STRIKING TOOL
A striking tool includes an elongated handle having a first end and a second end. The head is attached to or formed integrally with the first end of the handle and defines a striking portion, a claw portion, and a body portion therebetween. The striking tool may have slots, notches, and/or cavities configured to engage fasteners or other objects for applying torsion thereto. A striking member may be removably attached to the striking portion of the head, which may define a nail puller. Attachments, such as an axe head, may be removably attachable to the head of the striking tool.
Hammer With Improved Striking Face
A hand tool may include a head having a bell and a face for delivering an impact at a front end of the head. The hand tool may also include a handle operably coupled to the head and extending linearly away from the head along an axis. The bell may be perimeter weighted such that a void space is disposed within the bell rearward of the face and spaced apart from peripheral edges of the bell and the face.
Pneumatic percussive tool with attachments and method of use thereof
The present disclosure generally relates to quick change attachments for a pneumatic percussive tool. The attachments convert a pneumatic percussive tool, such as an air impact tool with proximal attachment means, which has a “pushing” force, into a pneumatic percussive tool having a “pulling” force. Once attached to the pneumatic percussive tool, the attachments also provide a quick change feature for allowing “pulling” tools to be simply and easily removed and replaced.
HAMMER EXTENDER
In one example, a system includes a hammer extender having a head formed from an upper layer, a lower layer and a side layer. The hammer extender includes an elongated body portion having a solid core elongated portion and a hollow core elongated portion. One end of the solid core elongated portion is connected to the head, and the other end is connected to the hollow core elongated portion. The hollow core elongated portion can receive and guide a nail during impact. The system may include a hammer having a hammer handle with a hollow interior to store the hammer extender.
Extraction process of a glow plug pencil for a motor vehicle and the tooling set for the implementation of such a process
The invention involves the extraction process of a glow plug pencil (23) or a broken pencil (23) which is stuck in a cylinder head (13) housing (11) of a glow plug engine comprising a lower (19) and upper (17) part, so that the upper part (17) forms a shoulder (21) with the lower part (19), the pencil (23) being stuck in the lower part (19). The process is remarkable in that it includes a step (a) for drilling a bore in the pencil (23) according to the longitudinal direction of the latter which is performed with the use of a drill bit (1) comprising a drilling part (5) with flutes (7) and a shank (3) respectively having a diameter smaller and greater than the lower part diameter (19) of the housing (11) so that the shank (3) forms a shoulder (9) with the drilling part (5), and in that step a) for drilling the bore includes the drilling of the pencil (23) until the said shoulder (9) of the drill bit (1) is positioned to a stop against the shoulder (21) of the housing (11).
PNEUMATIC DEVICE WITH A QUICK RELEASE STRUCTURE
A pneumatic device with a quick release structure includes: a housing having a peripheral wall defining an accommodating space for accommodation of an output shaft, and the peripheral wall being provided with a first connecting portion; and a front cover having a second connecting portion which is detachably coupled to the first connecting portion. A user can directly open the front cover to take the needle holder out of the accommodating space, then remove the to-be-replaced rust removing needles and replace them with new ones, then put the needle holder back to the accommodating space, and fix the front cover back to the housing, thus the replacement of the rust removing needles is done. Hence, the replacement speed is fast, and no tools are required during the replacement operation, so that the operation of replacing the rust removing needles is simpler and more intuitive.
NOVEL CARTRIDGE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM FOR A MIXING TAP
A cartridge maintenance system for freeing a seized cartridge in a tap features a water tap having a cartridge located therein. The system features a linear, spring-biased slide hammer with a linear shaft. A gripping handle is located on a shaft second end. A slide weight features a channel located there through. A spring is located on the shaft first end between the gripping handle and the slide weight. The slide weight is biased in a static position at a linear shaft first end. A threaded adapter is located on the linear shaft first end. The slide hammer is screwed into a threaded aperture of the cartridge via the mated threaded adapter until snug. The slide weight is pulled away from the linear shaft first end, then released to create an impact The impact is transferred to the cartridge for freeing seized parts in the cartridge.
Hand-held power tool and production method for a hand-held power tool
The hand-held power tool (1) includes a transmission housing (24) for receiving a transmission (23), a motor housing (25) for receiving a motor (5), a bearing plate (28) arranged between the transmission housing (24) and the motor housing (25) for mounting a shaft (21) of the motor (5), at least one first screw (32) which fastens the bearing plate (28) to the motor housing (25), wherein the first screw (32) is not in engagement with the transmission housing (24), and at least one second screw (33) which fastens the transmission housing (24) to the bearing plate (28), wherein the second screw (33) is not in engagement with the motor housing (25).
Impact tool
An impact tool is provided which has a driving mechanism, that drives a tool bit, a motor that drives the driving mechanism, an inner housing that houses the driving mechanism, an outer housing that has an internal space for housing the inner housing and the motor, an opening that leads from the outside to the internal space of the outer housing, and a covering member that covers the opening.
Hand-held power tool with detachable clamped connection
A hand-held power tool has a tool socket 2, a drive 5, 6 for driving the tool socket 2, and a housing 19 in which the drive 5, 6 is accommodated. A stationary part 14 of the drive 5 is connected by means of at least one detachable clamped connection 21 to at least one element 19, whereby the element 19 is the housing 19 or another stationary part of the drive 5, 6. The clamped connection 21 has a cylindrical pocket 22 in the one stationary part 14, a bushing 27 that is made of plastic and that is inserted into the cylindrical pocket 22, and it has a screw 30 that is screwed into the bushing 27.
