DRINK HOLDER ASSEMBLY WITH INTERNAL LIGHTING
A drink holder assembly is disclosed. In one embodiment, the drink holder assembly includes a drink holder, a ring insert, and at least one lighting device. The ring insert is configured to be inserted into the drink holder. The lighting device(s) are mounted to the ring insert. In this manner, the lighting device provides the light needed so that the user can place a beverage container in the drink holder appropriately when in a poorly lit environment.
Placemat anchor and tether system
In some embodiments, a system comprises a mat body characterized by a front side, a back side and a thickness; a plurality of anchors, each anchor comprising an anchor block having an aperture characterized by an aperture diameter, a suction cup having a sealing surface and an outer surface, and a stem that is coaxial with the suction cup and connects the suction cup to the anchor block. Each anchor may be disposed through the thickness, such that its anchor block is on the front side and its suction cup extends from the back side. The system may further comprise an elongated tether that is removably coupleable to one of the plurality of anchors, and the elongated tether may comprise an anchor end having a generally spherical anchor terminus characterized by an anchor diameter that is greater than the aperture diameter.
Tray covering element
The invention relates to a tray covering element essentially constituted of a first portion (2), which covers the upper surface of a tray (5), in the manner of a placemat, and a second portion (3), which creates an outer edge for the first portion and which is envisaged to cover the outer and upper edge (50) of the tray. The second portion (3) comprises a third portion (30) located laterally and protruding from the edge (50) and designed to bend downwards and fold around the edge of the tray (5) and cover the lower edge so that the user does not touch the tray when holding it, only the tray covering element.
APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING BEVERAGE CONTAINERS
A kit for use with a beverage includes: a sleeve, an interior plate, an engaging feature, a connector, and a support element. The sleeve forms an interior volume dimensioned to contain a beverage. The interior plate is located within the interior volume. The engaging feature is located outside the interior volume and includes an upper sidewall and a lower sidewall. The connector penetrates the bottom and interconnects the interior plate and the engaging feature. Lastly, the support element includes a receiving feature shaped to engage with the engaging feature such that at least part of the receiving feature is positioned between the upper sidewall and the lower sidewall. Configured in this manner, the support element, which may be in the form of a serving tray, is capable of safely and securely supporting beverages in an upright position.
Beverage cooler or warming apparatus
A cooling or warming apparatus for beverages that relies primarily on conduction heat transfer. The apparatus includes at least one heat conduction unit inside an enclosed case. The heat conduction unit includes a cylindrical sleeve with a center bore configured to receive and transfer heat to and from a 12 fl. oz. aluminum can or 0.5 liter plastic water bottle. Attached to the outside surface of the sleeve is a laterally extending interface block. Both the sleeve and the interface block are made of aluminum and covered with an insulation layer. A Peltier device planar structure with a cool side and a hot side. During assembly the Peltier device is attached with the cold side in direct contact with the exposed end of the interface block. A heatsink is attached to opposite the hot side of the Peltier device, and a fan assembly mounted is over the heatsink. The apparatus includes control switches that control its operation as a cooling or warming apparatus and a 12 VDC electrical power source.
Drinking vessel products
A drinking vessel product includes a wine glass with an inner cavity filled at least partly with wine. The wine glass has a body that defines the cavity, an upper opening that is sealed with a removable seal such as a metal foil, and a smaller fill opening at the bottom. The glass includes a support that is attached to the body and that includes a pedestal, a stem and a stop formation that seals the fill opening. The body and support are molded from plastic materials. The cavity is filled with wine after the upper opening has been sealed, by inverting the glass and filling it from the fill opening, before fitting the support to seal the fill opening.
