An impact tool includes a tool-accessory holding part, a body and a first hammering member. The tool-accessory holding part has a through hole extending in a hammering-axis direction and is configured to hold the tool accessory inserted into the through hole to be movable in the hammering-axis direction. The body is connected to the tool-accessory holding part in the hammering-axis direction and has an internal space communicating with the through hole. The first hammering member is linearly movable in the hammering-axis direction and configured to drive the tool accessory in the hammering-axis direction by colliding with the tool accessory. The tool-accessory holding part and the body are connected in the hammering-axis direction via a first elastic element to be movable relative to each other. A second elastic element is interposed between the first hammering member and the body in a radial direction with respect to the hammering axis.

Portable power tool

A portable power tool is disclosed. The tool has a tool holder in which a tool can be moveably inserted on a working axis in a striking direction. A percussion mechanism has a striker coupled via a pneumatic chamber to an exciter moved periodically along the working axis and an intermediate striker arranged in the striking direction downstream from striker. The intermediate striker is guided in a slide bearing with a tolerance coaxially to the working axis. The intermediate striker has a ring-shaped bead. A hollow-cylindrical backstop is arranged in the striking direction upstream from the bead. The backstop is moveably guided on a sliding surface with radial play along working axis. The radial play is at least three times as large as a tolerance of the guide of the intermediate striker in the slide bearing.

Impact machine

The invention relates to an impact machine (100, 200) which is adapted to perform a hammering operation on a surface or an object to be worked upon. In particular, a vibration reduction arrangement (140, 240) is attached to the housing (105, 205, 305, 405) and comprises a movable counterweight, interacting with a motion reversing arrangement having a non-linear spring characteristics, such that the motion of the counterweight can be brought into a counter-acting movement in relation to the vibrations in the housing (105, 205, 305, 405) of the hammering element (110, 210, 310, 410) thus substantially reducing the vibrations.

Seal placement device

A device (100) for placing a seal (J) on a mounting (S) including a vibration generator (10), that includes: a main body (11); a distal portion (12), movable relative to the main body, onto which a cap (13) having a contact surface (13a) for engaging with the seal is attached; and drive elements (14), configured to drive the distal portion in reciprocal translation relative to the main body, such as to place the seal on the mounting when the contact surface (13a) of the cap (13) engages with the seal (J) that is placed on the mounting (S). The device includes: a grasping handle (20), connected to the main body; and resilient connection elements (30a, 30b) that are located between the main body and the grasping handle and are configured such as to limit the propagation, in the grasping handle, of the vibrations generated by the reciprocal translation movement.

HAMMER DRILL AND SET TOOL DEVICE
20190030701 · 2019-01-31 ·

A power tool that can switch from a hammer drill to a set tool for placing anchors in a surface such as concrete. Changing from a rotating drill to set tool bits is done by a two finger snap lock handle on the top of the drill. A magazine attachable to the power tool contains a plurality of anchors allowing the user of the power tool to set more than one anchor without having to manually place each anchor in the power tool.

Power tool

A power tool comprises a housing having at least two housing parts and at least one recess, a portion of the recess provided by each housing part, and a bearing located in the recess. The power tool includes a seal comprising an elongate seal member located between the housing parts to seal at least a portion of the housing. The seal includes at least one polymeric extension part extending from the elongate seal member and in contact with an external part of the bearing without extending around the bearing. The polymeric extension part of the seal prevents the external part of the bearing from rotating with respect to the housing during use of the power tool.

Hand-held power tool

A hand-held power tool, in particular an impact drill driver, has a gearbox assemblage, a hammer impact mechanism, and a tool spindle. The hammer impact mechanism includes a striker that at least partly surrounds the tool spindle in at least one plane.

Rotary power tool

A rotary hammer includes a motor and a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque from the motor. The spindle has an adjustable rotation speed. A reciprocation mechanism is operable to create a variable pressure air spring within the spindle and includes a piston configured to reciprocate within the spindle in response to receiving torque from the motor. The piston has an adjustable reciprocation frequency. A striker is selectively reciprocable within the spindle in response to reciprocation of the piston. A first transmission is transfers torque from the motor to the spindle and a second transmission is transfers torque from the motor to the reciprocation mechanism. The reciprocation frequency of the piston is adjustable independent of the rotation speed of the spindle. The rotation speed of the spindle is adjustable independent of the reciprocation frequency of the piston. At least one of the transmissions is a multi-speed transmission.

Hammer tool

A hammer tool for hammering on a workpiece by a tool bit moving at least linearly in a longitudinal direction of the tool bit, configured so that a hammering element moves toward the tool bit to hits the tool bit by way of air pressure fluctuation in an air chamber when a driving element is moved from a first position to a second position. In addition, the stroke center position of the reciprocating movement of the driving element moved between the first position and the second position is configured to be changeable.

Impact tool

An electrical hammer (100) comprises a main housing (101), a hand grip (500) connected to the main housing (101) via a compression coil spring (321). In the electrical hammer (100), a hammer bit (119) is driven by a first motion converting mechanism (120) and thereby a hammering operation is performed. During the hammering operation, the hand grip (500) is moved against the main housing (101) in a state that biasing force of the compression coil spring (321) is applied on the hand grip (500). Further, the electrical hammer (100) comprises a second motion converting mechanism (220) which drives a counterweight (231).
