A power tool, in particular a chipping hammer, containing a tool-fitting element for receiving and holding a tool, in particular a chisel, and an apparatus for selectively turning the tool-fitting element. The apparatus contains an impact-mechanism housing having a connecting device, a coupling element having an attachment device, and an uncoupling element for reversibly separating the coupling element from the impact-mechanism housing, wherein the coupling element is settable reversibly in a first or second position, and wherein, in the first position, the coupling element is connected releasably to the impact-mechanism housing such that the tool-fitting element is prevented from turning about an axis of rotation and, in the second position, the coupling element is movable relative to the impact-mechanism housing such that the tool-fitting element is able to be turned about an axis of rotation relative to the impact-mechanism housing.

Production method for a tool socket

A production method for a tool socket includes forming a hollow spindle An elongated recess is provided in the wall. The spindle includes unalloyed or low-alloyed steel grades. An insert includes a high-alloyed tool steel. The insert has a pedestal that is complementary to the recess and it also has a rib. The insert is placed into the hollow spindle in such a way that the pedestal rests in the recess and the rib projects into the interior of the spindle. The pedestal is soldered into the recess at a temperature that is above the Ac3 temperatures of the steel grades employed. The combined structure is cooled and then undergoes a heat treatment in an atmosphere containing sufficient carbon to carburize the hollow spindle but not sufficient to carburize the insert. The heat treatment of the combined structure is carried out at a temperature between 800 C. and 950 C. The combined structure is cooled down in a salt bath or liquid bath subsequent to the heat treatment.

The reversible bushing includes a first notch provided in relation to a center of symmetry. The reversible bushing includes a first channel provided on the first end of the body. The reversible bushing includes a second channel provided on the second end of the body. The reversible bushing also includes a first groove provided on the first end of the body. The reversible bushing further includes a second groove provided on the second end of the body. The first channel and the second channel are equidistant with respect to the center of symmetry. The first groove and the second groove are equidistant with respect to the center of symmetry.

STRIKING HAND-HELD MACHINE TOOL
20190039225 · 2019-02-07 ·

The invention relates to a striking hand-held machine tool having a tool holder for holding a striking tool on a working shaft, an electric motor, and a striking mechanism. In the striking direction, the striking mechanism has an exciter piston, a pneumatic chamber, a striker, an intermediate chamber and a rivet snap following one another. A closed channel connects a first channel opening in the pneumatic chamber and a second channel opening in the intermediate chamber. A non-return valve, which shuts off during an air flow from the first channel opening to the second channel opening and opens during an air flow from the second channel opening to the first channel opening, is arranged in the channel. Arranged on the second channel opening is a shut-off valve, which is forced into a position closing the second channel opening when the rivet snap is in the working position.

PERCUSSIVE POWER TOOL

A percussion mechanism contains a guide tube, an exciter piston, a hammer, a pneumatic chamber for coupling the hammer to the motion of the exciter piston, a striker, and a seat for the striker. The hammer has a striking point, defined by a striking surface of the striker when the striker lies against the seat. A check valve has an outlet opening and a closing mechanism for closing the check valve against an air flow from the interior of the guide tube. The outlet opening is arranged in such a way that the outlet opening is closed by the hammer during striking operation and otherwise is open.
