therefrom. In one embodiment, the holder comprises a bracket defining a through bore configured to encircle a stem of the stemmed drinking receptacle, a channel defined in the bracket and connecting the through bore with an outer edge of the bracket, and a clamp adjustably connected to the bracket.

The cover panel may have a heat resistant protective plate and the protective plate on the cover panel may have a recess to accommodate the barbecue when the platform is in the folded state.
