BEVERAGE SLEEVE
A beverage sleeve provides a device for a consumer to use in connection with a hot or cold beverage. The sleeve is operable to keep the hot beverage container cool to the touch for the consumer while keeping a cold beverage dry to the touch of the consumer. A method of manufacturing produces the improved sleeve. The sleeve includes marketing opportunities by providing advertising indicia that are interfacable with the consumer and a marketing network.
STAINLESS STEEL FOOD SERVICE VESSELS
A stainless steel food service vessel is configured to provide an insulating carrier containing a food item or beverage. The stainless steel vessel is formed of a double wall construction having a sealed insulating cavity defined between the walls of the vessel. The insulating cavity may contain an insulating fluid or may be evacuated under a vacuum to impart superior insulating properties to the vessel to keep food items or beverages hot or cold.
CONTAINER APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A container sleeve apparatus includes an arcuate or cylindrical body that can be positioned on a cylindrical or conical container, such as a tumbler, cup, can or bottle. A transparent or translucent insert section that can be releasably attached to the sleeve body. The sleeve body can be made of a non-slip, elastic material, such as neoprene rubber. The insert section can be made of plastic and can include a logo printed or engraved thereon. The apparatus can include a light emitting device that illuminates the transparent/translucent insert section.
Container holder
A container holder may include a receptacle portion with at least one receptacle defining a space for receiving a lower portion of a container, and a mounting portion extending from the receptacle portion and configured to mount on a structural member positioned in at least two orientations. The at least two orientations may include a first orientation in which a relatively narrow edge of the board is oriented upwardly and a second orientation in which a relatively broad edge of the board is oriented upwardly.
SECURE HOLDER FOR CHILD DRINKING CUP
This device is designed to provide a secure mounted holder for a child's drinking cup. Most child cups are now designed to be spill proof but they are still often dropped or thrown by the child off of the high chair tray or table and onto the floor. This is very inconvenient and potentially dangerous. This device is designed to remedy that situation by creating a semi-rigid but flexible device to mount to the tray or table and attach to the child cup in such a manner to hold it up off the tray and be able to be bent over by the child enabling the child to take a drink. After drinking, the child can let go of the cup and the device with attached cup will return to its upright or semi-upright position thus avoiding spills and dropped cups.
Inverted bottle holder
An inverted bottle holder intended to hold two bottles with necks upside down inside a container is described. The bottle holder includes a clip having an inner wall and an outer wall spaced to accept the exterior wall of the container in between, where the clip is formed at an arc corresponding to the arc of the exterior wall of the container, and a deck connected in a permanently fixed relationship to the clip and extending into the container. The deck includes two apertures each sized to accept the neck of one of the bottles, such that each bottle is held upside down in the container when inserted into the aperture. In addition the bottle holder may include an integral bottle opener in either the single bottle or double bottle designs.
Elevated Coaster
An elevated coaster includes a base section that has a generally square cross-sectional shape. A first side of the base section has walls forming an open-top container for containing objects. An opposing second side of the base section is for resting on a surface. A pillar has a first end and a distal second end; the first end is connected to and depends centrally from the first side of the base section. The elevated coaster includes an elevated section that has a generally circular cross-sectional shape. The upper surface of the elevated section has a rim sized to contain the glass or the cup and an opposing lower surface of the elevated section is connected to the second end of the pillar, thereby elevating the elevated section above the surface on which the base section rests.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER INSULATOR DISPENSER
In some embodiments, a beverage container insulator dispenser may comprise a body having a first end and a second end with at least one wall. A cavity may be formed into the body and shaped to receive one or more beverage container insulators. An access panel may be removably coupled to the body and configured to govern access to the cavity. A dispensing aperture may be formed into the access panel proximate to a first end of the body. Beverage container insulators may be removed from the cavity through the dispensing aperture. A motivation partition may be movably coupled to the body within the cavity, and a motivation element may be coupled to the motivation partition and configured to tension the motivation partition towards the dispensing aperture.
Liftable container holder
A liftable container holder of the present invention includes a case part that defines a receiving space therein and has an opening of the receiving space, an outer cylinder part that is disposed in the receiving space and reciprocatingly movable through the opening in an outward direction of the receiving space, an inner cylinder part that is disposed in the receiving space and reciprocatingly movable through the opening in an inward direction of the receiving space, and a lifting part that displaces the inner cylinder part and the outer cylinder part in directions different from each other. The lifting part has a link member including a one-end part connected to the outer cylinder part, an other-end part connected to the inner cylinder part, and a rotating support part rotatably supported in the case part between the one-end part and the other-end part.
Inverted container holder with convex-profile funnel
A holder for inverted containers has a holder body with four vertical or near vertical outer walls and a guiding funnel passing through the holder body from top to bottom. A top surface of the holder body is cylindrically curved to support the shoulders of a container. At least one notch is present in the holder body for accommodating a handle of a container. All the surfaces have at least one linear or convex sectional profile and are pocketless so that dishwashing water drains off the holder in every orientation. The holder may include a back plate for additional support, magnetic connectors for connecting to other holders, or an electronic communication device for detecting a tag on a container. The holder may be made in two pieces that fasten together.
